Resveratrol Ultra Fraud

My husband and I had seen a recommendation for this supplement on Oprah, so we looked it up on the net. It has a very professional looking website, complete with a picture of Dr. Oz and also a 60 Minutes piece featuring Barbara Walters. We both signed up for the 99 cent trial offer, which we were told we would receive in three days; we then would receive a new bottle of supplement once a month which would be billed to our card unless we cancelled. We didn't receive the initial "free" trial for three weeks, and by that time had been billed twice more, for 87.10. When I tried to cancel, I couldn't get through to anyone. Matters got worse when I went to balance our account on-line and found that our card had been used fraudulently for charges to the same company, ZZS, for close to three hundred dollars total. I immediately called my bank to notify them and cancel our card. Then I did some calling to the number listed next the the debits. After being on hold for close to ten minutes, my call was answered by an operator speaking in a foreign accent. When I asked what company I was speaking to, I was told it was a sex-toy/phone sex business. I asked for the manager to speak with and was given another phone number to call. Imagine my surprise when, after another 10 minutes on hold at this new number, I was speaking with yet another person with a foreign accent, similar to the last. I asked this person what company I was speaking to and the person didn't want to give me a straight answer. After pursuing this for a bit longer, he hesitantly told me that I was speaking with Resveratrol Ultra. I demanded to know their mailing address so that I could provide this to my bank, and the representative pretended he suddenly couldn't hear me. After yelling my question repeatedly into the phone, he gave me an address in Florida. I am now providing this to my bank and am contemplating reporting this to the authorities, as it is clearly a scam that is all related to luring people in to purchase Resveratrol Ultra, get their card, and then sell it or provide it to others to make money, like a pyramid scheme. I feel so disgusted and violated by these criminals.

If you want a refund, ask for a supervisor and tell them you are not giving up. I am still waiting but after numerous complaints they said they are "elivating my status to the refund department" We will see?

I ordered it, but then changed my mind. Cancelled the order. 4 days later received the product, and charged 0.99 cents.

Although I got a cencellation number, which looks unreal-they still sent the product to me and charged my account.

Offered free trial-way way down at the bottom where you think there is nothing more written they inform you that auto ship will be in effect, when you return the product even if you get an RA # and return on time refund in not given as of one month later when you call they give you the song and dance that it will be sent and when you try to access them on the net they say you have the wrong user # or password which they sent you. They told me the same thing and kept stringing me along. They will eventually tell you that your complaint was past the 30 day period in which you had to get a refund. Which wasnt true with me. I had the date, time, and tech I spoke with. They say they tape the calls but refused to listen to my call. They offered me a 50.00$ gift card for one of their other products. I said youve got to be kidding me. They admitted that my second shipment never went out from my first complaint. I wanted my full refund if 83.18$ back. My complaints started june 18th. They finally told me on oct 29th that I was past the 30 day period. WHAT A CROCK.! NOW ITS MORE ABOUT THEIR DISHONESTY AND THE MONEY.

it might be to late for some of yoyu but if this happened recently and you used a debit / bank credit card...go to your bank...fill out a fraud / unauthorized charge form and they'll take the money back. You'll have to cancel that cad and get a new one or they'll go right back in and take it out, but this works, I did it when direct TV tried to take over $400.00 I didnt owe them. I dont know if this hits your credit or not or if they'll send it to collections...I guess it depends how bad (and mad) you want your money back

Resveratrol Ultra Charging my credit card without permission

I ordered Resveratrol Ultra from a company in Hollywood, Fl 33020
They gave me a date to cancel any further orders and I did so. Today they sent more of the "Free Trial" order and charged my account without permission. I called the number listed on their brochure, [protected] and was on hold for one hour and never spoke to any representative. Their recorded message directed me to www.assistmyorder.com, where I could live chat with a representation, so I went to online, only to find that there was no Resveratrol rep. or web page for Resveratrol. The bottle of pills was delivered to my home address with the following information on the box: 3007 Greene St.; Hollywood, Fl [protected]. I will go to the post office and return to sender tomorrow, but I wanted to report this company for Theft by Credit Card. Perhaps it will stop others from ordering from them. I will call my credit card and have it stopped as well.
Thank you,
Sunny N. Pawlik

I try to cancel but to no avail, finally I call them and Ask for the product and the "supervisor" told htey couldn't do anything about that. Now I have neither the money or the product.

