Resveratrol trail period not reached

Order some items and was called about another sample item, state 4 times that i did not want to order anything else. They stated I wouldn't be charged until the trial period was up - fine give me the number to cancel. They deducted the money for the free sample anyway.

I called to get the charges reversed and was told that my trial period was up - it had been two days and the product hadn't left their shipping station yet...how could a 14 day trial period be up when I haven't even recieved the sample?

Was told to return product unopened with RETURN FOR REFUND and the confirmation # under that statement. I wrote this ALL OVER THE BOX so I couldn't told they didn't get it, I even took pictures of the box and the shipping label for proof. Am waiting for refund, but this company also charges you with international fees as well.

Resveratrol billed me today under two new names: hydrocolon and nova age. I cancelled my card and my bank is starting a criminal investigation. teh moneys are deposited in an offshore bank, possibly in the middle east.

However for the next two months they shipped without my consent there product charging me full price each time and debiting my card for this. I was not aware they had been debiting my account until afterwards.

Resveratrol no performance/ free trial not for thirty days only two weeks

Product does not work.
3 pound weight gain in 2 weeks, no loss.
Not a thirty day free trial as advertized.
Only two weeks.
After contacting nuage labs to cancel order, they had already debited our credit card for a new shipment and the not free trial, in only two weeks.
Now no money to feed our children. Very pissed off at this scam, ripoff.
We want ALL our money back.
And a written appology from the manufacturer.

Resveratrol anti-aging pill

I ordered a free sample of resveratrol at one of my vonerable moments. I thought I had read all info but eventually not. I just received another bottle with no info in it not even a bill so I called to cancel which I didn't know I had signed up and found I had been billed $80 for the first bottle on my credit card. Unfortunatly my credit card co couldn't do anything about it.
I did get a cancellation and was told I could send the last bottle back. I asked if I could send the first one back also as I hadn't opened it of course the answer was no. You definately have to have a shipment number from them before you send it back.
I learned a very expensive lesson and will never order anything on the internet again. Will also read all info before agree to anything.

Resveratrol failure to refund

After receiving my first bottle of this product, I had called them to stop shipments of any further product. They then shipped me three more bottles of this product, of which I called them and got an R.M.A. number to return them. This happened back in june of 2009. After calling them 6 times to see when they would issue my refund for the 3 bottles, they said that they could not refund my monies due to the fact it has been over 90 days . But they received their product back within 15 days of shipment. They have charged my account with over 250.00 of fraudulant charges, and have not replied to any of my phone calls. I have issued complaints with The UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE FRAUD DIV. AND ALSO WITH FEDERAL TRADE DIV. If any of you have had the same problem please let me know, as I am sure there has been numerous fraud cases concerning this company. I believe there should be a class action suit filed against this company.e-mail address [protected]@att.net

Resveratrol charges unauthorized

Unauthorized charges approxiamely 89.95 monthoy appear on my credit car statements. Each month I call and ask that the charge be reimbursed. The company has tried to get me to split the charge and reimburse only $40.00. I refused. They then areed and even sent me an email stating that the charge had been reimbursed. The charges have continued for the past four months. Only one of the charges was credited. Today, I call my credit card and they are going to dispute the charges. I feel I was really taken by Barbara Walters' and Hugh Downs talking about the product and that's how I requested the first bottle of the pills. I cancelled within two weeks and have been charged for the four subsequent months.

Resveratrol fraud scam false advertising take off internet

Same as everyone else. No one who speaks english clearly. Refused to cancel in a timely manner. Sent product 1 day prior to charging account $88+ to deliberately post on a saturday when you can't call your bank. Total scammers. Aol advertised this product and I am thinking about canceling my membership (15 years) because they allow this on their pages. I understand they can't keep it off the internet, but aol can decide not to run scams like dentech, dazzlewhite, and resv trial offers! The worse part is that they have your credit card number. What good does a cancellation # do if they still have your credit card number. I hate thieves!

