Renew eye & face cream aka revitalize beauty
I ordered two trial products from this company, I had to only pay postage, now two months later I noticed that they have taken two payments out of my credit card account with out me ordering anything more products from them. The two payments were $89. They say they can not refund the money and that I should have called them to say I did not want to receive any more products, their web site is very misleading and did NOT say you would be billed for the product. Everyone is being scammed by this company and they refuse to give your money back.
False advertising
Viewing an add on the internet regarding this company, Revitalize Health & Beauty, I requested a free sample, as advertised, giving my credit details to use only to use for postage.
I received several jars of product and health pills wich I never asked for and over a 2 month period, approx $300.00 dollars was billed to my account.
This company should be investigated, they operate in an unlawful manner.
Unauthorised use of my Credit Card
I ordered a trial of the product advertised on the Internet whilst I was on face-book, the add popped up on the side bar, (I have not purchased goods over the Internet before), anyway my product arrived I tried it didn't see any amazing results, never thought any more about it until i noticed charges on my credit card, I lodged a dispute with my bank (they were very helpful) the money was credited back to my card, then on the next statement they had made another 4 withdrawals from my card which I have now sent to my bank as disputed charges again. Any suggestions how I can stop this happening (other than cancelling my credit card).

Sending product without my approval
I ordered a product once only and now every month they send me other products.
Please tell them to stop
Unfortunately you will need to cancel your credit card
No it was an e-mail from Groupon or Dealboard
Some one needs to staop this practice.
It's a scam!
What can be done to stop this practice other than cancelling the credit card?
Revitalize is still being advertised I had to ring the company in the UK to have the payments stopped from my credit & also to have any further products cancelled
I ordered Rejuva New & Perfect radiance once & have received a further 2 shipments without my approval. I have tried to contatct them without success. The last shipment of Perfect radiance was broken in the postal box it came in. Is there any way of getting in contact with them& cancelling this order. Thanks Robyn Stanford- Australia. I will send them back & demand a refund but would prefer to speak with them.
I first saw this as a small ad on the MSN web page offering the samples which I did ask for at a cheap rate not realising that I would be charged not once but fours times. I phoned the company last night which is based in the UK with my complaint asking that they cancel my account immediately and I required an emailed confirmation. Which has been sent to me so it seems this is one way of getting across to the company is by phoning them. Fingers crossed my problem has been solved.
This has also recently happened to me how do I stop this from being taken from my account?
Can I ask you all where yous have all seen the advert for the trial and signed up for this website ? TV ?
This sounds all too familiar and is a practice that needs to be stopped.
At least this complainant had something to send back, I have been debited for over £200 by this firm and haven't recieved anything.
I orded a free trial and got charged straight away and now they keep sending them to me and taking money out of my credit card I sent the last one back and letter demanding they pay me back as never authorised it Bev
Impressed by an advertisement by Revitalize Health & Beauty of Linlithgow, West Lothian, I sent for two trial bottles and duly paid the postage of £2.99 on each.
I now discover that three amounts of £74-95, £51-00 and £79-99 have been taken from my credit card without authorisation, which can only be described as theft.
I have not received any goods connected with these payments and I sincerely hope that this SCAM is removed from the website.
I too took advantage of the FREE trial offer only to be sent and billed for 2 full size products. No way to contact the compant to cvancel any future orders. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Scam
I ordered two trial products from this company, I had to only pay postage, now two months later I noticed that they have taken two payments out of my bank account with out me ordering anything more products from them, the two payments were 79 Pounds, I rang them and they said they can not refund the money and that I should have called them to say I did not want to receive any more products, their web site is very misleading and I am not the only one who has been scammed by this company is there any way I can get my money back? and also I have not received anything for the money they took from my account! P;ease is there anything you can do?
Kind regards
Michelle Gildea.
I'm in EXACTLY the same position as you. I found out yesterday that they had taken two lots of £79, only because the fraud dept of my bank was querying it as it showed as a transaction in Cyprus!
I have been in touch with trading standards and they say their is no way of getting my money back.
To me its an awful lot of money to lose and I'm desperate to get it back!
Sad thing is, I can't even use the stuff...it irritates my skin!
If anybody knows how we can get our money back, please help.
misleading advertising
I was mislead that the total cost of each product was $2.95 which just covered shipping. I presumed that they would be sending a sample. When I checked my bank statement I found they had debited US $74.95 for the Perfect Radiance and $US79.99 for the Revitaderm. I attempted to call the UK number (from Australia) 00 11+44 (0)[protected] which is the number showing at the top of the Despatch note without success. Please note, after reading the complaints and comments on this site I tried the number again but dropped the "0" which is between the brackets and got through. I spoke to an operator which could have been from Calcutta. She explained to me that one of the products was free if we cancelled the order within 12 days and the other within 16 days. Since I placed the order on 17/12 I didn't expect it to arrive until after Christmas (which it did on 10/1/2012). I was told that if I hadn't received it within 5 days I should have phoned them and asked for an extension of the trial period. So if they have no contact from the customer they take it as an approval to the billing. If they don't hear from you they will continue to send you the product on a monthly cycle. I then requested to cancel any future orders . They gave me a cancellation number, different numbers for each of the 3 products. I took it as a very bad experience but not as bad as some of the other comments I've read. Unfortunately, I should have read this website before I was duped. Please note, to make the phone call, I purchased a phone card for $10. It's a lot lot cheaper.