I too have fallen victim to this unscrupulous company. Unauthorized charging to my credit card, when I rang to complain, I was told that the order cannot be cancelled, EVER. Lol, Yeh right, I have cancelled my credit card, and will never ever buy anything online from overseas ever again. The most unfortunate part of all this is that I really liked the product, they could not be content with charging me legitimately, so they have lost my business totally.

It's me again, Sunny - many of you have called me from all over the US. I decided some legal authority should help us, and today called the Hollywood, Florida Police Department. I was told by an investigating Officer that The Florida Department of Law Enforcement served a warrant on the Greene Street address and the building is now empty. They said these people could be any where and suggested that I call the FBI since the calls I've received are from all over the United Stated. I did call the FBI computer crimes Division, got a recording - wouldn't you know it, but will continue to pursue it. I suggest you all do the same. My Case # with the Florida Police Department is #R3309-26480, and the number is [protected]. I spoke to Officer Bowles, the Cheif there is
Chadwick Wagner and his Secretary is Chris. I give this information because all of us have a Hollywood, Fl address and so it originated there. You know how the buck can get passed around, so if enough of us complain, maybe they will call the FBI. :)
Officer Bowles did give me some good information, however. He said we should all cancel our credit cards and that the credit card companies can and should do this. It's our right to close these accounts and get new account numbers to stop responsibility for these charges. I'm going to do it. Hope you will too.

I canceled my account after "trial offer" bottle of Resveratrol Ultra was received. My account was charged - not the $0.99 stated in the "free trial" - but $1.95 & three other minor charges (my bank called to verify the charges; I said that I had placed the order but the charge should have been $0.99). Two days ago, a second bottle of Resveratrol Ultra was received. I called the number on the bottle and got, basically, a "I can't hear you" message and was finally given to a supervisor who then told me to call back - and hung up!
I am deeply disappointed because this product was advertised as "approved" by Fox News, CNN and all the other major news outlets. I have learned my lesson!

Resveratrol Ultra Unable to cancel order, cant get in touch with company by phone or email

Do not order from this company. They are a scam. There is no way to reach them once you have placed an order. I've emailed them, once right after placing the order to cancel, the second time the next day and never got a response. They just ignore your email, and they have a phone number thats just a recording and circles back never reaching a live person. They deduct money automatically from you charge card, or checking account. I had to finally cancel my current debit card so they stop charging it. Please look at other sites, which are numerous, of people who have been scammed by this company.

I ordered Reservatrol on the internet because of the so called interviews with Barbara Walters, 60 Seconds and Dr. Oz. I received the trial order and then someone phoned and said that if I locked in my order I would be able to get for less. More fool me I did and now that I no longer want it as it did not do as it says it does I cannot get through on the phone and even on the my bank statement there is a phone number. When I phone that number all I get is "thank you".

Is there anything that can be done as my credit card is being debited each month and as I said I no longer want it.

I most certainly hope that something can be done so that someone else does not get scammed.

Many thanks

Valerie

I plan to call my credit card company and ask that the charge be credited as this was a fraudulant purchase. and my account# be changed to prevent any further charges to my account. If this is not possilbe, I will report the card stolen as I feel my credit card has been stolen as I have no control over the company continuing to charge my account.

Resveratrol Ultra CREDIT CARD COMPROMISED

WARNING THERE IS MORE! CREDIT CARD NUMBER COMPROMISED.