I also fell victim to the resveratrol ultra web site. it had everything on it, the video with barbara walters, it even mentioned oprah & dr. oz, listed cnn, web md, fox news, fortune magazine etc. they offered a sample of resveratrol for 99cents! I sent for it. I received a sample labeled resveratrol ultra, but upon closer examination, it was not resveratrol but an advanced cleansing formula! this unhealthy junk had silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate in it, this is a harmful toxin. to top it off, I got another charge on my account for $87.13!
I t took 2 days and many phone calls to get to speak to someone in hollywood, fl.! I closed my account with them (which is strange because I did not realize I ever opened one to begin with-such a scam) I returned their junk and notified my credit card co. about the incident. hopefully they will have to give me a credit back.
If this has happened to you, be sure to notify your credit card co. and talk to someone in the dispute dept. they are very helpful. their brochure lists them as: resveratrol ultra, 3007 greene st. hollywood. fl.33020. I have found they have many other names and numerous phone numbers. beware

I ordered a trieal bottle for .99, I received it and was billed in 7 days for $ 87.13 . they canceled my order the 22 of june and took anouther $ 83.18 out of my bamk . They finaly returened the first money of $87.13 on the 27th of june. I received the seconed bottle on June 27. and returned it on June 29. I have talked with them and they did not tell me to put a seperat return number on the 2 bottle I got from them. Now they say they have to investigate and told me to call back in 3 days. I have talked to sherie Judiy, Edward, Tracy and cyndy perkins. I was only informed today the 9 of June that I needed a asecond order refund number..Their taking out money that I was not expectin caused my bank acount to charge me 3 overdraft fees. I wasn't aware off this being a ongoing thing. was lked to believe that it was a triea offer. What can we do to stop this kind of things. I am still waiting to see if they will refund my money for the $83.18 that took out of my bank 2days after they counciled my acct.

Resveratrol credit card charges

Resveratrol: I ordered this product via an online after having reviewed several online pieces about it. the product itself provided no change in my well-being nor did I feel any energy boost / experience weight loss. the website purported to give a free bottle for $3.95 shipping and handling. this turned out not to be the case...
Chain of events:
5/14/09 ordered product
5/16/09 billed for $1.00, and $2.95 separately
6/1/09 billed $87.13 note the rebilling of the $3.95 for s/h as the product is only $83.18

I was also charged for charges made outside the country by my bank... so something in this billing is outside the country!

Attempted to contact after receiving bank statement from 5/23/09 - 6/24/09 on 6/27/09 but found that the department I needed wouldn't answer after hours florida time... funny they took my order at 11:35 pm central time.

Below is the continuation of my calls -
1437 started call on hold hung up on
1445 started call was transferred to john who hung up on me
1453 started call talked to christine 1506 transferred to supervisor
1524 the music stopped for a moment but no one came on then continued
1544 still on hold
1654 never answered hung up

Began call on my cell phone
1554 started call on hold
1603 karen answered
1605 karen refused to transfer to supervisor put me on hold to bring up information
1620 gave rma # wont confirm amount to be refunded
1620 gave returns address 3007 greene street hollywood, florida 33020
1627 refused to give contact information for refunds department
1629 nor give a way to contact refunds department
1630 dean supervisor repeated karen's information
1635 found out that karen had made an error regarding information about rma #
1637 gave email for refunds department (note on gmail account) [protected]@gmail.com
1645 provided company address 314 east dania beach blvd suite 117 dania beach, fl 33004
1654 finished call

Watch out for these super fraudsters!

I have been double billed for what I assume is the same item under 2 different company names. I ordered a freeresveratol sample which I received and was appropriately charged shipping on. subsequently I was shipped another bottle with no invoice or statement enclosed... when I finally located online the return shipping info I found that the product must be returned within 15 days for a refund and it must have a return shipping number on the return package (a catch 22 if you ask me). I sent the item back as requested and received an email that my refund was processed and would be on my next cc statement. when reveiwing my current cc statement I was charged by resveratolulta and ac berry cycle for the same charges. my husband has currently been sitting on the phone for 30 minutes and still cannot reach a live person to talk too.
Are we a satisfied customer... h_ no! I think the attorney general needs to look into these business practices.

