Dear Ritz, 1/10/2018

I've been a diabetic for almost thirty years and have always relied on the small six-pack that comes in a box of 8. I've never complained about the cost, happily paying what ever the cost is. But I cannot believe that you've shrunk the crackers by so much (I suppose as a cost cutting measure). I am sorely disappointed. My husband made be a handy carrying case that held six of the sandwich crackers perfectly, and now it is only about 60% full. I am so disappointed in you.

I bought a box of Ritz crackers to make my chocolate covered peanut butter crackers for my family Christmas Dinner. I am so angry because the crackers were crumbling while trying to put the peanut butter on them. I don't have time to go and buy some more so now I want have enough to take. Not to mention the ones that I salvaged look awful. If this is what I can start expecting from your product I can just buy the store brand at a cheaper cost and probably get the same effect!

I purchased a box of your ritz crackers today at wal-mart. Upon opening the package I noticed the tube of crackers was shorter. Also I like to read the box to see where it is made and the ingredients. I see that this product is made in mexico! I have been a customer of your product for many, many years, after seeing that you moved to a foreign country to produce an american product. I and my family and any friends will stop buying this product. I will tell everyone I know about where these crackers are made. Hopefully you will move back to america!

I bought 2 boxes of Ritz crackers and they are all with the first at least 7 per sleave broken. All of the crackers are so overly dry they crumble just to handle. I am disapponted in the quality and would expect this from a generic product not Ritz. You couldn't even put a spread on them because they would crumble. I've been buying them for 30+ years and NEVER had this problem. I'd like reimbursement for the 2 - 13.7 oz boxes. I sent pics of the boxes with close up of bar code of each. I don't have receipt because who would have thought I needed to save a grocery ticket.

For some reason these crackers have peanut butter around the edges of some of the crackers in each pack. Of course they are not supposed to. Which brings me to the issue at hand. I have family members that are allergic to peanut butter and this could have really been a disaster. I pray that this is an isolated incident and we won't have to check our crackers looking for peanut butter that is not supposed to be there.

Horribly overflavored with onion powder. Sea salt is indistinguishable in the bitter onion flavor. I bought these on purpose one time, because the Bacon flavor is an excellent cracker, not oversalted or overflavored, but I love sea salt as an accent flavor, and expected a similar pleasant seasoning level. Instead they tasted so badly bitter and of onion powder, I checked the ingredient list, and there it is.

Well, last night I thought I grabbed the Bacon Crisp & Thin, and began snacking without reading the bag. Could not believe the batch was so horrid, bitter, and strongly onion flavor. Whoops! Sea Salt again. Now that I have had a "blind taste test" reaction I will complain to Nabisco. These might make a good crushed topping for your green bean casserole, but for snacking, they are a "bait and switch" flavor as far as I am concerned. Will never buy again.

I have been a Ritz lover o f these original crackers a very long time but the last 2 packages I bought have been horrible...yuck. they are dry and they don't have that nice golden crispy texture anymore. I am very disappointed with your product now..price goes up and crackers taste worse! Don't even taste good with peanut butter anymore. ONLY good to make crumbs for fish.

We purchase Ritz crackers all the time. I would say at least a 4 pack box every week. We have noticed that sometimes the crackers are:
- too salty
- too greasy
- break or crumble very easy

The great Ritz cracker hasn't been seen in some time. The latest quality control mishap is the box I attempted to snack on was so salty I had to brush some of the salt off in order to eat them.

What gives? Is there that little quality control to have different crackers every time you purchase a new box?

I live the cream cheese & onion crisp & thin.
This time in the box there were many hard as a rock chips-my sister even asked me what I was eating as I tried to chew-& many at least 1/2 of them were dark to burnt.