I want to warn everyone about what this company does with your credit card number. Several months ago I had my credit card block this company. For the following two months they charged my account 3 charges each month that equaled the $87.00 and used a different company name. Then I found out that all kinds of sites and companies that I'd never heard of began charging my credit card small charges like $8.00 and $1.00. BE CAREFUL as they may be selling your credit card number. Get in touch with your credit card fraud department. Also immediately kill your credit card number that you gave to Resveratrol Ultra and get a new number. Needless to say, this is the time to carefully check out the charges that have been placed on your account, even the $1.00 ones.

Resveratrol Ultra Charge credit card automatically

The company offers a free trial if you pay shipping of 99 cents. No where on their main webpage does it say that if you don't cancel in 10 days you will be charged $87.13 for the bottle they sent you. Granted, it does say this in their terms and conditions, but you have to click on a tiny link at the bottom of the page in order to read it. These terms should be stated clearly on the ordering page. I guess what they are doing is legal, but isn't ethical. It is misleading to offer a bottle of their product for 99 cents, but not tell you up front you will be charged the full amount if you do not cancel in 10 days.

Resveratrol Ultra Was charged for a 2 bottle free trial

Dr Oz who appears on Oprah, and who I respect, endorses Resveratrol Ultra. That's the only reason I ordered the free two bottle trial. The first bottle came (I had agreed to pay the few dollars for shipping) free, but the second one I was charged $83.18 for.

Then there were two unsolicited amounts on my charge card for Top Body Cleanse for $40.00 each (one was refunded for some reason), which I have never heard of, nor did I order, nor receive anything, but assume it must be connected to the Resveratrol debacle as it appeared on my credit card a week or so after my Resveratrol charge.

What do I do now? And how do I get my money back?

Thanks so much,

Hilary Goldblatt

When you get your statement contact the credit card company, indicate on the statement the charge you wish to dispute and why. Each month you must check your credit card statement to see if charges from unknown sources are on the statement. If so dispute those charges as well. These guys go under numerous company names and will keep trying to charge you account. Contact you credit card company if this is happening frequently and get issued a new credit card number. Hope this helps. I'm going through this right now and was informed by my credit card company that these were the correct steps to take.

As to my suprise and others on this complaint list...I received a charge on my account for 87.13. When I call the company they said it is spelled out in fine print, that if you don't cancel after 15 days you will start to get billed. When you sign up they make it like you only have precious minutes to get the trial for only $3.95 shipping... Total Ripoff...

I placed my free trial order for Reversatrol Ultra on 7/14/09. Website said that estimated delivery on 4/7/09. I did not receive my product until the 7/27/09. On 4/27, I was charged $88 for the next 30 day supply and when I called to cancel my subscription on 7/29 and to request a refund for the $88, I was told I exceeded my 14 day trial period. And in fact, the $88 charge was for the very SAME bottle that I had just received! There was was no "trial bottle." They ship the so called Trial bottle late, knowing you will run out of your so-called 14 day trial period and then charge you the $88 for the same bottle. Unbelievable.

I was also told that according to the Reversatrol website, I was to call to extend my 14-day trial period if I had not received my product within that time period. But no such warning/instruction was provided on the web pages. The free-trial is a SCAM. Avoid the product from this company.

I ordered a free trial of Reseveratrol from the Dr. Oz site for my husband and I at .99 each shipping only. I received the product with only an advertising postcard in it. No receipt, no terms of time of free trial, no costs of product if wanting to continue after free trial. Next thing I know there is a debit of $87.13 twice out of my checking account. I called the number on my bank statement and got an answering machine. I called the number on the post card, got the menu and put on hold for almost 15minutes, then when I got to a person and stated I wanted to cancel, I was bumped back to the menu. This happened twice, then I called a number for the lab in Florida that I found on the website and that number was disconnected. I filed a claim with my bank and they credited my account only to have Resveratrol dispute my claim two weeks later, stating that I didn't cancel in the 15 day free trial, so I owed them the 87.13 x 2. I have disputed their claim again, and through an agent at my bank was able to talk to someone in India and finally cancelled the account. But they said I was still responsible for the initial 87.13 x 2 since I didn't cancel in 15days. Well where do they tell you about 15days? I am now having to close my account. They are not getting any money. This is a major scam using Dr. Oz and Oprah's name. I have learned not to do this online ever again.

