Ritz crackers
I have noticed that the crackers are very crumbly and difficult to spread peanut butter or cheese on them without them breaking apart. The bar code number on this particular box is [protected]. I have loved ritz for years and still do, I am just wondering why they are so crumbly lately.
The number under the bar code of this batch is: [protected].
Please get them back to where they don't crumble while being spread with peanut butter or cheese,
Thank you

Ritz crackers
I bought some Ritz Crackers recently. One of the packages had something on a few of the Crackers. It almost looked like peanut butter but I don't think it was. I always keep Ritz Crackers on hand and we eat a lot of them. This was a package of four sleeves. I had almost eaten all of them when I found at least four Crackers with something on them. Thank you.
Ritz toasted chips
Before I started junior high school I was eating Ritz Crackers, Peter Pan Peanut Butter, and a glass of milk every night before I went to bed. I continued all through high school, college, and have continued to do so for 46 years of wonderful married life.
Several weeks ago we bought several bags of every flavor of Ritz Toasted Chips for expected guests at The Augusta National Masters Tournament. My granddaughter, after fixing the trays of the assorted flavors came in the room and said, "Grandbubba, look at my arrangements". there were "THREE" whole crackers out of all of the bags. I was very disappointed and amazed that you packaging and shipping could be so lax and unreliable.
I told my granddaughter, "It looks like some children have been playing kick ball with those bags doesn't it"?
Please advise. Thank you for your genuine and gracious attention and consideration.

Taste, smell awful

i am very sure the horrid taste & smell of my ritz crackers is because they have been soaked with the glue you use to seal the sleeves together.
The sleeves in this box have never been glued shut, therefore the taste and smell!
i have the box and sleeves if you'd like them returned to you.
Reason for caps is i'm typing this with a broken shoulder. Sorry
please send lots of money $$$$ or lots of ritz coupons.
Thanks.

My husband and I have always been fans of ritz crackers, until recently. I do not know what you have done to change the recipe, but the crackers crumble too easy and the taste has changed. We will not be buying this product anymore. As I see ours is not the only complaint. Maybe you changed the recipe to try to save money, but you keep going like your going and no one will buy Ritz anymore. It use to be a great product !
Thank you

It is funny that I saw this while casually reading complaints because last week I purchased ritz crackers and every cracker is either crumbly or burnt horribly!
