Rising Star will give you "creative control, " take $2000 from you, promise the "greatest web work ever, " and then do a 1st-grade job, ignore your calls, ignore your emails, and run with your money.

Don't bother calling or working with these guys. They have no idea what they are doing, don't care about the client, and take FOREVER to complete any work.

    Rising Star Multimedia LLC is a small independent web development and graphic design firm. We specialize in custom hand built applications and take extreme pride in the quality of our work. We have a very elite core team of designers that handle every project that we undertake in-house. Every project that we take on we under guarantee and over deliver every time. We are always here to assist our clients and have set up a very efficient way to communicate via e mail correspondence. We also track every e mail conversation or work order that a client has ever sent in to our technical team allowing us to document the progression of our working relationship with them.

    Rising Star Multimedia LLC has very strict policies and procedures it follows when a current client has a grievance or complaint about the services or support they recieved by Rising Star Multimedia LLC. The first procedure in this instance would be that a representative of Rising Star Multimedia LLC would contact the grieving client to acknowledge the clients feelings and mediate an immediate resolution. If the client is unwilling to mediate then we will gather all of the clients files and review the clients account to verify the clients grievance. If Rising Star Multimedia LLC has indeed broken any of it's stipulated agreements in the contract then Rising Star Multimedia LLC will allow the client to terminate the contract and recieve a full refund on any and all fees associated to the clients account. If Rising Star Multimedia has not broken any of the stipulated agreements made with in the governing contract then Rising Star Multimedia LLC will contact the greiving client again to try to mediate the situation.

    Rising Star Multimedia LLC is an honest and ethical company that is bound by morals, we care about clients greatly because we understand that they are a reflection of our company. We also understand that there will be instances when clients will have grievances with Rising Star Multimedia LLC. as with any company. Please understand that we always give the benefit of doubt to our clients, or approach to complaints is head on. We constantly make contact with all of our clients and always urge our clients to contact their respective account manager if they have any complaints.     I have on two occasions, working on behalf of a client who bought into their promises, been treated with such distain and unprofessional screaming and yelling out insults as I have not experienced in all my years of owning various companies over the course of almost forty years. They post on the internet how they handle grievances; I find it very difficult to believe based on my two recent contacts. Weeks and weeks go by without requests being completed and when you ask for a reaonable response - YOU suddenly become the bad guy. I am going to lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    At Rising Star Multimedia we work hard to ensure a beneficial relationship with our clients. We have a very strict mediation policy in place to handle grievances that come up between us and our clients. In this case a client outsourced work to another entity, when the second party got involved the situation became more complex to deal with. Confusion creates frustration and frustration leads to hostility. In this case the second party was unsure of the information in question, when our client rep tried to elaborate on the information in question, the second party became very agitated and started yelling at our staff. Obviously our staff is trained to deal with hostilities, but it is no where in the job description.

    When a client gets upset we train our staff to regain control of the conversation. Once we have re established control of the situation we are ALWAYS able to get the conversation back on track. In this case the client services representative tried to regain control of the conversation to no avail and the the second party hung up the phone. We tried to contact the second party back but the call went directly into voice mail. We then left a lengthy message incorporating all of the information that was ORIGINALLY requested of us.

    In every industry you will find disgruntled employees, and disgruntled clients. We have strict disciplinary policies in place to either (A) Reprimand an employee, or (B) Terminate employment ship. We also work very hard to establish positive re pore with our clients in every situation, all the way down to mediation.

    Rising Star Multimedia has only had one other complaint launched against it since inception, this is due to meticulous care on our part to provide to our clients what they signed up for.     SCAM !!! Fortune Learning System / ICI Success / Business Development Division / Ecommerce / IVY Capital this company is there new name. They were all shut down but the FTC SEE ARTICLE.

    David Nealson - at 206-274-1008 or (206) 274-1008----- Claims to rebuild my site and recover money but is a scam! BEWARE. They are just calling there old clients and scamming them more.

    I agree! I only wish I would have checked out this website for information before throwing away $2, 499.99 with this Unethical business! Now they have a different address and phone number. It's :, 901 Occidental Ave., S. #207, Seattle, WA. 98134. And the phone number is, 877-235-6882.

    Again Rising Star Multimedia LLC. works very hard to maintain a clean name and a impeccable reputation. There is not one legitimate complaint against Rising Star Multimedia on If people are skeptical to do business with Rising Star Multimedia LLC. that's their prerogative, but don't judge another company simply because there are bad companies out there. If anyone has a legitimate complaint don't you think that they would contact the company in question?     I was promised that if I would let them build a website for me I would get a lot more traffic and sales. They told me after I purchased a marketing package from them I would get business cards, they would keep my site up to date with meta tags and keyword when I added products. They designed a blog for me but now all of the sudden I cant get any response to phone calls or emails. I had a fully functional website prior to "hooking up" with Rising Star. Granted I think the website Rising Star built is probably a more technologically advanced site, but what good is it if I can't get any support when I need it. I don't know what to do with the blog they built or how to add the meta tags, which they said they would do. I'm basically sitting out here on the end of the limb. At least with my other website, I could get support whenever I needed it. Now I'm sitting here with a website and no support. I'm out all the money they charged me plus all the money I had invested in the prior website. Things started out pretty good, but they went from hero to zero in nothing flat. It's like they fell off the face of the earth. All I want is what I paid for!!!

    I joined this company back in July of 2011 and everything went well until this past month. No phone calls returned and no emails returned Luckily I received an email from David and was supposed to make an appointment to go over my business, But since them no answer. I believe we all have been Scammed and lost all our money. I am closing up my shop for good this time. No more being had by con artist especially from from west coast of the USA.
