Rideoncars.co.uk Warning: Do Not Buy from RideOnCars.co.uk - Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery

I ordered a car from RideOnCars.co.uk, but unfortunately it never arrived. I tried calling the number I had been given, but it just rang out and a week later the number was cut off. I was really frustrated and disappointed, so I decided to contact trading standards to see if they could help me get my money back.

I also tried emailing the company, but I didn't receive a reply. When I finally managed to get in touch with them and told them I had contacted trading standards, they just sent me the same message I had received before. It's really frustrating that this company doesn't communicate at all.

I would strongly advise against buying from this company. If you do, you and your child will be very disappointed. I think they should be stopped from selling altogether.

Rideoncars.co.uk Warning: Terrible Quality and Untrustworthy Service from RideOnCars.co.uk

I recently had an experience with RideOnCars.co.uk and it was not a pleasant one. I purchased a ride on car from them, but unfortunately it arrived faulty. I spent two whole days trying to fix it, but to no avail. When I finally decided to ask for a refund, I was shocked to find out that they were going to charge me ?90 just to collect the faulty item. This was a huge inconvenience for me, especially since the item was already faulty to begin with.

To make matters worse, I found out that the cars they sell are of terrible quality and are actually from China, not the UK as they claim. I tried to contact them via email, but they never responded. I also discovered that they have a habit of pretending that faulty items work perfectly fine when they are sent back, just so they can deduct the postage from the customer. I saw this happening to other people on various blogs, and unfortunately, it seems like I am now a victim of this as well.

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from RideOnCars.co.uk to stay away from them. They are not trustworthy and their products are of poor quality. It's a shame that they are able to get away with this kind of behavior, but hopefully, this review will help others avoid making the same mistake that I did.

Rideoncars.co.uk Terrible Experience with RideOnCars.co.uk: Poor Quality Products and Disgusting Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with RideOnCars.co.uk. Their customer service was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a car for my daughter and it arrived the next day as promised. However, when I opened the box, I found that there were four screws missing and I had to put it together myself. I called the company and they sent me a replacement screw pack, but it was no use as it said I had to put hub caps on the wheels, which was impossible as the wheels had to be screwed on with buttons.

When I finally managed to put the car together, I noticed that there were wires showing under the steering wheel. I put the car on charge and it worked for only two days before it stopped working altogether. I have been trying to contact the company since the 21st, but I have not received any reply. It's a complete joke.

I would not recommend RideOnCars.co.uk to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their products are of poor quality. It's a waste of money and time.

Rideoncars.co.uk Poor Customer Service and Failed Delivery: My Experience with RideOnCars.co.uk

I recently made a purchase from RideOnCars.co.uk for my little boy's birthday. I was excited to receive the car as soon as possible, so I paid an extra ?7.99 for next day 24-hour delivery with DHL. However, to my disappointment, the car did not arrive on the promised day, which was Thursday. I tried to contact DHL to find out why the delivery was delayed, but I couldn't get hold of them.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to call RideOnCars.co.uk to see if they could help me. The person who answered the phone was not from DHL and was quite rude to me. Despite this, I persisted in trying to contact DHL, and they promised to deliver the car on Saturday. However, once again, the car did not arrive.

I tried to contact RideOnCars.co.uk again, but I couldn't get hold of anyone after leaving numerous messages. Eventually, they got back to me, and I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I wanted a refund for the 24-hour delivery that I had paid for. However, she told me to speak to DHL instead.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the service I received from RideOnCars.co.uk. They have no idea of customer service, and it was difficult to get hold of them. They are complete amateurs, and I would not recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a ride-on car.

I recently purchased a pedal Go-Kart from RideOnCars.co.uk as a Christmas present for my sons. Unfortunately, when I opened the package on Christmas Eve to assemble it, I discovered that some pieces were missing and there were extra nuts, screws, and other bits that weren't mentioned in the instructions. The instructions themselves were difficult to read, with spelling mistakes and unclear wording.

