unauthorized charges
RK netmedia made unauthorized charges several times a month under different business name to avoid getting caught for an extended period of time. This so called company poses as different businesses pretending to be a legitimate business so they can get some personal information from you and then they scew you. there are so many complaints about them that I am extremely surprised that they are still doing their shady busness and that the government of Florida and or the Federal Government hasn't shut them down and that the perso or persons behind it are not sitting in a prison cell... yet.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Fraud
I have been being billed by this company even after cancelling all services, which I don't remember ordering in the first place, for at least 3 months. I have tried to contact them numerous times, but for example I am on hold with them now and have been for the last twenty minutes and counting, I have never been able to talk to am actual person.

I HAVE BEEN BILLED TWICE ILLEGALLY / UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES FROM THIS COMPANY, 2 CHARGES FOR 39.95. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND HAVE HAD NO LUCK. PLEASE HELP.
