Ritz Crackers review: Crackers broken iiin box 161

Bought a Variety Pack at Costco today [protected]. Received a Ritz Bits 1 oz package that is empty. It is sealed with air but no contents in the package.

Opened up new bag and not many whole chips ! Was going to use for Super Bowl party but was embarrassed to put them out. Was very diappointed, have bought these many times with better results.

although the packaging said clearly that the product was flavored sour cream and onion, they had no flavor at all. they were very plain not even salted. not what i intended. i purchased not just one bag but then another an it too was with out flavor

Some of my family members and I received ritz crackers opend up a new pack and they was SALTYYYY!. I am not getting overly dramatic but I do want to bring this to y'all's attention about your product.

I've opened 2 rolls of crackers now that are almost all inedible. Nothing but crumbs, or if you pick one that looks whole, you find out it's not. Not the quality that I expect from your product. I'm attaching a photo for your review.

The crackers were too cooked

They were brown and burnt color

And didn’t taste good as usual

Opened cracker package to find one cracker with no peanut butter and one that was a triple decker cracker with two layers of peanut butter. Nothing else was a problem. Date package was open 12-27-22. Best by date March 11-2023

I purchased two boxes of your product because I like them for tuna salad. The crackers are unsalted and crumbly. Bland and useless. Since I spat out the first cracker I ate, and now have 2 unwanted boxes, I think a refund should be issued.

Opened the box to find I dont know what inside, photos included Some of the biscuits were edible but still very unsure what these additions are . Purchased 8-12-22 from Tesco supermarket

I will attach pictures of issue. Ever bag of ritz crackers was open and the bags weren’t sealed on the sides. Which makes the cracker life shorter and makes cracker go bad faster. Product was bought 3 days ago. Todays date is 11-11-22

Opened new bag and all the chips were plain no seasonings at all. Bought at new Richmond wi Walmart I opened the bag 11/2/22

I bought a family bag of chips with sour cream and onion about 2 weeks ago at Kroger in Murray Ky.. They have no seasoning they are just plain. I have never had this happen before but am hoping it is just a mistake and not a new recipe.

I have purchased a box of your Ritz crackers original and they are burnt and taste horrible. Due to the stress of wasted money has caused me to become quite emotional and ruined the excitement of eating the whole box in one sitting and I will attach pictures as evidence.

What is wrong with the original Ritz crackers? They crumble and break so easy. We have purchased these at several different stores and they are terrible. Next time they are like this it will be the last time we buy them and they will be returned. What ever you changed, fix it please.

Me and my wife are getting alot of black specs lately from your products and we have to throw them away because we dont know what is it.It has been the 4 box it has been in.

I grew up on ritz my children now my granddaughter and my oldest are in love with the ritz sour cream and onion and I always purchase the family bag only to open it and its 75% empty bag full with air this is crazy and unacceptable. Please advise what to do, I would hate to stop purchasing. Thanks for your time

We have never had this problem the past. The crackers were tasty but most of them were in pieces.

Let me start off saying I love your crackers, but I don't get crackers I get crumbs! every time I try to pull one out of the sleeve it crumbles... let alone try to put anything on it. I am not going to buy any more Ritz crackers, but as soon as you get this problem solved let me know and I'll start buying them again.

The product tastes extra salty, too much to eat more than the first 2 chips. It taste terrible and I waste my money on this product which usually tastes better.

crackers need to be baked longer, I got two different boxes at walmart and they both look like they were barely baked! they taste terrible and i threw them both in the trash. your quality control needs to be a lot better, also the crackers are damaged, broken and crushed crackers.

I bought a family pak of 18 Rits original and all the packs of crackers came out with no salt. My kid love these crackers and they were very disappointed because the crackers didn't had any flavor. The code date for the pack is 05jan2020ms2041 21:52.

The crackers were all smashed. They also had barely any chips in the bag. I paid full price for barely anything.

The box of rita crackers I bought were not round they were oval. This was a little disturbing just curious how they made it through inspection faze.

I found a rubber band baked into my cracker. I have attached video and picture

in the bottom of the box there was a sleeve of crackers that was wide open at the side seam. I would like a coupon to make up for the bad sleeve.

I can no longer purchase RITZ crackers that don't crumble as soon as I touch them. THis is very disappointing as I love to make chocolate dipped, peanut butter filled RITZ crackers. I am throwing more away from disintegration than being able to used for cooking. WHAT HAPPENED?

I own an at home daycare and my kids love ritz crackers. But the last 3 times I have bought them I have opened the package only to have them crumble into a cracker mess. Sadly I will no longer be purchasing and will pass along my review.

I purchased a bag of sour cream & onion flavored chips and I was very disappointed because there wasn't any flavored on the chips and the bag hardly have any chips in it and for $4. I'm not pleased because I purchased this item all the time

I bought a 8 pack of sandwiches and most were damage from production. Meaning that some crackers were smashed or outside of their packaging. I didn't realize they were bad until I went to open the package. It's obvious that the equipment wasn't packing correctly. I have submitted a picture of the items and their production dates.
