Over priced bean to cup drinks machine. Sales mafia type guy sean driving a 50, 000 pound b. M. W. Mislead me into buying a drinks machine on a 5 year lease saying i could send it back at any time. The deal worked out at 45 pound a week plus vat this included free service. And a free starter pack 200 free drinks. Keep away from these con artists. This machine has cost over 12, 000 pounds i have learnt that you can get the same model for 1, 500 pounds and there coffee beans 16 pound a kilo that i can buy better quality for 6 pound a kilo at makro this is the biggest con as soon as you buy any where else they charge you for repairs filter changes (That they say you have to have 2 filters a year at acost of 145 pounds plus v. A. T. Sean where is my 2, 000 pounds that you said you would pay to siemens leasing. Keep away from rijo 42 they are the worst company i have ever delt with buyer beware how do sleep at night

Tried to gat a visit from a service engineer but they wont come because they think I am not buying enough of their products.

OK then. Stuff your products and your overpriced machine which is now in the skip.

A member of staff of Rijo42 named Hal Jenkins either fraudulently witnessed my signature of a lease agreement. Or he fraudulently signed my name in order to get a sale.

I have today had the shock of my life . I was told by a sales man I was entering a 3 year contract and today after calling the finance company to see how much I owed as I was wanting to pay it off believing I had only 12 months left, I was told it was a 5 year contract and I had 3 years left @£5320.00 . I have contacted trading standards and I am seeing a solicitor in the morning . Has anyone else had this fraud done to them and what was the outcome ?

This complaint has no evidence to back up the claim. It looks to me like the person who is posting these comments about rijo 42 has some sort of obsession with the company. It may be that they once worked for rijo 42 Ltd and because they couldn’t fulfil their job role within the company they may have moved on as a result (or not as the case may be) with a bitter taste in their mouth.

I have seen other posts about rijo 42 Ltd from a company called B.N.P Motors from user davejones001, a second post (exactly the same) from user davejones1984 and then another post from Bolton Arena, all within 48 hours of each other. The user davejones001 is apparently based in Australia and rijo 42 currently don’t supply this part of the world at the moment.

I have taken a look at Bolton Arena's website http://www.boltonarena.com/contact-us, you will soon realise that a company funded by Sport England would not put this type of thing on an American complaints website, they would (if the claim was true) go through the correct procedure and take legal advice through their solicitor.

I was inclined to look a little further after seeing this post, so I contacted the catering manager at the Bolton Arena who informs me that they are very happy with the offering that rijo 42 Ltd provide.

If I was looking to do business with rijo 42 I would certainly contact them direct first and ask for testimonials from customers who use the product day in day out rather than listen to this dribble.

One thing for certain is that this person (davejones001, davejones1984) will not stop here, they will continue to create “fake” accounts on this website and keep posting negative comments about the company.

You should visit their new website www.rijo42.co.uk to look at the fantastic products they do offer, if you are looking for a solution for your refreshments at work or at your business then look no further. They offer free demonstrations on all their equipment and have a brand new showroom that you can visit if you need to.

We are extremely happy with the service they provide, their service is first class and the coffee is fantastic. It certainly keeps the staff in our office going all day that’s for sure! J

Please can you remove this complaint as I tried to call BNP Motors on the number specified and found it did not exist.
