I have purchased one Samsung E840 mobile phone in Egypt (Cairo). The mobile phone is still under warranty. The mobile was taken to the Company authorized service centre (Ring) at Cairo, Mohndseen branch. They repaired it and after 2 days the mobile had the same problem, so I get back to the company, who said that they were unable to solve the problem, though they will change my old mobile with a new one ( Samsung U700) as E840 is not available anymore. And after negotiations for a couple of days they fix a day to get the new mobile, an hour before that date received a phone call from the company saying that I should pay 480LE in order to get the mobile. After negotiations they said they could make a discount and i will pay 250LE instead of 480! which i found it really weired, as i said in the begining am still in the warranty, How am i supposed to pay such money!!
I am really disappointed with the type of the customer care that I have received from your side and am quiet sure that this will affects your repition in the market and you will lose trust.
