I have been purchasing your Toasted Chips Sour Cream and Onion as I really like these. Today I open a new bag and was eating them and I got one chip out and it looks like a worm or something baked in the chip. This has almost made me sick as I had already eaten some of them. I would appreciate a refund or something on this purchase I made. I have attached a picture of the chip. Thanks for your help in this matter

I purchased a bag of your multigrain toasted chips on june 25, 2018 at waremart in keizer, or. When I opened the bag a large portion of the chips were slashed together, making one big lump. There were four such lumps measuring from about two to four inches in length and about 1/4 to a 1/2 inch in height. They are completely inedible. Most of the other chips are stale and some are covered in so much salt they are inedible. The expiration date code on the bag is "26 dec18 ax305 b1". Bar code "[protected]".
I was very disappointed to find the disgusting quality of these chips when I opened the bag. I was looking forward to a healthier alternative to regular crackers.

Well I just purchased 2 boxes of plain ritz crackers on June 18th at the Publix supermarket in Boynton beach Florida... Upon opening them and eating some I noticed a peanut butter taste on them and since I am allergic to peanuts I immediatley threw them away and called my doctor... He told me if I had any reactions to go straight to the emergency room... I am so upset about this i am thinking of taking this further...

I recently purchased the cream cheese and onion snack crackers. I wanted a snack that would be easy to consume with very little mess. However all of the chips in this particular bag was broken into very small pieces making it difficult to enjoy. I am not sure if this happened during shipping or at the local grocery store. However I am dissatisfied with this product.

I have been buying this brand for years with much satisfaction. In the past 3 months, every time I purchase a box, I find Ritz crumbs and crumbling. I can't pick up a cracker without it crumbling in my hand. I enjoy peanut butter and jelly crackers but it is becoming more difficult to make them. At first I thought I may have gotten a bad batch that perhaps got crushed during transporting but every time I get a box I face this problem.

Have you changed the ingredients? Are you putting less of something into the batch?

I would appreciate your help in this matter. Do I want a refund? No. Although the crackers were crumbly, I still enjoyed them but I would like to eat some "whole whole wheat crackers."

I have bought cream cheese and onion bakefuls for the last 6 weeks as I really like them. The last 3 multi packs I bought from asda in kirkcaldy 1 full multi pack was tasteless and I had to bin them. I was very disappointed as I have been enjoying them as their flavour has been good up until this pack. The barcode number was [protected] the expiry date is 30/11/2018 and the weight in total is 115g or 5x 23g bags. I think they should be check thoroughly as it would stop me buying them if this happened again.

We have purchased Ritz Crackers for many years, always enjoying them and buying more. HOWEVER, the last box purchased was inferior. The crackers had NO SALT and lacked the taste that we were accustomed to from previous boxes. The box was not labeled as low sodium or without salt. The best by code is 04NOV2018MS1046. A refund for this box would be appreciated. Thank you.

The last 3 box's of Ritz crackers I have gotten have not had salt on the crackers. There not the low sodium either. I was wanting to know if y'all have quit putting salt on them. I'm very disappointed each time I buy a box. I am about ready to switch brands. If I wanted no salt I would have bought low sodium brand. Purchased these chips at walmart today. Love these original flavor chips. When i opened the bag to pour them into a container, i was shocked to see so many burnt chips. Someone really dropped the ball when they let these burnt chips be put in bags for customers. The really dark ones are really burnt and i won't even try to taste them. The slightly dark ones do have a little burnt taste to them, so i won't eat them. As you can see from the attached picture, the top chip is how the chips should look. I put it there so you could see the difference in them. Makes me hesitate to buy these again when i get something like this.

I opened up a bag of ritz crackers and touched them and they crumbled in my hands, every last one on May 6, 2018. The Best used by date is 01SEP2018MS 3043. the barcode is [protected]. Please send a refund for these crackers. I purchased them from Krogers in Valley, Alabama.

Kind of surprised that this has happened twice in one year. I have eaten these crackers for 50 years and have had great results. Not sure if the quality control is waning.

I bought a box of Ritz crackers on may 1 at Walmart in Gilmer Tx. and there is no salt on them. I have never had a problem with your crackers before until now. So disappointed! Please do something about this. I can not afford to have to replace items like this. There is no telling how many people have had the the same problem. Normally a great product but highly disappointed this time.

Hoy 25 de abril2018 compre un bolso de galletas en el supermercado amigo y cuando abro la bolsa que vierto las galletas en el plato me percato que callo un pedazo de un contenido color marrón parecido a azúcar morena . Desconozco que pueda ser y me preocupe . Mi compañera lo probó pero poco y es me dijo que es salado se parece a lo que viene en las sopas Lipton . Envié fotos

We buy anywhere from 2-4 boxes every week. We eat a lot of soup and it's the only cracker we like. I just opened up one of the two boxes I bought at Ingles 2/$5. The crackers are very dark around the outside. It totally changes the butter taste to a bitter taste. I haven't opened the other box yet, because I like them to stay fresh until I need them.

I purchased these 2 boxes if Ritz Crackers at Slater Bros on 2-27-2018, I do not have my receipt because I shred them because I don't think that I need them.
I'm really curious to know if you have changed the way you make this product because my daughter bought some at WaLmart and hers are the same way.

The 2 boxes of Ritz crackers was being used for a get together with family and friends. The morning of 3-17-2018 I started preparing for my get together and my crackers were falling apart as I was putting food on them, I did use about half of the 2 boxes but I don't think I will be purchasing your products for my events.

Your company well know s why people are upset with your products being sold for months now. If you do not plan to correct the obvious problems. I will stop buying. Tired of crumbling cracker that fall apart in my hands. Lack of sales will soon become apparent to the home office. I will not be a customer until you make the proper adjustments to your crackers. I have this evening purchased a bag of Ritz crisp and thin after being told they were really nice and I should try them, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the bag im the shop, it seemed more than big enough for us to share. Once home and settled we opened the bag and to our disgrace the bag is less than half full with actual crisp/crackers! There is way more packaging than actual content. It's such a shame because what you think your buying is not actually what you get. Such a big disappointment. Why have such a big bag when there No need too? It's also very deceiving until the bag is opened. As you can see in the photo the size difference is a joke once the packet is opened x

Buying Ritz Crackers in local Stop & Shop supermarket. About three years agiothe quality of the Ritz has tumbled. Each box I buy, I find most all of the crackers broken into small crumbs. I complained a d Nabisco sent a coupon. Used the coupon and found the new box was full of crumbs also. No more Ritz for me. Boycot this product until they fix the problem.

How could a product that has been so good now become terrible. Most if not all of the crackers in a pack crumble. I can no longer make peanut butter and crackers or any other snack because most of the package crumbles.

I have decided to no longer be a customer of this product because my money is tossed in the trash as crumbles!

I normallyby the buy one get one free. One for me and one for my grands They ha e give me suggestions of better crackers. These actually remind me of the off brand that I would buy once and not buy anymore because they crumble.

like so many other Americans i have been eating and enjoying Ritz crackers for as long as i can remember, Today my loyalty is at question . your product has changed and not for the better . i cannot put any kind of spread on the cracker without it completely crumbling apart. when i was at the store earlier i hesitated because i remembered the last 2 purchases had the same issues, but instead of going another brand i took a chance and now for me to take the time to complain about a cracker, you guys should be very concerned . . i will now be purchasing another product, after 45 years of loyalty. lets see if you really care