Do not do free samples or free trials as soon as you give them your credit card number you have joined their club, you will get the sample and later charged a whopping $80.00 to over a $100.00 for that free trial or sample. if you don't cancel atleast 3 days before the trial date is up, And your lucky to get anyone on the phone to cancel. Sometimes they don't cancell and send you another of what you ordered. This happened to me. If you do order trials and samples and if you talked on the phone get the name and address of the company, get the name and extension of the person you spoke with, wright the time and date the call was made. Never give your card number to anyone unless you are buying something out right that way it won't be charged again. Before you order anything on the internet check out the company make sure they are real and in the USA. Google them for reviews.

I accepted the free trial . Unknown to me they were a scam.. They get your credit card info so that when you decide you dont want the product, they find another way to steal the funds from your CC. They called me a few days after I received the product to ask how I liked it. I said I didnt. They stated thats because I need to get the cream that goes with the pills. They said they will use the credit card of mine that they have on file. I stated I didnt want any more of the pills and that they better not bill me for more and that I dont want the cream. I knew at that time the way the scam was going. Well, today I received another bottle of it and was billed for it and the first free trial. $80.00 a pop! Im in the process of trying to get my bank to get my money back. This is a scam. A way to get your credit card numbers. Nothing is Free! If it says free, Run, fast...

I too got sucked in! I was to get free sample & pay only 99 cents for shipping and handling. Then I got my debit card statement with 99cent charge & another dated 12 days later for $87.13. I called and kept getting msg all reps busy (for 2 solid hours)-gee i wonder why! gave up and called back later, same thing, hung up after 2 hours. Next day called again but did NOT push any buttons for there prompts even though it kept telling me to do so, and a rep finally picked up. She insisted the charge was for the 2nd bottle which I never order or received. I reread the offer and there was no mention of a membership. I am filing a complaint w/better business bureau and attorney generals office. These scammers need to be stopped. Also this same product sells at Vitamin world at 1/4 the price!

If you fell for this like I did, call IMMEDIATELY and cancel the credit card that you used to pay for the the $.99 "free" trial. I was charged $87.13 that I didn't authorize. Then today the charges started mounting from the same people. Fortunately VISA was on the ball and called about it. The charges were coming from out of the country. I had to cancel my credit card. Please cancel yours too or you'll be sorry. These people are crooks. I fell for it because they used "Dr. Oz" as an endorsement (photo and all). I'm sure he had nothing to do with it. Live and learn.

Resveratrol Ultra misleading/fraud

Under the disguise of a free 30 day trial offer, I ordered the advanced natural cleansing formula. Noticing an erroneous charge in my bank account, I tried to contact the company, referenced in the charge, [protected]. The line was busy. After searching other web postings I found a number where I was able to cancel my order. For your reference the number is [protected]. They tried to argue with me about reversing the initial charge saying I had failed to cancel the order within the given time frame. I ordered the free trial offer on May 11.; I did not receive the product until May 16th. I was "linked" to the website for the product through a link at website www.Natures RezV.com which was promoting a 30 day trial offer for their product which promised increased energy. As far as I am concerned, the companies are in it together to cause confusion and hoping that potential customers will forget to cancel their order.

Resveratrol Ultra refusal to reverse credit card charge

Do not order from this company!

Repeat do not deal with these people!

Placed order for free-trial of resveratrol ultra on april 12
Received order april 17 - on arpil 30 spoke with foie to register dissatisfaction with the product and requested reversal of credit card charge of $87.83.

May 1 spoke with frank requesting address to return product and he stated it was not longer necessary to send the product back but I was to call back in 3 days. Gave me confirmation #736-879

May 6 spoke wih joan edwards and she refuses to reverse the charges because the product wasn't returned within 15 days from the date of the order even though I didn't receive it for 5 days.

This is a scam to get $87.83 from everyone who uses their free-trial offer.

