This company left a flyer on my door, when I have signs asking not to solicit my home. I called Blaine Brooks, proprietor, to politely ask why he would leave a brochure as it is a waste of his advertising dollars. He told me that he "tells people like you to go F(bomb) yourself." He is BBB accredited. Complained to BBB, but they won't do anything. Brooks said he recorded our conversation and that I used slurs and profanities, which is untrue. If he did record our conversation, that is illegal without telling the person first of recording conversations. I called the advertisers in his illegal newsletter and they said they would never use him to advertise their companies again. The flyer states "printed and distributed by Retail Promotions of Arizona, " yet he claims he didn't distribute it. The lies are non-stop!
"Courteous service?" Don't make me laugh. Brooks is having a problem remembering his lies. He told the BBB that he "suspended" his employee for 7 days for using profanity on the phone with me. Then he claimed it was "trivial." He also wrote the BBB that he had taped my phone conversation. Now the phone conversation never happened? Taping phone conversations is a violation of FCC regulations. If he did this, as he claimed in his reply letter to BBB, he broke the law. I have called many companies who have ignored my "no soliciting" signs, and they immediately apologized and said they would talk to their flyer distributors to watch for signs next time. Then they genuinely apologized again, unlike Brooks. Admit it was YOU, Brooks, on the phone with me. You lost your temper because you know what I POLITELY said (no personal slurs or highly abusive tones) about wasting your advertising dollars, and I made you mad so YOU told me to "go F(bomb) yourself." You were really annoyed because I was being so nice. This incident would have been closed long ago if you had just told the truth and apologized for what "truly happened" and not tried to cover up with fake employee suspensions and taping of conversations. The truth will set you free. The only apology that will be accepted is an admission that it was YOU on the phone with me that day, which is the truth, and you will have to admit that to the BBB, too.
Unethical, two-bit business. Your clients will confirm that I called them and they no longer will do business with you. I would list their names, but they said they don't want to associate with you any longer. I was successful in telling them who you really are. The damage is done. I will no longer entertain this ### who has nothing else to do but tell people off. Liar! My reputation is intact. Yours is questionable. BBB ratings can be bought with a membership fee.
My sign is on an 8x10 piece of paper, handing on the door knob. You must be hiring blind people. From now on, I will not contact you, the foul mouthed idiot. I will be contacting EVERY advertiser in your flyers. They deserve to know what they are dealing with. I cannot guarantee that I won't be contacting your advertisers that admitted they don't want to have anything to do with you. Go ahead. Beat your dead horse. You obviously don't have any business to run. I'm petty? Nothing like the pot calling the kettle black! Don't threaten me with "we know who you are." I will report you to the police. You better not set foot on my property again. BTW I don't live in Tempe. Must have been another complaint against you!
You are the only knob here buddy girl! Maybe it was the cat pee fumes that blinded the door hanging staff, or was it dog poo? Contact away to whoever will listen to your rants...We had another record sales month. Zero complaints and added a new crew of flyer delivery people (which is about 5% of what we do here). No f-bombs, no threats, no hassle you are just a petty and annoying person without the decency or courage to give anything but insults and not disclose who you are or let us do anything to make it any better. Keep it up and we will keep laughing at your posts and making money doing a great job for our growing number of affiliates. You are the only crackpot that complained about our flyer delivery staff in over 5 months and "It wasn't even us who put the flyer, in question, on your door". Check out AZ laws on recording inbound phone calls and be assured. We absolutely know who we are dealing with and our we have the recorded conversation in question. The simple fact is the flyer in question was delivered by another company than us that we contracted to that day to help us catch up our customer orders. Did you know about that? Of course not, you just want to make us spend time and money and throw insults. Keep it up and we will take this to the next level soon enough " In Court". City of Tempe Complaint dismissed- The customer you called and bad mouthed me to just put in an order. I hope we don't put a flyer on your door this time. But if you do not post a clearly noticeable "No Soliciting" sign on your door, I cannot guarantee it will not happen again. These are available Free of Charge Through our office, but if you rather complain here and call names, that is your choice. At least now we know who you are.

Unfortunately there are unreasonable people that no matter what have an axe to grind. I had one of my flyers placed on your door. would it really be so hard just to throw it away? As far as I am concerned your complaint is a speed bump in the course of doing good business. We will move on.
The truth to set me free is you are petty and unreasonable person who in defaming this company unreasonably. I will continue to grow and you can continue to be a nuisance. Deal!- See you next blog.