Dear sirs,

I ordered a free trial of resveratrol on june 3, 2009. today is june 10, 2009, and I called
To cancel my order so that it would not be put on my credit card. I called [protected] and spoke to
Janet. she was very cooperative and immediately issued a cancellation # for the order. she said
That my free trial was mine to keep as it had already been sent out, although I still needed to pay
For the shipping, which is what I agreed to do.

I think the problem with many of the complaints is that you wait too long to cancel or you wait until
You get the product, which you know is going to arive way too close to the deadline for cancellation.
So, in order to not get scammed, you need to cancel before you get the product (within 7-10 days)
Not business days of when you have ordered. hey, if you really like the product, then you have the option
To order it again for the full price.

I will let you know if I do get charged for future orders on my credit card.

Thanks,
Claire

I am experiencing the same - bottles of resveratrol keep coming in spite of a written reques to stop sending the product & charging my credit card. keep all records of dates you returned the product and do it with a tracking # or a return reciept requested with us mail. my credit card fraud dept. has been notified and they send me a form with questions and have credited my accout back. my charges were $87 and $83 (may and june). they will investigate and start me a new account, with a new account number if they continue to send me product. that is the way to do. if you have the charges taken out of y0ur bank account, you must see a manager and they can help you. get a new account if necessary and that will stop charges. good luck. this is so wide-spread - and I think because dr. oz supported the product on the oprah show. i'm writing them an email today. she should do something on her show to notify the public.

Dear claire... beware! on may 26th 2009, I ordered the "free" 15 day trial bottle with $ 0.99 shipping cost. on june 9th my debit card had a pending for charged $87.13. I immediately called the hollywood, florida office to cancel.. I was also given a refund confirmation # and told to keep my pills as a courtesy. I was told that my debit card would be credited for the refund and it should show up in 3 days... well, it did not! I called customer service again on june 12th. ater being hung up on twice,,, I asked to speak to the supervisor. this "alleged" supervisor said that there was no record of my cancelling! I was not too happy about this. I informed him that I had listened to the status of my order with resveratrol prior to speaking to him... and the recording did indeed state that I had cancelled on june 9th... furthermore, I read him my confirmation # and then he just happened to find it. he re-issued a new refund confirmation # to me and said to check in 3 days for my refund. I doubt that it will be there! especially after reading all of the complaints about this frauduleny company. I have contacted the better business bureau, who intends to forward my complaint to the florida bbb. I also plan e-mail oprah and dr. oz about this... infact, I am going to also contact president obama! the most important thing I did in regards to this "b. s." situation is : I closed my debit card account today! I suggest that you do the same! sincerely, melinda

Please see g. of terms and conditions as of 6/10/09. after the free trial period of 15 days (starting when you order, or when they deem the period is over and charge you $87 for that free trial bottle) you must cancel every thirty days to avoid being charged for bottle and postage (elsewhere the postage is up to $5.95) which is close to $84 mo.; and by the way, their demo prices won't last forever, it says someplace in the terms.

I think they run the timer so people won't read the 8 pages of terms & conditions, you check the little box so you get your free sample. woops, there is no free sample, but a free trial of the $87 bottle, which your receipt says was "discounted" to "zero" which after 4 days you will pay $87 for!

Also, there are 3 phone numbers (only one listed in terms & conditions, use that) which require your entering your credit number again to cancel. that implies more trust than many people have after being charged $87 for a free trial. I called all of them; on one several people answered who could not carry on a conversation (then music); another option was just music (is 866 no. free?). there is one website you can't get on (requires member id and login password). there is one e-mail that returns your e-mail (that's what happened to me). the point is people are discouraged from cancelling.

And if you don't cancel within 2-4 days after you receive the bottle of 60 tabs, you are locked into g. terms and conditions above.