! st month supply for 250mg, charged $88.87 not receiving the 15 day free trial like every one else. here's the real rotton part, I was charged, 06/17/09 $84.84, $2.04. and $1.98. I called them and was offered a discounted amount for $40.00 for my second shippment, sounded good! they baitted me so watch out, when the shippment arrived the strenght had changed from 250mg to 125mg. I hadn't been told nor had the general public that they were reducing the strenght of the product. i've called them again and demanded my money back for all three amounts they withdrew. they are practicing unfair and dispective business practices.

O mau 21, 2009 I ordered a month supply of resveratrol ultra on line -cost only for shipping$ .99 having a 15 day trial period. On the 15th day June 3, 2009 I looked in my bank statement, on line, to find the e-mail address where I sent the $.99 . To my surprise I was charged twice on June 3 for $87.13 ! A total o $174.26! When I called to cancel and retrieve my money I was told I had to e-mail my complaint. I tried twice and talk to a operator and requested to talk to a suppervisor, both times I was hung up on!

The lead defendant named in the suit is fwm laboratories of hollywood, fla., which sells resveratrol ultra, acai berry detox, and other supplements. customers have complained to the better business bureau that fwm makes it difficult to return products, and the company continues to charge their credit cards long after they cancel. fwm is currently under investigation by the florida attorney general's economic crimes division.

I purchased from them and had a heck of a time getting my refund but I did get it... I notified my bank, emailed the company with a very nasty "I will pursue legally" note as I did cancel within the 15 day time frame. they tried to say I needed to send back the product and I provided to them, their own terms and conditions which says if you notify them prior to the end of the free trial, they will no require the return of the product.

Bottom line here — read the rules, but more importantly I wish I would have checked this website first!

I tried the "trial offer" of resveratrol ultra and was ripped off big time. I did not receive the product until three days after the expected delivery. they state in the "terms and conditions" that you have 15 days, and they do not count the time for delivery, so that should add 3-5 days to the trial period, but instead, exactly 15 days from the date of the order, they charged my account for the full price even though I called the day before to cancel my subscription for recurring shipments. when I called customer support and spoke to the representative, she began sounding like a recording as soon as I told her that they need to reverse the charges and she kept telling me to refer to the terms and conditions. since they are supposed to allow for delivery time before the 15 day trial period begins, I was still within the trial period. they took my money and ripped me off!

Took them up on their "Trial Offer" for a sample of Resveratrol for $1.95. They billed me the $1.95 plus two other unauthorized charges for over $80 each!

I tried to call them numerous times about this but got through only one time - talked to a lady who could not speak english - but I told them they had made charges against my credit card that were not authorized and to correct it. She hung up on me.

I contacted my credit card company, the Federal Trade Commission, the Florida Attorney General (learned he was investigating them too - case# L08-3-1245), the BBB of Boca Ratan, Fla (learned they have an "F" rating with them).

So, now, I am contacting Morgan & Morgan attorneys - they are looking into the matter - hopefully class action suit - in either case - these rip-off artists can't continue this way much longer... they are coming down!

After returning the product, which was not delivered on time, the company has refused to return my money. I have been on the phone with various "management" members for 7 months. For the first 5 months they insisted I did not return the product and that it went somewhere else because I had an incomplete RMA # which THEY supplied to me. I was then told to email all docs showing the UPS tracking info and verification that an employee did indeed sign for the return. Again, several months have passed with more phone calls to management, and each person said a refund will be posted to my credit card within 5-7 days. Today, I spoke to a rude management member who now claims the complete opposite of everything I have been told for 7 months. After months of being told I will get a refund from every person I spoke to, since ALL 4 unopened bottles were returned, she claims that I won't get a refund. However, they will restock those bottles and resell them to someone else and charge me a 30% restocking fee. She claims that the email address I was given to send in my verifying docs is not the way they normally do business (billing@fwmlabs.com). She wanted the docs now faxed to [protected]. Of course, the line rings busy for quite some time before finally going through. Dr. Oz is a respectable man/doctor and I hope he pulls his endorsement from this company.

