As I was unable to be with my family while traveling abroad, I had to make a last minute decision to order flowers for my twin daughters on Valentine's Day this year.

I ordered flowers from Ritas Florist, who confirmed my order. I provided multiple contact details (email, two phone numbers, etc..) and explicit instructions.
I got on a plane for the next 12 hours thinking my girls will get flowers, only to discover my spouse said they had not been delivered when I land.
What did I get from Ritas? A refund email. No attempt to contact me, no explanation, no "can we deliver them a day later / can we recommend something alternate". Nothing. Just a bloody refund notice,

I would strongly suggest dealing with a reputable company, not Ritas.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR FLOWER DELIVERIES! It is a scam. They took my money, never delivered the flowers, did not respond to my calls or emails. We were able to stop payment on our credit card and filed a fraud charge. I dont believe this business even exists.

I made an order yesterday for delivery today and was overjoyed to have found a shop available for delivery on Christmas Day. Sent two bouquets to celebrate my sister in law getting married today in Houston while we are in Europe.

She still hasn’t received anything and I’ve had no further email responses !

Will never never ever order from this place again. I left 5 voice mails, 5 e-mails, they never responded to any. I do not know if they will make the delivery I paid for.

They do not pick up the phone. Terrible service. Please do not use this people.

I placed an order from MN going to IN for my Mother -In-Law that just receieved a kidney transplant, it was cancelled after 2 days of waiting for delievery, not delivered and my $76 was not put back on my card. Have called SEVERAL times and left messages, NO RESPONSE!

I ordered an arrangement for Same Day Delivery online, which was never received. I sent an email inquiring about delivery status & never received a response or explanation. Tried calling & no answer. The company issued a refund without any explanation or apology. Very Unprofessional & Poor Customer Service.

Ordered Beautiful in BLUE...what arrived were all white flowers...not one blue one. The glass blue vase advertised ended up being a wide blue plastic sand pail. They never ever answer their phone. Prices shown in CAD and they bill you in USD. 😠 Atleast they were in decent shape. Horrible company. Pic with blue flowers was the pic from their website.

Do not order from them! scammers! they never delivered my flowers but yet it says online that they did which was a lie! disputing it with my bank to get my money back!

He pedido unas flores para una amiga que está en Canadá. Se suponía que las flores llegarían ese mismo día y es por ello que intenté ponerme en contacto con ellos sin ningún resultado. Les enviá varios emails, formularios y llamadas telefónicas sin respuesta. El dinero no lo tengo en la cuenta ni las flores llegaron a su destino despues de varios días de espera.
Esta empresa es una verdadera estafa. Voy a interponer una denuncia para que me reembolsen el dinero y que la gente no sea engañada de manera tan espantosa.

This company is garbage. Wanted to surprise my girlfriend with flowers in the morning as she woke up since I was away on business. Flowers did not show... Tried contacting them to no avail. I learnt my lesson. After searching reviews I see that this happens all the time.

I am still waiting on mine! I ordered on Thursday and of course they were quick to take the money off my card. I got the same thing as everyone else. A “refund” on my order but we shall see. If it’s 7-10 days I guess it’s too soon. Very frustrating

My husband order online flowers and the next morning got an email stating the order was fully refunded and its a complete scam. Can someone please do something about it.

Same deal took my order in the morning, processed my credit card then I get a email at 4:00 PM with a canceled order and my money to be refunded in 7 to 8 days...now I wait to see if I even get my refund. And forget about all the contact info listed, every contact goes unanswered including the 800 number.
