SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Don't buy cars from them – only problems with the repair

I purchased car from the company I got it, but it was damaged, so the seller agreed to repair it and completely for free, but I needed to pay for the delivery on my won and it would cost me about $100. The same price of the new car. I started to argue with the seller, but this jerk simply refused to help and stopped to communicate with me at all. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
