River Island Store ordering item online.

I ordered Ed an item in a bigger size in store. I did not collect the item and it was returned after 14 days to the online store. River z island are not refunding the purchase emailed a credit note. I was not informed at time of purchase. I have gone to the store twice to try and understand as I have never heard of a policy like this before. It took 20 emails to be told they are not giving me my money back.

Don’t buy from Riverisland online. Store staff are nice but online customer support terrible. Customers should be informed they will not get their money back if they buy an item for collection in store.

Desired outcome: Hopefully get my money back. The terms of purchase on receipt and customer informed. I can not read the terms on a shops website before I purchase

River Island Bunch of scammers

I have bought two sandals similar designed different size I received one and the other was not included in my parcel contacted them they denied my refund accusing me of multiplies things and fob me off continuously to my bank so that can give up on the money how ever I didn't and I took it to the next level went and asked for my subject access request for all information they hold against my account and I started official dispute with my bank provided them with emails accusation and lie from their customer service.. My bank took this on board and frizzed the money river island came back with their side of the disput and lemme tell how poor it was every singel thing they have accused me of was a loe and never been mentioned to my bank and they used a stup new excused saying the package wasn't damage cut story short my accès subject request arrived and I has nothing in there of what they accused me off so I dont where the these thing came from and my bank won the dispute and got my money back river island bunch of scammers why haven they done proper checks with their distribution to confirm the status better then accusing in’ocent customer to cover their own mistakes

River Island Scammed me

I'm very disappointed with River Island, these guys are the worst ever! I've purchased a top from this company and the one arrived was defective. I knew that I had only 14 days to return so I contacted River Island right away and asked for a replacement. They did not reply. When I called their phone number no one picked up.
I sent them another message and nothing. They finally replied two weeks later and said that there was nothing they could do because 14 days already passed! Can you imagine that? These scammers did that on purpose! What a joke!

River Island I got fake order from these guys

I ordered clothes from the company www.riverisland.com. I received the package 2 weeks later, but the clothes were addressed to the wrong guy. I was shocked and returned the fake parcel back. I asked for full refund, but the seller told me that they would transfer it within one month. I already waited one month and three weeks, but the seller still has done nothing. I need my money back and it’s all I want now. Please, help me.

River Island The colour and design of the wig was completely different

Don’t buy from the website www.riverisland.com. I bought blouse and sweater from them, but it recently arrived and looked completely different as on the website. The colour was darker and the design was completely different. I wanted to return it back, but I needed to pay for the return postage. I really advise you to stay away from them and don’t waste your time. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

River Island Nightmare of an experience ordering from them

Nightmare of an experience ordering from them. Again, the actual store is worth shopping at, but not their website. I gotta say that this was hands down THE most horrorible online transaction I've ever had in my life. They use a third party shipping service called DPD that will ONLY release the parcel to you if you pay taxes and duties on your parcel BEFOREHAND (before the parcel even reaches your shipping location). I received countless emails that looked like scam emails and phone calls asking me to call them to place a telephone payment. So I contacted River Island customer service regarding this issue and the only thing they did was to instruct me to go ahead and pay them. Usually, I pay the delivery man or Canada Post man any duties and taxes when they hand me the parcel. No way am I placing a telephone payment with my credit card info before my parcel even gets delivered to me. Especially with that obvious DPD Fraud Warning in effect.

All I can say is...RED FLAGS MUCH?!?! Never again will I dare order from River Island again that's for sure.