Despite these challenges, I managed to assemble the Go-Kart. However, I was disappointed to find that the workmanship was poor and the pieces didn't fit together well. As a result, the brakes didn't work properly and the Go-Kart was not safe for my children to use. Needless to say, this ruined the surprise of Christmas morning.

I tried to contact RideOnCars.co.uk multiple times to resolve the issue, but it took a month for me to receive a response from Jesse. When I finally did hear back, I was told that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund because it had been more than 7 days since my purchase. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had been trying to get in touch with the company for weeks.

Overall, I would strongly advise against purchasing from RideOnCars.co.uk. The poor quality of the product and the lack of customer service make it a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I bought a ride-on car from RideOnCars.co.uk for my little boy's first birthday. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was dirty and some parts were missing. To make matters worse, the car itself was broken. I called customer service, but they were not helpful at all. They told me that if I wanted to return the car, I would have to pay for it myself. I managed to convince them to change their policy, but it took two weeks for them to pick up the car. Even after they received it, they still haven't processed my refund.

The whole experience was terrible from start to finish. I don't think this is a British company at all. The only British thing about it is the owners. The cars are imported cheaply from China and are not even quality checked before being sent to us. The website is very misleading, and I wish I had gone to a different company like kidscarsdirect.com in the first place. They got it right the first time, and I highly recommend them.

In conclusion, I strongly advise you to avoid RideOnCars.co.uk. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are of poor quality. If you want a ride-on car for your child, go to a different company that you can trust.

Rideoncars.co.uk Disappointing product and lack of packaging from RideOnCars.co.uk

I had to email RideOnCars.co.uk to ask about the whereabouts of my order, as I hadn't received any tracking information. They got back to me straight away and gave me the tracking number, which was helpful. However, when the car finally arrived, I was disappointed to see that it had no protective packaging and was covered in dust. It looked really cheap and I didn't even bother taking it out of the box.

I was so unhappy with the product that I immediately contacted my bank and emailed RideOnCars.co.uk (also known as Tigris Toys) to tell them that I was returning it. I did this within an hour of receiving the car, but unfortunately I had to pay for the return postage myself. It was a bit of a hassle, but I eventually got my money back a few days after they received the car.

If you do decide to return a product to RideOnCars.co.uk, make sure you take photos of the condition it arrived in and attach them to your email. Follow their instructions carefully and provide the tracking information. I even attached photos of the post office receipts to make sure everything was clear.

In the end, I decided to buy a similar product from Halfords instead. I wouldn't use RideOnCars.co.uk again, as I was really disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of protective packaging. I only gave them a score of 3 for their prompt reply to my emails.

Rideoncars.co.uk Warning: Do Not Buy from RideOnCars.co.uk - Fraudulent Company with Faulty Products and Poor Customer Service

I recently bought a car from RideOnCars.co.uk for my son's birthday. Unfortunately, when I received the car and set it up, it didn't work. I was quite disappointed and frustrated, so I decided to email the company to see what could be done. However, I found out that I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone directly, and had to go through a whole rigmarole of procedures to verify that the car wasn't working.

After going through all of that, I requested a refund since I was still within the timescale and the car was faulty. They sent a courier to collect the car, but then I waited a whole week and still hadn't received my refund. I decided to email them to see what was going on, and they told me that they had to have it tested by their staff at the warehouse.

Finally, I received an email with pictures and a video attached, saying that the car was working and that I had used it. However, the pictures and video were not of the same car that I had been sent, as it was never used and did not move. I was quite upset about this, and they only gave me a partial refund on these grounds. I ended up getting back less than what I actually paid for the car.

Looking back, I wish I had read the feedback before making my purchase. I would never have bought anything from them, and I can see that this is a regular scam that they do. I strongly advise others not to buy from them, as they are frauds.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with RideOnCars.co.uk. I mean, I wish I could give them no stars, but unfortunately that's not an option. I had a really bad experience with them and decided to check out some reviews online. Let me tell you, I was shocked to see that this company is still in business.

