Rewards 660 / Suppose Transfer to Another bank

United States Review updated:

Yeah, the Rewards 660 supposed closure and transfer is indeed reticent of a scam, The fees and terms were awful, and now use is suspended. How on Earth do they think anyone would send more $$$ to an outfit as shady as these guys. One would think Metabank would be attemting to contact Rewards customers to make a smooth transition, if there really is to be said transition. Personally, I'd like them to close my account and I'll chalk it up as a well learned lesson...

The Rewards 660 Visa® credit card program was recently terminated because the servicer of the program was unable to continue operating the program. MetaBank, a federally chartered savings association located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, agreed to take the program over rather than leave account holders without a credit card. MetaBank apologizes for any disruption experienced by Rewards 660 Visa® cardholders. Unfortunately, temporarily suspending account usage was necessary in order to transition the Rewards 660 accounts to IndigoTM MasterCard® accounts. Current accountholders should receive and be able to activate their new Indigo credit card very soon.
