This is one of the worst company, there get people from india and make them salves in their company. only people who are unable to lose their money due their family situations are staying there. Actually MD of the company Mr Anand is a syco and behave like a animal towards the workers. he is a satist. so people trying for jobs in dubai, please do not go to rich marine service. the company is in AL JADAF.

Dear Friends... please don't go to work in RIch marine services Dubai or Royal rich marine services Dubai they both are one company all your documents comes with Royal rich marine services and you are going to work in rich marine services the MD is Anand (black fox) ... don't see his website all are false information only . Actually it is black list company and their is no work from last 05 years...

Above information are not correct, He have SSLC and ITI fitter in 1955 (Approximate) any way he is owner of the company, he started from bottom level and reached top level because of his workaholic nature. Because of his character, who joined his company they learned lot of things.
The above mentioned is 1000% correct. His Office working time is 12Hrs. even Fridays and holidays without overtime. He is collecting from people visa money, cutting OT, gratuity, leave salary etc. for his daughter's marriage. He is telling, he is an Engineer and His wife is a Doctor, actually he didn't went any school. This company he got by cheating his early partners. He started is carrier as a sweeper, that is why he is talking bad words to workers. This company is a flowered banquet in the hand of a monkey he will throw and laugh (May be already shutdown this company). His calculation for date of joining is visa stamped date and ends on labour card expiry date. If anybody take one day sick leave he cuts two days salary and he may colled the insurance money.
Yes. Moreover he is not sending people on emergency leave, if somebodies close relatives may died. He is not senting anybody on vacation timely.