I am a big fan of your products including the one in the title. I tried it last year and it has been on my shopping list ever since. Just last week I bought a bag from the store and couldn't wait to dig in. When I finally made it home I got a class of milk, opened my ritz toasted chips bag took a bite out of one, only to find out it tasted very very salty yuck!. I took a paper towel to wipe the salt off some of the chips but it was just too salty. I am disappointed because this brand of chips I considered my new favorite brand turns out I could not enjoy them this time. Will love to hear from you. Renay

I have purchased several bags of Ritz crisp and Thins. The majority of the time they have been of good quality and I have had any complaints. I do love the taste of these. However, twice there has been an issue once from a Walmart in Salt Lake City. I got a bag and they were mostly crumbs, just little pieces, no solid pieces. I didn't think to complain but recently I bought another bag and this one was a cream cheese and onion bag. I got that at Smith's in Salt Lake City on 900 West. This bag had no flavor of cream cheese and onion. Just a plain taste. No flavor whatsoever!
I just wanted to let you know of this that's all.

I purchased the chips from Harvey's formerly Winn Dixie on Hillsborough Ave in Tampa Oct.8 my chips are not sour cream they are plain... They don't smell or taste of sour cream... How can I this be? 06)2018 is my expiration date. Can I be mailed a coupon for the replacement. Harvey's won't refund me. They are telling me I need to contact the company

We love the taste of this product. The problem we are having is that the packaging does not protect the chips. The two bags we recently purchased were filled with broken pieces. This was also true for the parmigian chips. The bags don't seem to be able to protect the chips like a box would. It is hard to eat guacamole with broken pieces. Please change the packaging.

I have purchased several packages of Ritz crackers over the past several months searching relentlessly for the taste and texture that I experienced as a child! The Savory, buttery crispy, golden brown, with a hint of salt texture...it's missing! Where did these things go! Are the people who took theses things seriously retired? Bring them back for the sake of nostalgia! Buttery, crispy, with a hint of salt, golden brown texture...#no dollar store tasting Ritz!

We recently (9/2017) purchased a 4 pack of Ritz crackers. We ate 2 of the sleeves and they were fine but when we went to open the other 2 sleeves ( 9/21/17) they had remnants of peanut butter on them. Thankfully no one that was going to be eating them had peanut allergies. We just wanted to make you aware that there was an issue. I am including photos of the packaging and the opened crackers.

I recently bought several packs of ritz crisp and thin crisps, from Morrisons. After arriving home I noticed that there were crisps at the bottom of my shopping bags after looking at the crisp packet several packets of the crisps were not sealed properly . Could you please look into this matter urgently as obviously the crisps will not stay fresh if the seal is not sealed properly on the bags of crisps

On Saturday August 5th, I purchased a bag of these chips.. I opened the package on the 6th, only to find no sour cream and onion flavor. I don't have my receipt so I could not take it back to the store. The use by date is a 13apr18BD28 B . I bought them at Wal-mart Caldwell, Id.
I usually enjoy these but they were very plain this time. Would you please send me a new package or a coupon for a free bag.

I've been enjoying Ritz Crackers for years. I grew up with them. The ones I have been buying the last 6 to 8 months seem to crumble really and I mean really crumbley. They fall apart right in the package. When it comes to dipping in any kind of dip they fall apart. What's going on you change the way there made. Don't want to stop buying them but I will.

I recently purchased Ritz crisp and thin cracker, sea salt flavor. After opening bag and trying a couple they taste like sour cream and onion flavor ( not a fan of). Not sure if it was mislabeled or what but was letting the company know to see what they can do. I would like a refund or voucher to purchase new ones.

We love Ritz crackers and have bought them for MANY years. However,
in the last 3+ months all the boxes that we have purchased that have the
individual sleeves have had broken and crushed crackers!
Your crackers seem to be a tad thinner and therefore are breaking in the sleeve and also trying to get them out of the sleeve.
We just opened another box and ALL three sleeves show crackers that
are crushed or broken.
Please, please fix this problem. We don't want to go to another brand.
