Unprofessional Conduct and False Promises: Beware of RightVows
I feel compelled to share my experience with Right Vows FZE after what can only be described as an utter disappointment and waste of time. Initially, I received a promising phone call from them regarding a job opportunity in Dubai, followed by a formal job offer sent via email. I was called to Dubai on urgent basis for joining and handover process. Filled with excitement about the opportunity, I promptly traveled to Dubai on March 20th for an urgent meeting with them. The handover process lasted barely an hour before I was instructed to await further guidance. However, despite my eagerness, I was met with complete silence. No clarity was provided regarding visa processing, job role, or any other details related to the company. My sole source of information was the Owner's assurances, which ultimately proved to be unreliable.
For nearly a month, I attempted to reach out to them for clarification and guidance on the next steps, but to no avail. It wasn't until the company themselves attempted to establish contact that any response was elicited. Even then, the agency offered no clarity or reassurance regarding the joining or onboarding process, leaving me in a state of confusion and frustration.
The most disheartening aspect of this entire ordeal is the blatant disregard for people's aspirations and dreams. To dangle opportunities before individuals, only to vanish into thin air without so much as an explanation, is not just unprofessional, but also downright unethical.
I urge anyone considering engaging with Right Vows to proceed with extreme caution. Their actions speak volumes about their lack of integrity and respect for potential candidates. Trusting them with your career aspirations could lead to nothing but disappointment and wasted time.

First of all, their communication skills are pathetic. They will be nice and sweet only until you’ve made the payment and landed in the UAE. Their actual behavior will start showing once you visit their office after all the payment is done
They will give you half information about their services
The rules and regulations they have mentioned in their document are a waste of time to read because they don't go by any of that. When asked they will say it is outdated
Don't invest money here because once you land there, they will not have your field jobs and by chance if you get placed anywhere, they will ask you pay more to get placed
I had an awful experience and and faced a huge loss will tell all my friends in Kerala to not trust them
The only reason I’m using this account to post this review is because my contact is still there in UAE through these guys due to no choice and I don't want to cause any issue to the person’s safety
Most importantly, they will forcefully make you give google reviews about them by sitting next to you

Your complaint is as fake as your personality. If you are really a person who is affected by RightVows, you must proceed further and complain to the UAE police or the cyber cell. You haven't done anything like that and all that you do is post some complaint just to defame them. That proves the fact that you're a fake fellow who has some grudge towards RightVows. They have their ethics and specific set of rules which are clearly posted on their Facebook page which mentions that Rightvows don't encourage any form of remunerations or payments. They don't ask any candidate to pay money nor do they encourage that. So if you really are a person who is genuine and have some basic education, you must have contacted the admin. They are always available to your queries, but you never did that because your accusation is completely fake. You can't make a legal complaint because it's all fake. I challenge you to do that if you're not a coward posting some nonsense out of grudge. The admins remove many people from the group due to their misbehaviour. The admin removes people who send unwanted messages to female group members. They have also complained against people who use abusive words. You're definitely one of those fellows who was removed from the group. The admins of RightVows could have filed a defamation case against you for this, but they are tired of fools who keep causing nuisances. People who are going to read this complaint need to know the truth. Most of the numbers that you have mentioned above are not even members of the team. That's one more reason to prove that you're fake and guilty.