Accordingly, I have filed a mail fraud claim against the product with the Postal Inspection Service. Its Form 8165 contain the following statement: "If you know of others who believe they were victimized in a fraud scheme, we recommend that you encourage them to submit a Mail Fraud Report as well."

Like everybody else I opted for the "30 day FREE trail period. You have to read the fine details in the terms and conditions to see that if you don't cancel your order and send back (post dated on that day or before) the remaining capsules by 15 days after your order date, you will charged for your FREE 30 day trial. Coupled with that you have to call and request a return number to be credited. Might want to start that process five days prior to the return date because more than likely you won't be ablet to speak to a customer (no) service rep. From my experience the customer service dept ranks as about as bad as I have ever experienced - a bunch of robots.

Anyway I got my order and was thinking I had 30 days to cancel so I thought I'd give a natural substance at least 20 days to see if you get any results. It is very unlikely you get any real benefit from any medicinals within a month by definition. So I was charged the approx. $84 on the 15th day. When I saw the charge I immediately called and when I finally got through a couple days later I was told to read the fine print. I told the rep to immediately cancel my order. At that point she immediately offered me the product for $40. I thoiught hmmmmm red flag! Did I have to threaten to cancel to get a deal-not great ethical practice. Anyway I said no. That was on 7/3/09 they tell me. I could have sworn it was before, but I'll take their word. No matter so tonight I have a package at the door with no information who from other than an address and opened, yes indeed Resveratrol Ultra, with no invoice or documentation of any kind. I immediately checked my checking ledger online and presto $88 from Resveratrol.

I called, got the company intro and selected the appropriate numbers to a cust rep and twice I waited 20 min. to hear thank you for calling, goodbye. Then I found this blog through searching on google and found the posted toll free number I listed above. No where did I see this number, on the bottle, on any website, etc. just on another negative blog. I called and after about 30 mins, unbelievable!, a human, that shoould really quit her day job. After asking what was up with my account she told be I did not cancel in time to not be charged for the second bottle I was never informed I was getting. Actually to the contrary, the past cust rep said I would be receiving no more product and my account was cancelled and would not be billed again. Riiiight! I originally ordered June 7th. The call to cancel was on the 3rd (according to them, I think it was before that) .

After a bit of a heated argument, I realized I was not going to get anywhere with this one so after about 5 mins of requesting to talk to a supervisor she surrendered (I can't remember anytime it took so much to speak with someone's supervisor. Supervisor was less helpful than she was and said I needed to call another number on a Business day to get a return number or whatever they call it.

Never gave such an effort to a negative blog or even written one for that matter. My conclusion would be, if a company needs to use this type of deception, employ such unqualified personnel and charge truly a ridiculous amount of money for probably a placebo (maybe not), have the type of customer service that rejects returning your money because you missed a deadline of God knows how many hours minutes (usually it is a month from your order and this was 4 days shy I requested my cancellation) . . . well you make up your own mind as to your willingness to do business with such a company.

Resveratrol Ultra Free Trial of Resveratrol Ultra is a Scam

I placed my free trial order for Reversatrol Ultra on 4/3/09. Website said that estimated delivery on 4/7/09. I did not receive my product until the 4/20/09. On 4/18, I was charged $88 for the next 30 day supply and when I called to cancel my subscription on 4/22 and to request a refund for the $88, I was told I exceeded my 14 day trial period. I was also told that according to the Reversatrol website, I was to call to extend my 14-day trial period if I had not received my product within that time period. After I got off the phone, I went back to the free-trial website. No such warning/instruction was provided on the web pages. The free-trial is a scam. Unless you are sure you want the product (which I have no intention on trying anymore), don't count on the free-trial. Also, forget about the 30-day money back guarantee.

