House was delivered to site extremely damaged, left uncovered and was water damaged after installation, walls cracked, ceilings cracked, builder TJW homes tried to get un-earned draws against construction loan and ultimately abandoned project leaving home damaged, 35% finished and then tried to sue and place mechanics lean which was ultimated abandoned. Homeowner had to take over and finish home to the tune of and additional $150, 000.00 over original price and budget - Ritz Craft failed to correct problems reported and home was left a mess - DO NOT DEAL WITH RITZ CRAFT HOMES Gemini Division in PA OR TJW HOMES in Fredericksburg Virginia as both are a ripoff
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I feel your pain. Ritz craft number 1 has no service department. Your contractors the service department, i also had a 4 year trial with Ritz craft, i know for fact this is true. You had an issue w ith the contractor, no service or warranties will be provided. Ritz craft will not tell you that, they Ritz hide. Thi is just 2 customers with MAJOR
