I ordered a trial and paid postage. I immediately tried to call this company located in my home state. After days of listening to recordings, I sent the package back with delivery confirmation and a letter telling them that I had contacted my Credit Card Company and I will refuse any future charges. I also called the BBB and they have numerous complaints filed and stated they couldn't contact them either by phone or mail. Today I have 2 more charges from them billed as "VIT Certified Resveratrol($64.95) and VIT Live Lean CR for ( $24.95)" I have not heard of the latter one nor have I ordered that product, whatever it is.

I made an error and said the product came from California it actually comes from Florida. I can still drive to Florida and back in 8 to 10 days.

Another thought on their phone message at [protected]. It claims their facility is FDA approved yet in Dr Who's interview with Harpo and freinds, Oprah asks if the product is FDA approved, the Dr Skirts the question...go check it out.

I noticed the same type of product can be purchased from other sources for $16.00 a bottle. Something worth investigating.

I ordered a free trial of resvetrol and gave my credit card info to pay the shipping charges only..of $3.58 and wanted to see if these vitamins were worth buying. I went to my doctor with unopened bottle and he said iI cannot take them because they had caffeine in them and I have high blood pressure.

They have been sending me bottles each month, and charging my credit card for shipping of 5.95 and cost of resvertrol is $85.00. All phone numbers are an answering machine which says to hold for custoner service, then cuts you off so there is a beeping number only. They tell you to go to the website which is no help at all. Total scam. They have charged me $192.06 so far and I have 5 unopened bottles of resvervetrol.

They took me to the cleaners over a supposed free trial bottle of reservatrol for weight loss they only took £1.99 for the postage because all they actually wanted was my credit card details then they stole £76 on the first week of october then another £76 yesterday I got a cancellation number and took it to my bank and they will stop any further payments but this is a new clever type of scam they con you into ticking some box so that you are giving them permission to deliver a bottle every month and remove the money for the goods from your account which you gave them willingly for the supposed free trial what fools we are my doctor said I had to lose weight so I thought I will try this offer and see if it works and of course I would have ordered it if it worked but its the stealthy way they did it and believe it there are at least another 4 to 5 companies this same guy has all doin the same. I do believe in the law of karma and sad to say this guy is in for some heavy return stuff. get to your bank take the print outs of all our claims and get them to move your money or cancel account and reopen elsewhere because I have a friend who was paying for a year before it got stopped by another scammer!

All the claims of "scam" are a clear sign that legal action needs to be taken. My wife tried this product, returned the original, and for 90 days has been told "you need to talk to this dept, or fax this in, or we didn't get it." Well, after 90 days, they will not issue a credit. We're seeking legal action as we have the phone records showing calls, as well as the delivery confirmation of the returned product. Today, we open the mailbox and discover a box of their product. My wife went ballistic! Best advice, don't buy into get rich quick, get healthy quick, or get enhanced quick, as they are all just quick ways to drain your $ faster than the federal government.

I ordered the free trial just 10 days ago and my order arrived 8 days after ordering. I wish i had read all the complaints first. I have tried all weekend to reach this company and after a long wait on hold it always says "Thank you for calling. Goodbye!" I immediately called Visa and cancelled my card. When i read that most people were being billed as soon as shipment arrived i started calling Visa. I refuse to let them charge me for 87.13 for both trial bottles i got of ResV Max and ResV Ultra. They are defintely a SCAM! I did google earth the address and all i found was a building with 3 loading doors on it. No office i could actually see.

I ordered a free sample of this product, unaware that they were going to sign me up for automatic monthly shipments and charge me for the "free" sample unless I returned it. I am in the process of disputing the credit card charges. this company is fraudulent and deceptive. I will never make this mistake again.

After watching the 60 minutes story and reading recommendations from Oprah's Dr. Oz, I believed this to be a credible company and ordered a one-time, 4 month supply of Resveratrol. The company charged my account $170.94, but never shipped the product. I have verified this with UPS. I have made several calls to their customer service department, but have yet to get any results. Each time the reps, or supervisors have promised that I will be contacted by the shipping department. This has not happened. I am extremely disappointed that this company was able to receive so much support from credible promoters. I never would have ordered it otherwise.

How many complaints does it take to highlight, if not prove, that this and other companies are not up front about the actual charges for their products! I got on the web site for resveratrol and there is no mention of a "subscription, nor the product costing $87.13, nor the fact one has to call to cancell a"subscriptiom". the representative tried to argue that this is stated under the"terms and conditions. there is no in dication one should look any further under this section, e. g., "click here" (it could be in bold letters to be fair! to be truthful! and honest!)! it could be explained and the cost of the product listed! I kept a copy of the web page and reviewed it; there is no mention of "subscription, or needing to call etc.! I found another web page that alludes to one being inducted into something which must be cancelled within two weeks, but 1) there was no notification of anything on the web page which I went through; 2) this 2cd add still wasn't clear; 3) still didn't mention a price 4) was not anywhere near bold highlight (rather - a faded brown within a brown backgroud) so it is still secretive!
Where can a consumer go to complain and get the laws changed? I have even seen where companies write in thier own praises for how easy it was to return a product! this is a lie! no one writes on a complaint page how easy it was to return. why was the product returned anyway?

