RETAIL CHAIN / SIM IS NOT ACTIVATE
My Name is TARUN SHARMA and I am already using a vodafone connection and the mobile No. is [protected]. An new adorn connection of vodafone is given to me by the company named as Abstract Solution (P) Ltd., A-14, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-II, New Delhi. A cheque or Rs. 1250 (in which Rs. 998 is the advance rent of one year & balance Rs. 250 is security deposit) was given dated - 13-02-2008 and the the amount was debited from my account on 17-02-2008.
The new mobile no. is given to me is [protected] and sim no. is [protected] but the connection has not been activated till now. pls do something as soon as possible and make my new connection in working condition.
THIS IS MY FIRST & LAST BAD EXPERIENCE THROUGH VODAFONE
IF NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH IN 24/36 HOURS I AM LOG THE COMPLAINT (F.I.R.) IN DELHI POLICE.