Good morning I placed an order on July for a free trail of a vitamin call RESVERATROL I gave me debit card # for them to charge only the shipping cost. I now realized looking at my bank statment that they had charged me on july 87.13 / on aug 83.18 / and on sept 79.95 every charge with a different company name. Of course I called them and they are saying that the trail was only good for 15 days that I needed to called them and cancelled this order if I didin't want any extra charges on my account.. Is this legal or can I dispute this, because I never saw that statement were it says that I needed to cancelled anything, the only thing that I wanted was the free trail ? FOR ME THIS IS A COMPLETE FRAUD, and I would like to press charges to this company or report them to a news station...

Thanks,

WHAT A SCAM! I called the DAY I ordered it to CANCEL and the operator argued with me and said I had a free trial. I called the very next day and went through their automated line and cancelled however on the 20th and 10th of August, was charged the $83.17 AGAIN! My bank has filed a dispute and said that this is the fourth one this month.

Isn't there a way to SHUT THESE GUYS DOWN?

Yes Jacob82 if you have lots of money to throw away go for it, but its misleading advertising to say the least. I signed up for a 99 cents bottle of 60 capsules, and they automatically send me a [sending haven't got it yet] months supply for 87 dollars. They don't take your phone calls and the web address is bogus. We are forced to pay them decause we have been duped, into excessive monthly charges. Doesn't Honesty and Ethics matter to you ? They also verbally sold me on anti-aging skin cream for 49 dollars.Who cares if it works, they suck and should be told so vehemantly. call me ever so slightly disgruntled.

I also ordered the Resveratrol with the understanding that I would have 15 days free trial; however, I thought, how could I possibly get results in 15 days? I went ahead and ordered it and am now taking it. I will comment after my trial. Yes, I was also charged the full rate 15 days after my order; however, I think I will keep going and see if it works. If it does, then I have not wasted anything. I don't see anywhere in any of these comments where people actually gave the product a chance.

Free my fanny!

I fell for the same scam & of course the operator stated over and over that "as the terms of the free trial agreement stated" I am not due a refund since I have passed the trial period. It was difficult to understand the operator, between the terrible pitch and nasal quality and the strange accent; she got VERY testy with me when I had her repeat her well-rehearsed verses. When I posed my questions is a format only requiring "yes" or "no" answers, she really lost it.

What a bunch of unscrupulous crooks! I wonder what our Ms Perfect Oprah thinks about it and their practices now!

Here's how I'm solving this. You can read my complaint under Jay Alex.
My advice if you choose to cancel.
1. Do so immediately either when the product arrives or when you notice the charge to your account. Essentially, before 15 days has passed from the date you order.
2. Cancel your debit card or report your credit card stolen and get a new card immediately to avoid future charges. Place a fraud complaint with your bank or credit card.
3. RETURN the stuff. You have 15 days from the date it was shipped to obtain a refund as they state in their REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY. So if you call find out what day it shipped. Chances are you are within the 15 days still. WATCH OUT for the operators they will tell you to keep the stuff. Yeah right! And they will not give you a Refund Merchandise Authorization number. So mail it back with a tracking number from either the post office or UPS.
4. If you do call be sure to get the full name of the person you are speaking too. I believe these calls are outsourced to India. No offense. Because the people you talk to have accents and american names like Mary Daniels, Justin Anderson. Be sure to get a confirmation number of the cancellation. This is important info to give to your banks or credit card fraud dept. Also kept the email confirmation form the company that was sent to your email. Documentation goes a long way to getting your money back.
Lastly...
5. If you are truly interested in using this stuff, go to Puritian Pride Vitamins, they have the stuff as well and great offers like buy two and get three free! And it is cheaper and they won't continue to bill you. That's what I'm talking about!

I ordered the FREE trial and received my trial bottle and was soon after charged for $88. and some change for future shipments that I had not authorized. I tried to call the company to cancel my subscription.( A membership I didn't know existed.) and was put on hold to listen to music what seemed like forever as I had put my phone on speaker and cleaned my house while I waited. The call ended by a message telling me that a rep was not available. I ended up having to change my bank account number to keep the robbers out. WHAT A SCAM! I would advise everyone to BEWARE and to go a reputable pharmacy site and buy their own Resveratrol for a fraction of the cost. The Free trial is a SCAM.

