REZV RezV - how to cancel

It turns out that you get the free trial from buyrezv.com, which automatically signs you up for the "membership". Then after your first bottle, you start receiving new bottles of RezV and that is when they start charging your credit card. However if you look at the card they send with the bottles, the name of the company is NutriBlvd (however your credit card still has company as buyresv.com with a bogus phone number next to the charge). You need to call the number on the card that was sent in the mail: [protected] to cancel your membership. I received an email confirming that my BOGUS "membership" was cancelled.

DO NOT open the bottles. You can send them back and apparently they will send you a refund. They will give you an RMA number and claim that they will credit you credit file. I will be sending my two bottles back on Monday.

If you don't mind spending more than a $1000 a year for a questionable product, then go ahead and remain a "member" and get one bottle a month. Personally, I buy many supplements and $90 a bottle (~$3 /day!) is what this stuff costs...that is insane.

I refuse to have anything to do with this very unscrupulous and unethical company who plays games like this with people's money. I strongly suggest that everyone who has been taken by this company, please cancel your membership and get a full refund, if you have not opened the second bottle.

Was charged and sent another supply before the trial day was due. Promised a refund upon returning the product. Sent the product back with tracking number and RA number. Said I would receive the refund within 14 days. I have made several calls to no avail and received harrassment and hung up on more than once. This is obviously a big scam. so be careful ! My last conversation with them they said I had done a charge-back and that they could not discuss anything more with me . I did not do a charge back and when I asked them what day and who did this they would not answer and said they had to hang up the phone and would not let me speak with a manager or anyone. They hung up the phone. I have all the names and dates of the people I spoke with and would like to pass this on to the BBB so people can be aware .

I ordered trial size w/ NO commitment to reorder and this product and they send a regular size and charge my account . then you cannot reach them to send it back or cancel even

Received return authorization number, unsatisifed with product results.
Sent back unopened bottle of product per company's instructions using company's return address listed in terms of use and provided by customer service rep. My package was sent back to my home- marked BOX CLOSED. Immediately called company and emailed them about this matter. No response back from company and they no longer answer calls.

I was another "victim". I sent in for the trial supply paying only shipping. BEWARE - they almost immediately send you another supply and refuse to let you return it. Customer service says they will email you their corporate office information to request a refund. Never happens. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully I will get my money back that way.

Tried ResV for 15 day trial for $4.95 was charged $87.? from my credit card after I had canceled the account, they had charged me once before for the product before I had ever received it, when I finally did receive it I sent it back now they have charged me again and I have not received anything yet! What a rip off!

14 day free trial is a scam. They send you an addition bottle the next day and charge you $87.97 even if you cancel immeditately. I sent back the bottle at my expense and was only credited $78.96. Do not order anything from this company. They are a piece of work.

I placed an order for a trial bottle and then went online to read review. I was suspicious because the website I was reading info and the company that actually billed me were different. I got enough info to change my mind, and cancel my order immediately - 30 minutes I placed the order.
I called - nobody answered - the phone is completely dead; I e-mailed using info@nutriblvd.com and support@nutriblvd.com
my e-mails returned.

I received a bottle of 60 capsules from this place and I WILL not be paying the charge when I get it. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's Office. I think this company needs to do more than reimburse the people they have scammed! They need to be sued to the fullest extent of the law in each and every state that they have sent this "unauthorized shipment" to.

I could kick myself...ordered the free trial and before i even opened the bottle ..they had billed my debit card $87.95...they do not answer the phone...i have called several times and it says business hours 9-6"good bye" and it is before 6! I am going to my bank tomorrow to see what i can do..i work too hard for my money to have it stolen from me! Also, emailed them with no response...they got the money and gone!

REZV Fraud

I tried this rezv on a trial for shipping only and they have charged my credit card 87.00. There was no information when I ordered the free trial about sending another jar automatically. This is a fraudulent practice and this company should be stopped.

I have been trying to get a refund from this company for 6 months now. I have done everything required on time and they have ignored all my attempts. This company should be exposed as a scam and charged with robbery, and fraud. They are stealing my money. I hope to get the BBB involved and to go public locally. Is there anyone out there that wants to band together and go after REZV. They are a complete FRAUD!

I have just experienced the same as above customers. I called to cancel on 9/2/09 after I received a shipment. Operator said she would email a confirmation cancellation number and to this date I still have not received the email. I received another shipment yesterday so I called my credit card company and lo and behold my account had been charged again so I closed the account. I then called Rezv company to verify that this account had been closed which she verified. I asked why another shipment had been sent and she said I had called at 4PM and the product had already been shipped at 10AM that morning. I asked her to check to make sure the Pliatrol product had been cancelled also and she stated yes. I asked for the cancellation number and she said she couldn't give me one since the account had already been closed. I asked if another shipment of the Pliatrol had been sent..she said yes. I told her my credit card balance was $88.90 for the REZV and since I closed my credit card account she would not get paid for the Pliatrol if it was shipped already. This is the kicker: She asked "If you want a refund, how can we give you a refund if you closed the account?" I then stated, "You and all the other operators I am hearing in the background are stating that you don't give refunds on products already shipped out, so why do you need another credit card number?" She then asked if she could help me with anything else..and I said "No thank you, you've done enough!" I have received two shipments in less than a month and that's why this is considered a scam, NOOBIE! It's people like you that probably work for these companies and get people stuck with products they don't ask for.

