So its my first time using this product my hair is natural meaning I have had no relaxer and color . My natural hair color is a dark brown. My hair didn't come out the color I wanted which was blonde. But I do like the color it came out to be like a reddish blonde . But my thing is that my hair broke off in the back . I was losing hair after I used this product. So now my hair is short in the back. I followed the instructions sonim mot understanding why my hair fell out.

I'm sorry, I'm uncertain of the exact name of this product. I found out the hard way that if you press the release button by accident, the hot roller brush can burn you! I have a picture of the product and my burns. Perhaps this product should be (if it hasn't already) discontinued or re-engineered to require a two-button release to prevent burns. Is there now a safer version of this?

I went in to the store to buy blonde hair dye and got the shade medium blonde and expected my hair to be blonde. My hair was already blonde but I wanted to change the shade of it. I went through the process to dye it and followed every step and yet my hair was not blonde, it dyed my hair brown. I need an explanation and I expect a good one as to why my hair is now brown and why I now have to go out and buy more dye so I can get the color I should of got the first time. If your going to put out crappy products then stop putting out products at all. I am very upset and expect nothing less then an apology and a damn good explanation.

I haven't had my for a year yet and it is making a noise whenever used. Sounds like it is going to die soon!

It has a terrible rattle and doesn't seem as powerful as when I first used it.

I have not dropped it or travelled with it at all.

Am disappointed as my previous hair drivers lasted well over 5 years and therefore respectfully request a replacement.

I was visiting the US in May 2017 and I bought a tweezer at Walgreens in Denver at the 16th Street Mall. I am not sure what I paid for but it brocke yesterday in half. And I am not happy about it. I bought tweezers from Revlon before and they lasted a long time. I do not have the recipe anymore. I could send you my flight tickets to Denver because I life in Germany?
I would be happy if you can send me a new one or a certificate that I could use in a store here to buy a new one!

I have recently purchased a Revlon flat iron, (curling iron) It goes up to 400. I cannot get it to reach that degree. I have timed it to holding the button for 3 min and it still does not get as hot as I need it. My hair is long and thick and a warm curling iron does not work for me. Curling irons should take seconds to heat up, not minutes. Its description on the inside says Entertek 406002. I hope the style number is correct. Its on the inside of the handle with very small numbers and hard to read. What can you do for me? I cant afford to buy another one, especially since Ive only had this one for a couple of months. I am writing to you about an unfortunate defect I have discovered in one of your hair dryers. I have noticed that a nozzle on my hair dryer had started to come off very easily. When I had a closer look at the nozzle today (24 November 2017) I realized that it's stem has melted (please see the images attached) . The only possible way this could have happened is if the plastic was not heat-resistant. The hot hair coming out of the hair dryer melted the nozzle. Needless to say, I was very surprised because I would have thought that the plastic's durability would have been tested at all temperature settings.

Given the highly unusual nature of the defect, I am wondering if Revlon would be willing to replace the ill-engineered hair dryer with another one with heat-resistant elements.

I bought the Revlon finishing powder and when I got home and opened it it wasn't full! It's almost as if it was repacked. I'm really upset because I needed to use it and I didn't have time to buy another one before work! I buy revlon faithfully and I am actually very disappointed. As I've said I'm a loyal customer for over 20 years. I'd like this rectified in some way. Thank you

I bought 2 boxes of hair dye because i have very thick hair (light brown). My husband dyed my hair dark auburn red and well, my hair turned black. You must have boxed one wrong. This is out of the norm for me, but I am so frustrated right now, I felt I had to make a complaint.
I travel a lot with my company. Most of the time, there is a blow dryer in the hotel rooms where I stay. Unfortunately for me, sometimes there are not, and that is when I go to the nearest, CVS. Walgreens, Rite Aid, WalMart, etc...you get the picture...
In the past 9 months, I have purchased the ever popular Revlon $9.99 blow dryer, and ALL of them have performed 2 months or less. I am writing you now very angry because I am going to work my 1st day, and all I have in my hand is a blow dryer that doesn't work on low speed and high speed is so hot that it would peel the skin off my scalp!
On all other occasions, the dryer simply stops, the low speed doesn't work, the high speed works on low (intermittently), the temperature of high speed is so hot, I have to hold it a foot away from my hair.
I know, you get what you pay for, but your product is flawed, inferior and I want my $50 bucks back.