Resveratrol Ultra Cancellation Policy

I placed an order on 4/17/09 at approximately 10:00 for the Resveraltrol Ultra. I decided to cancel this product so I called the customer service number-[protected]) and talked to Sarah at 11:00. She informed me that she couldn't cancel this order-even though it had only been placed 1 hour before. She said that I would have to receive the order, refuse it, then send it back to the company. I then asked to speak to a manager(Jane) who gave me pretty much the same story, with the exception that this was their "policy" not to cancel an order even if someone tried to cancel within 5 minutes of placing an order. I asked to speak to someone over her and she told me the only person in a higher position than her was the president of the company and she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to that person. She continued to recite her same message over again-which I'm sure she was trained to do-that she could't cancel my order and that I would have to receive it and send it back. So let me get this right; The order I want to cancel and had placed only 1 hour ago, will be shipped and charged to my credit card. I will then have to send it back, wait for the company to receive it, then wait for the company to credit my account(which I'm wondering will happen). I feel this is a waste of my time and money! I realize this company is in business to make money, but at what cost to consumers.

I ordered the "free sample" online. I paid $3.95 shipping and handling.
I received the product three weeks later and was charged the same day
$87.13 on my bank account. I immediately called the company and
explained that I just received the product and had not had a chance to try it and decide if I wanted to order it. I was told that my 15 day trial period has expired and I was charged accordingly. I explained that I did not want the product if that was the case and demanded a full refund. I was told that I had to send the "free sample" back and once it
was received, they would issue a refund. I spent $8.39 to return the
product because I wanted a signature. They received the product on 7/27, I called today to ask about my refund and was told it takes approximately 7 business days for the transaction to go through the
bank. That is their policy. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager and have always been told that person is not available. When I did speak to a person they told me that it is clearly stated on their "terms and policies and they were well within their rights to charge me. You have to check a tiny little box to go to their
terms and policies page. It is not readily available. I hope that anyone reading this will not make the same mistake I made. Please DO NOT order from this company. They are a fraud.

I ordered the sample product understanding that I had to cancel within a certain time frame not to have automatic shipments and have my account charged. I called and cancelled and their rep told me I was within the cancellation period and no charge would be made to my account. My account was charged for the product and shipping anyway. I called back and was told my cancellation was not done in time by the second rep. Not only did they refuse to refund the the amount, I was charged extra and no product was sent. In essence, they kept the money and the product. Be sure to buy stock in this company, for their online scam is makingthem millions.

I feel awful about letting this happen. I am currently trying to get a refund from Reveratrol Ultra. I have only been charged once, and I hope that is the last time. I called my bank and closed my checkcard, they said a credit can STILL be issued even if the card is closed. Good thing. I was charged bank fees for international charging. This company goes under several different names, RESVERA [protected], OXIDANT-RESV or OXIDANTRESV [protected]. I have spoken to these people numerous times. Sometimes they say sorry your free trial period was over when you canceled, other times that they are expediting my concern to the refund department. I have never received an email or a refund. It has been since early July that I ordered this product. I am still hopeful and we need to all bring them down. Maybe Oprah can do a show on this scam! Ordered on July 17 with a promise of receiving on July 21. Did not receive till August 1. They also sent a sample of anti-aging skin care. Which I did not want. Now my credid card has a bill of $87.13 which I did not authorize. I have not used either product. If I send it back they will credit my credit card. I BET! What a fool I was to order.

I was scammed as well. If anyone can give me guidance on how to get out of this, please let me know. I already disputed this with my credit card, but I feel like this won't have any luck since there were hidden terms I agreed to. I did go to myordersupport.com and have my account cancelled, but i can see my credit card being charged again. Please help. kendrick.kim@gmail.com. Thanks.

Thank you all for your help. I have so far written several emails to the email address's listed below. Calling doesn't seem to be doing the trick so I believe a class action lawsuit is in order. We need to know our rights and to find a way to recoup our stolen money for/from Resveratrol. Let's continue to send emails to the address's below.
