R.K.Gas Agency - Paramakudi review: Delay in delivery

My customer no in R.K.Gas agency (indane gas by IOC) at Paramakudi , Pin.623 707 Tamilnadu, is 3577. Since my booking for refill of cylinder made on 22.11.06, I have not received delivery of Gas cylinder from the above agency though the last supply was made on 25.10.06. I am experiencing lot of hardships due to non delivery of cylinder after a lapse of 18 days.