I was told it would take 8 - 10 weeks to get a refund. Have not gotten the credit back on my card yet. I called today they told me the credit was issued yesterday (how convenient) - I looked at my account and it was NOT credited. The credit card limit to dispute a charge is 3 months from purchase. They put you off long enough for that to expire and then you will never see your money again. They should be shut down for fraud.

I ordered a bottle of the RezV at www.nutriblvd.com and spoke to a customer rep. and told her that I did not want a trial offer and only wanted the one bottle and would order it when I was ready. She told me no problem and said she took it off. They sent me a bottle the next month w/o my request so I again called them and told them not to send anymore and was told it was taken care of. The 3rd month, I was not sent the vitamins but was charged anyway as well as this month-4th month of dealing with this. I called today and was told that there is no note of my cancelling anything and that if I wanted a refund then I had to send the package back. I explained again that I have not rec'd the product this or last month and was told that I could not be issued a credit if I did not send a/t back. They refused to look for a tracking number to see that it was not delivered. The cust. rep today was so rude that I actually cried. He hung up on me 4 times and refused to help me or let me talk to a manager. His name is Robert and his code is 8. I was very upset and he just laughed and kept hanging up on me as I kept asking him why he would not help me or let me talk to a manager. I have had to file complaints with my cc company every month yet they wont stop.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THIS SORT OF THING CAN BE STOPPED AS I DONT WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. CAN CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD BE CHARGED TO THEM OR A CIVIL SUIT? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DIRTBAG COMPANY!

I am one who ordered without reading the terms and received a 2nd shipment. Did call and got the information to return the product and get a credit. Returned it on March 20 and as of today, June 5, still have not received my credit. Was told I would receive it within 5-7 days of receipt of product. Talked to their customer reps 3 times and then was told to e-mail their corporate office. No phone number would be given. Do not trust that this company will be honest.

noobie I must say you are completely incorrect and need a little education:

The terms are not displayed except for the "free" trial requirement to pay shipping. Online there needs to be a "terms and conditions" that are explicitly agreed to by signing them or checking that you have read them. This does not happen during the free trial order process. Also, the receipt provided by RezV does not show the terms and that if not cancelled you will be charged $87.00. This is fraudulent behavior designed to deceive, which is illegal.

I too fell for the magic beans. I thought, "why not ry it out for 5 bucks?" For 5 bucks I could fell energetic and lose a few of those winter pounds. I never saw the terms and conditions and I never saw the full price. I too figured they would bombard me with ads and the full price later. I was charged the 87.97 on my credit card to be automatically withdrawn from my bank account. I will try to get the money back into my account tomorrow, but have little faith that I will be successfull. I have done some research (a day late and dollar short) and see that some people have had to cancel their cards and some are doing some type of reverse charge through the bank. I also see the stuff can be purchased much cheaper from CVS.

I just found out through my statement (on [protected]) that I was billed for the $87 on [protected]. I called the bank, and found that another charge for $87 is already pending against my account. I went back to the website, and do not see where I agreed to the terms and conditions, as I always read them, and never would have agreed to such short response time. I expected to receive terms and conditions with the shipment, or be flooded with advertisement later. I have contacted the Nutriblvd company through their website, and went to the "Contact us" link. I do not know whether they will respond, but if they make me go through the work of closing my debit card, I will definitely put an equal amount of effort into fighting the past charges. I am willing to consider the initial $87 as an expense reminder regarding gullability, but no more!

I also have been charged the $87.87 after i had cancelled my subscription. I have not recieved another bottle yet but have been already charged for it. I think that is awful that a company would actually steal from a comsumer and continue to promote their product, which I continually get ads for on my computer! I have not noticed any results using this product and I feel it is very expensive. When I cancelled my subscription I advised them it just wasnt in my budget at this time. I was assured I would be no longer recieving REZV. but when I got my bank statement I see they withdrew $87.97 for their product I never recieved. I advise consumers not to but from this company as they are dishonest and out to get your money!

this may look like a scam when you see your charge, but its only because you dont read the terms and conditions. they are listed on the page. right at the bottom in the "terms and conditions" link. I dont agree with the way its set up because i should get to order when i want it, not have autoship, but i make sure i dont order things that are on autoship. its called consumer responsibility. get all the facts before you make a purchase. nothing in life is free...including these kind of lessons

The same thing happened to me, I ordered a "free" trial bottle and paid like 3.95 for shippping. Then a couple of weeks later they charged my account $87.97.

So I called the number from the website and they said that I have the wrong number. And that alot of people are calling with the same complaint, that I have to go find the number myself. To google Rezv And No they don't have the right number to give me.

Well, so I called the number from above and they tried to take half-off of the price. I told him no thanks, still too expensive for me. So now I have to mail it back when I receive it, to get my money back. Even though I am sure it is not even shipped out yet.

Well, so I decided to call the first number and give them the correct number (which I found here). It sure sounded like the same guy, but he said he wasn't and he already had the correct number. He said that they have been having the number for 2 weeks and he doesn't know why the other guy wouldn't give it to me.

So i think they are linked and are just saying that they are not, but i could be wrong.

But I suggest that you DO NOT buy the bottle for half-price.
If they can't get legitimate sells, they don't deserve any.