I had the exact same experience as you have described and I'm in Australia too. The advertisement was very misleading. I spoke with my back and they have put a stop to any further debits from this company and have forwarded my complaint on to the fraud dept. It has been a hard lesson well learnt. Also the products are crap. No more online ordering for me!

I like to learn something new everyday and you taught me my lesson for the day :)
have been to the bank Lloyds and the fraud department are know involved ive got to fill in a form and then they will demand a full refund thanks for all your support it has been a big help .i will let you all know the outcome .
It looks like complaining is successful! Keep at it folks.
The more complaints a named Company receives, the more chance of getting refunds when scammed.
There are so many Facebook users that are deceived by this practice. I have seen so many, over and over again!
FIGHT BACK and keep reporting the fraudulent links to Facebook. Obviously the almighty $$ is the driving force behind these greedy, unscrupulous scammers. But let it not be YOUR money.
In reality with 800+ millions users worldwide Facebook doesn't 'check' the advertisers credentials. - The advertisers just target you by what you've shared on your profile.
The only way to let the general public know is to report complaints and report to Facebook. It may seem time consuming at the time, the only way is to Name & Shame!
FIGHT BACK!
thank you for your comments i will be at the bank tomorrow and ill show them these comments once again thanks.
To: - Peterdees: - By Law, if there is 'fraudulent' activity on your credit card. They MUST cancel it immediately. No 1. File a Police Report and show them these proof of pages of complaints from all over the world! - I'm not being over-dramatic. They are acting illegally with their 'fine print' 99.8% impossible to find. They will continue to charge your card. Email them as per post above. Get a paper trail going. Your bank has to cancel. your card. You just have to say there has been 'unapproved/fraudulent/scammed over the internet' withdrawals on your card and you want it closed NOW!. Why should you be liable when there are many others who have hassled the Advertiser and have got their monies refunded.? Name & Shame
thanks for all the comments i bank with Lloyds and they told me i cannot cancel my account for 30dys any debits taken out by this company i will have to pay even when closed iv been trying since jan 13 2012 and they . still will not let me ..so annoying
I will - Thanks. I did not type any swear words at all! The system on this site altered some of my words as it was processing! That tends to happen when a site is busy. Hopefully others that might just stumble on this site if they Google the name. More might complain and get their money back. - Keep reporting to Facebook as wel
The text above was altered by the system - I did not write with gobbledygook! I am a perfectionist with spelling and accuracy! - Name & Shame
Good! Fight back. The major problem is that so many others do not know how to. We can't guide them all to this page. They're making millions from this. Add up the Complaints on here alone! They prey on people looking for a quick fix unfortunately. Facebook has a lot to answer for carrying all these scam advertisements. Unless we all admit to being scammed especially from the 'safety' of our own home then it will just continue. I have researched one Company that just changes it's Name every 9 months and continues to con/deceive/scam people all over the World. Technology in 2012 is great when used for good. It's also become a bain in so many people's lives - Name & Shame!
credit card fraud
Charged $100.19, then $ 8.25 postage & packaging for a product I never received. The phone number supplied is not correct, so I have no way of contacting them direct to get the money put back into my visa account.Total fraud operation

I m from Madrid and this happened to me also. I´ve ordered just one product, the first one, it was about 10 €, so my surprise was some days later, they, without sending any more product (the second one) they took off my bank account, 79.15 €. So this fraud is international fraud! I thought when I was buying it, it could happened but as it was in FACEBOOK, I´ve trusted.
Is amazing a FRAUD webiste like this is published on FACEBOOK! how is it posible?!
I´va called 2 times from Madrid to UK and nobodys answering and what is more, it says No correct number!
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, the most sad thing is as they go on publishing it on Facebook, they go on taking away money from yhe people!
At list they sent one product but with all this mess I dont trust if it s good or not, I m not going to use it !
SAD FRAUD and Facebook suportt it !
at the bottom of their web page is there Terms & conditions click on them and open it. Then press Print on your computer.
Good Luck.
I too have been caught in this disgraceful scam and they have taken more than I can afford to pay. I have emailed them but only received a reply telling me that they would be in touch. Now I will try and telephone and see what response I get. My bank are asking for copies of their terms and conditions which I have been unable to get as I am not a very adept user on the internet. Can anyone help with this? Good luck to anyone trying to fight against this type of scam that seems to be making a lot of people out of pocket.
just been on there site to leave a polite NEGATIVE comment and they have closed it due to spam !, more like written abuse lol
If you know anyone who is involved in this scam let them know to send e-mail to support@perfectradiance.co.uk and torment them.
This is a scam - heavily advertised through Facebook. Report them again and again. FIGHT BACK! Cancel your credit card immediately! Email them constantly and insist you will take legal action. They are claiming protection through their T&C's which are almost impossible to find and read. FIGHT BACK! - Name & Shame
I will mention it when emailing trading standards and Watchdog and will keep you posted. Sorry for your sad loss.x
do you think its worth mentioning unsolicited goods act, i cannot sort this out because i lost my mum last fri (20th) but google it as i am pretty sure this applies
Good Luck Angela hope you receive your Money back. I am reporting them to trading standards and Watchdog. Trading standards may want the creams for testing?.
i was told to return them to west lothian, but as i said they can wait, due to a bereavement i havent been to my bank, i only rang them but i am off to town tomorrow to sort it out
I also ordered from this company, and fell for this scam. I was lucky to find out about the scam before they took anymore from my account. Although I cancelled my card. I am not sure what to do with the products. Has these products been tested to see what is actually in them?
Do I send them back to West Lothian? Marie.