So, I ordered a 12v ride on car for my son's 2nd birthday. The only good thing about this company was that they delivered it quickly. But when I opened the cardboard box, there was no bubble wrap or any kind of protection for the car. That was problem number one. And then, to make matters worse, the car had scuffs, scratches, and huge dents on the doors. I was so upset.

I tried to contact the company through their "contact us" form, which said they would get back to me within 4 working hours. But of course, that didn't happen. After a week of sending emails, I finally got a response saying that the best solution would be for me to return the car and get a refund. They couldn't guarantee that the replacement car wouldn't have any damage. What kind of company is this?! The car looked like I bought it second-hand from Shpock.

I found a phone number online (I'll leave it below) and spoke to a guy who didn't seem to care about my wasted time or the fact that I was so annoyed with their customer service (or lack thereof). He didn't even apologize for the disgusting service I received. He just said I was welcome for having my time wasted. Now I'm waiting for a return label, which he kindly reminded me I wouldn't have to pay for. Excuse me, but do they want a thank you? I have to package up the car and take it to a UPS drop-off point, which is just another inconvenience.

Once they receive the car, I'll get a refund within 3 days. Luckily, I still have some time to find a reliable and reputable company to order my little one's present from. Please, please, do not use this company. They're very unreliable, hard to get hold of, and can't guarantee that your child will get the item you paid for in immaculate condition. That really annoys me.

If you need to contact them, don't bother with the number on their website. They also trade as Tigristoys.co.uk and their number is ***. I hope this review helps someone who's been frauded by this awful company.

Went to put it together and found out some parts were missing. I was really disappointed because I had paid for a customised number plate that didn't come with the package. I recently purchased a 2 seater ride on car from RideOnCars.co.uk for my boys as a Christmas present. The price was ?146.99, which I thought was reasonable. My boys were thrilled with the car and couldn't wait to take it for a spin. However, after using it only twice, the car stopped working. I kept it in my kitchen all the time, so I was surprised that it had malfunctioned so quickly.

I decided to contact RideOnCars.co.uk to see if they could help me with the issue. They responded to my email with a list of possible faults, which numbered around 12 in total. Rideoncars.co.uk Great Ride-On Car from RideOnCars.co.uk, but Disappointing Number Plate

I got my daughter a ride-on car from RideOnCars.co.uk and it came on time and in good shape. It's pretty loud, which is cool, and I hope my daughter will like it on Christmas day. The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was the number plate. I expected a plastic one to come with the car, but instead they sent a sticker. Now I have to go out and buy a plastic number plate for my daughter's car.

Despite that, I'm really happy with the car. I was a bit scared when I read some reviews about people getting damaged cars, but my daughter's car is in great condition. Overall, I would recommend this site to other people.

Rideoncars.co.uk electric kids car

We are disappointed and frustrated with our experience of buying car from ride on car, we got the car on 26/09/19 and a defective piece was sent to us. After a lot of complains, the company allowed us return the products for repair. Now it has been over 10 days the car has been returned, the company is not updating us about fault and when they are going to return the car. We really regret buying the product from this company and need help in getting back my 69 pounds from the company.

The company doesn't value the customers time and patience and talks about customer keeping customer happy. This level of service is very poor and the company should be banned from selling products in UK.

Still no response from the company on condition of our car, can anyone please help in taking legal action against the company

I bought a car for my sons birthday and when it came and i set it up it did not work! Rideoncars.co.uk Don't buy cars from them – only problems with the repair

I purchased car from the company www.rideoncars.co.uk. I got it, but it was damaged, so the seller agreed to repair it and completely for free, but I needed to pay for the delivery on my won and it would cost me about $100. The same price of the new car. I started to argue with the seller, but this jerk simply refused to help and stopped to communicate with me at all. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Rideoncars.co.uk They say its not possible to get a refund and wont come out to try and repair.