Once I authorized this company to charge a 99 cent shipping charge to my credit card for a free sample, they
continued to ship product and charge over a $1000 to my credit card. These charges were completely unauthorized. They will not refund monies or accept returned product.

In addition, they do not use the same company name when sending charges to VISA.

As advertised, I signed up on-line for a free sample and was required to pay only 99 cents shipping with my credit card. BUT once they got my credit card they started shipping product to me about every 10 days. I was at my second home for two months and by the time I got back, over $1000 had been charged to my credit card.

The various charges have different 800 numbers to call but most go to the same place.

They advertise "free sample" but instead ship lots of product and charge for it.
They advertise "satisfaction guaranteed" but refuse to reverse unauthorized charges or accept returns.

I ordered only the trial offer. I didn't get the product until 2 wks later. the trial period is only 14 days. the terms and conditions did not state that it would turn into a automatic delivery. I was chaged on 7/1/09 $87.13-which was not even supposed to be charged, this was the free trial. I was also charged $83.18 on7/17/09. I cancelled my order and now I am afraid that they will keep sending and charging me for the product. I am calling my credit card company first thing in the morning to file a complaint and freeze my account.

I received the same free bottle of resveratrol and paid only the shipping fee of $ .99. Did not no about the charge of $87 til I received my credit card bill. However my husband called and spoke with someone and was given the information to send the stuff back and canceled any further shipments (supposedly) Guess what showed up in the mail today? I opened the package because it does not give the company name of who is sending the package. So NOW I have to send back another box of the stuff and called the credit card to not allow any further charges from this company. I totally believe this is a scam. Stay away from this.

After some research of my own, because I too was almost scammed to buy reservatral. but because of you nice innocent people posting on these rotten eggs that reek of rip-off. I canceled my card before any charges occurred. thank you so much. here is a nugget of information. fwm labs is not to blame they only distribute the product that we as consumers order. a good ol american company with english speaking distributors unaware of the fraud that proceeds them. I called fwm due to the modern technology of caller id. spoke with manager dave @ [protected] they only know your name and shipping address plus of course the product you order. the boggus rats that hide behind and are the front runners for taking unauthorized money are hidden under numerous numbers as so many have complained about. I called [protected] then#3 spoke to a live person very hard to understand but got connected right away. ha ha found the snakes. the company names is barry folgers inc. 314 e. dania beach blvd. suite 117 33004 did not get a town but a zip code is good. now, if someone could look further into this because it has been a very timely task to get these names and numbers.

I ordered a free trial of RezV. It was supposed to be 3.95 shipping and handling. They charged me 87.+ change, and I sent it back immediately with a letter not to send me any of it, I did not want it, and etc. Charge did not come off my card. I called several times but could not get connected to a service representative.

Then Visa Fraud Protection called me on a Sunday to see if I had made a charge of 83.18 + small amounts, and I said no. She said they would block my card and the charges were out of Cypress.

I went to the bank to dispute them. Cannot be disputed because I have no proof I sent it back and need the conditions to show them.
I can't get anyone at the company. So now I am out 160.00 +. Don't ever get one of those trial offers. It is a scam.

I was contacted this morning by a collection agency claiming that I owe $80.00 to Advanced Fitness Labs for an order dated 7/1/09. They claim my credit card was declined. This is the first I had heard of this! I had cancelled the order way back then. This is a terrible way to conduct business, and a class action suite should be filed.

The website says $3.95 shipping and handling for a free trial!
I received one bottle of this product.
After they charged $87.13 on my credit card, I called, cancelled and got a return authorization number and promptly returned it.
I have not received any more product, but now, they have again charged the credit card for $83.18.
This is a huge rip off.

I paid the shipping charges for a free sample of resveratrol, I think it was $.99. The next thing you know, they send me another bottle and charge me $88.00 for it. I called to complain and they said I ordered the extra bottle. I got ripped off. I even cancelled my credit card so they wont charge me anymore.

I ordered a free trial of Resveratrol and paid s&h. Then I noticed I was charged 87.13 for the product and I havent received it yet. Was told I would not get a refund as my free trial was over. ? I dont have the product yet to do a trial with. Free trial is a scam to get your money cause you dont get a trial with the product, your charged before you get it.

I was lead to believe this introductory bottle was 99 cents- I received a charge on my credit card for $87.13 and a Foreign Transaction Fee of $2.61- When I called the company they informed me by saying yes to the small printed terma and agreements I had agreed to a monthly transaction-- I cancelled- How many other people have been scammed?

In May 2009, I received a sample of Resveratrol from the Vit Live Lean Co.[protected]). I declined the offer for any reorders. In June 2009, I was billed $24.95 from the above Co. When I was finally able to contact customer service from the above number--after 2 calls and 45 minutes on hold, I was informed that the charge was for a membership ?-from a different company. I will assuredly contest this charge with my credit company.