I love this product so much it cost me over 70 bucks in 1 month just buying it .i realize i bought so many i had it lying around my bathroom and i had thought why am i buying so much in 1 month turns out i open all of the caps there were alot of colorstay liner left the way it clicks jammed it so it Hiiiwont make the rest of the liner come out.made me so disappointed i spent so much money on this product and im not using it all up.can u do something about this? Im am so upset that i would spend money on this product and im a single mother of 4 girls...and my favorite product is not helping me at all

I have been using this products for about two years and on Thursday decided to dye my hair. Left the product in for an hour wasg d it off and it never took on my hair. My roots never dyed at all even left patches on my head of grey that it never coloured. I was very disappointed as I had a special day in the Friday. I threw away the box but kept the dye bottle. The numbers on it is 16306 5M80043...

I recently bought this.. I used it and holy cow the glitter completely inflamed my eye and even the outer corner of my eye was red and hot to the touch. Felt like a bad sun burn but I wasn't sun burned. It was on both of my eyes... I have never had a reaction to an sort of makeup.. I felt like my eyes were on fire. I surely can't be the only one this has happened to...

Color Stay Gel Envy peals off within one day or less if putting it on. Even if you wait before doing anything and it's completely dry. I painted my nails, waited about 30 minutes then did the top coat, waited another 30 minutes to make sure my nails were completely dry and when I was fixing dinner later that night the polish on my thumb nail pealed off all in one piece. Today when I was walking my dogs I noticed the polish on one of my nails was sticking up. I pealed it off all in one piece.

As I do most mornings I plug my straightener in so it can get hot while I do other morning routine but this morning walking back into my bedroom I smelled something burning walking into my bathroom I could see my hair straightener smoking checking it out I thought I set it down on something plastic I wiped it down and seen it was melting around the metal plates that gets hot I have sent you pictures just thought this is something you should know about because this could be very dangerous

Not knowing if I purchased it and it was dry and clunky I only have this product for two weeks I didn't go back for a refund because I thought Revlon was a good product just wanting a fresher product. I have purchased several products from this company Revlon and for me to get it all in one mascara that's very clunky and from the very beginning I don't know if it was all because I've been sitting in the store all of that time I'm not sure but I know because I'm a good customer of using a good product

Monday July 24th while getting ready for work my Revlon large barrel curling iron was plugged in the bathroom in the normal socket I use. The curling iron sparked a quick flame, exploded and burned a hole through my pajama shorts and to my skin just above my hip bone and below my waist line.
The burn has caused pain and stress having to wear clothing against it to work.
I have not spoken to anyone about this or posted anything on social media yet.
Had this curling exploded near my child, pet, or been closer to my face when I picked it up the damage would be atrocious.
This product is unsafe and harmful. Please let me know what steps I need to take.
I have Photos of the curling iron that caused the burn on my skin and pictures of the barn to my body, and the whole that it burn through my shorts.

On 7/22/17 I reached into my new handbag's zipped compartment to retrieve the Colorburst Lip Stain to apply to my lips. As soon as I inserted my hand into the pocket it became covered with the product due to an insufficient closure between the cap and the product itself. It left the inside of the handbag stained as well as all other items inside the pocket. (see photo) I was able to wipe the product off of other lipsticks in the compartment but I had to discard a new nail file. I now have to see whether I will be able to clean the mess the Lip Stain has left behind.

I am Ms. Loshini I am staying in bangalore, Karnataka, India. I bought a Revlon Straightener Model RVST2082 from US (St. Louis), I bought a 2 pin adopter for that in India, but the straightener is not working now. I do not know what is the problem in that. So what is the thing I have to do now? Could you please suggest me what I have to do for that?

Can you informe me why the quality of your product is so poor in Mexico compare with the USA, its hard to wash, doesn't cover gray hair, doesn't have the same additional components. Are you only loaning you name or is the same company? The price is the same but the quality is awful, unfortunately I'm living in Mexico but my needs are the same as in the USA, even the packaging is totally different. The Box states that is imported from the USA, but I'd tried several bottles from here in Mexico and the results are no the same. I was in California in March and bought 2 boxes of your product and you could see the difference. I hate to think that just because is Mexico your products should be lower in quality. Please enlighten me and reply to this comment.