I paid £146.99 for a 2 seater ride on for my boys for christmas they loved it. We used it twice and it wouldnt work i had it in my kitchen all the time. I bought the ride on car (£155.99 inc postage/ £16.99 postage to have it sent to N.Ireland. My dad assembled it well and the parental control did not work at all which is a necessity for toddlers. I had days and days of half-hearted emails from 'Jesse' instructing me how to fix it, with no result. Then offering to send replacement parts for me to assemble! After I requested a courier collect the faulty item 'Jesse' lied and told me IF it 'suddenly worked' when it was returned it would be £89.00 plus vat for them to have it collected. I realised then and after reading other other customer reviews, that they would just say it worked to scam this 'courier' money from me. (Thank god I was able to put a claim in with paypal and they resolved this for me in the end). I had to pay myself over £40 to have it sent back to England, upon the premise by paypal that when it was delivered back to them I'd get a refund. They also emailed me giving me an address to send the car to, a 90 mile drive away from their business address that is registered with paypal. Further, at first, they would not answer the door to Parcel Force at their business address that paypal gave me, then when someone did sign for it (perhaps inadvertently) after a surprise re-delivery, I was still getting emails from 'Julie' saying they had not received the item. (No refund without delivery back to them you see) They lie through their teeth from start to finish, and you WILL get a faulty car and there is no genuine customer service to help you if you do, and they will try every trick in the book to avoid giving you a refund, and you will pay the postage for its return without question. These cars are being distributed from China, are of very poor quality and there is NO U.K quality control. They are rubbish. Please do not think you are getting a bargain with them as they are gangsters, and will never deal with you honestly if you have a complaint about the ride on. (you very likely will!)

Best bet is to talk to your CC company and arrange a refund from them. They do not reply to any calls/emails until after their, unlawful I believe, 7 day rule. I have never dealt with a company so unhelpful and rude before so I was quite shocked by their attitude. If you tell them you are reporting them to the CC company you may get a refund.

I bought a Pedal Go-Kart for my sons Christmas Present and was disappointed when I assembled it on Christmas Eve. Pieces were missing and extra unknown bits were provided. The instructions made no sense at all and were misspelt. When the Go-Kart was assembled it was almost as if it would fall apart, when the brakes were applies the steering wheel popped out, the front of it fell off it was not the right size. It was very unsafe for my 3 year old and I would advise all not to purchase their products because of the workmanship. The Customer Services was appalling, I messaged them on the 24/12 and then 6 other times, I eventually got a reply on the 19/1 to say a refund wouldn't be granted because it was over 7 days since the purchase. I really regret not opening and assembling it there and then when I got it.

I had a very similar problem with them. The car worked fine with no one in it but would not budge when my 3 year old got in it..
Lots of emails, phone calls to a very unhelpful 'cutomer services' guy. I at last got to speak to Nic, the owner (I think). He was the most abusive person I've ever had to deal with. To be fair they did send items (another motor and battery) for me to try. The new motor required soldering in, which as a diy'er I was capable of doing. Same result after more abusive emails ( he would not speak to me on the phone). I told him I would raise a complaint with the Credit Card company. He then accused me of stealing the car and would call the police... I think this shows the mentality of the person. Anyway he agreed to refund the money so long as I sent the car back. I photographed the car to ensure I had evidence that it was undamaged and at my cost sent it back. My Granddaughter had used the box (well she counld not play with the car could she) as a play submarine so it was damaged. I got another abusive email complaining that it was now unsaleable because of the box. As I understand it the law states that you do not have to keep delivery materials to be able to send an item back and get a refund. He argued this and although he refunded the cost of the car I did not get the postage refunded. In the end I think I knew more about the car than they did (the customer services guy was also the technical expert). Not a good experience and one I'm hoping not to repeat. I have a new Granddaughter and am about to go through the buying process again...If my nerves can stand it.
