Good Afternoon,
Every time I purchase a box of crackers the crackers are crumbling at the touch.
It is very frustrating .
It is impossible to make peanut butter cracker and just taking the crackers out of the pack is an issue.
Please refund a few boxes and advise if the problem has been fixed.
We thought it was only one box but are finding this is a regular issue.
We have been buying Ritz brand forever and do not want to switch.

Having the same issue. may stop buying them. town house crackers are a good replacement
We love Nabisco products! Sadly to say, my favorite Ritz Crackers are not worth buying anymore. They crumble upon opening, I cannot make appetizers without crumbling into pieces!

Your "Ritz Roasted Vegetable Crackers" are extremely fragile! What is the problem? I have these crackers for several years and have never seen this problem. They can't be touched because just crumble in your hands. It seems as Nabisco products have completely done away with quality. I love the flavor and most your products, but the quality of the products has disappeared. I will not waste my grocery dollars on your products.
This is systemic! Every box I’ve purchased in the last two months. I love the flavor, but hate... and I mean truly despise this crumbling consistency.
Has the formula changed, or are they just getting cheaper ingredients?
Please tell me why your Wheat Ritz Crackers fall apart when touched... please whoever is reading this go to the corner store and purchase a box of Ritz Wheat Crackers...open up a sleeve and try to takeout 5 crackers and have then stay whole...trying to add photo...looks like it time to find American owned wheat cracker