What blows my mind is that with all this genuine interest, why would you immediately scam people $87 and entrap them into monthly payments of same with postage until the end of time? perhaps ultraresveratrol hired the wrong marketing operation? or perhaps these tricky devices were all intentional from the start?

The monthly price of the product is too high for people like me. if I were ultraresveratrol, i'd have sent a few pills for a few days as a free sample. i'd have enclosed a sheet with different options, "i'd like to place an order for 1 bottle, 2 bottles and send to my address". make it like hewlett packard and ordering print cartridges. make the price reasonable (not $87) so I can order one or two bottles if I want on my meager budget whenever I want to or am able to.

If the price is reasonable, some people might want to subscribe for the entire year. since this is america, a lot of people might want to order by carton, or might want to order some other product (like acai berry) with the resveratrol. my father had a bad sample experience with acai berry. but many people would be repeat customers if they were treated nicely.

But no entrapments, please! don't make it like the record companies. I stayed with a fine record co. 2 or more years ordering nice cd's until I began receiving cd's I didn't order (which were not the original terms, someone became desperate). then, sadly, I had to cancel.

There are way too many tricks, here and no one thinking about the customer interest and satisfaction. so by definition it's a scam or a fraud. the interest in this has been mind-boggling. I agree with comments another person made: why would they mess it up with poor business practices?

When I saw the slip with the 5 other companies, I had to worry that besides a hundred a month from ultraresveratrol ($1200 yr.) i'd have to worry about 5 other co.'s with my credit card no. doing the same thing. if the product is really resveratrol, I don't understand why the marketing team would run a deceitful promotion. everyone wants it!

The terms & conditions are very harsh, since there is really no free trial period given. the prices are way too high if you are not earning six figures or a celebrity. on the internet, developing trust in a company is very important. the terms & conditions blow away completely anyone's trust.

I'm glad that claire had some success in her cancellation and was treated nicely. also, some people on this board were getting boxes from china, mid-east and being charged for border postage in so. florida, perhaps the 5 companies are too inter-mingled.

My feeling is that if this product is real, they need to revamp their marketing strategy and their thinking in terms of offering their customers reasonable options without entrapping them. let them buy one or two bottles; surely they will be repeat customers if they have reasonably priced options and can trust you. think avon (or your favorite cosmetic co.), think hewlett packard, or nordstrom (some of us can't afford to go there) or your favorite store (ll bean, landsend) in terms of appealing to the customer. the problem is that the way this promotion was handled, it has minimized trust from the consumer.

Resveratrol cancel, charge, customer service

I have received another charge on my credit card for resveratrol which I cancelled several months ago. I had not received anything since then. This month there is a charge on my credit card again. I did not receive any resveratrol either. I don't want the pills and I would like the charge removed. I called the customer service line and listened for the prompts. I followed them and pressed 3 to speak to a customer service rep and was put in a loop. There was no person all 5 times when I tried. I will be contacting a lawyer. Thank you

This worked for me
Contact your bank and explain the problem (if you used a chase card you will have no problem) then contact the florida bbb (find them under bbb) be sure to refer to this site and the hundreds of people who have the same problem. I did also contact the girardgibbs co.
The resveritrol co. did not respond so the decision was in my favor
Good luck!

Resveratrol hiding fees and not sending product while charging card over and over

I ordered the .99 offer of a 'free' sample. I never saw anything that said I had to cancel within a certain amount of time or I would be charged again. In fact I really looked the site over before I ordered it. I stupidly thought that if Dr. Oz's name was attached to the site, that it had to be legitimate. I did receive the first sample bottle. I have never received anything since, except for three charges for around 87.00 and extra fees that so far have amounted to over 257.00 in one month!

I tried to get my bank to stop payments but they weren't very helpful at first. Today they contacted me from their fraud department and asked about the charges and had to cancel my bank card and reissue a new one to me. I will have to fill out forms to make sure that the charges are cancelled. I also tried to call the number of the company that the bank gave me, and all I got was endless times on hold until the phone went dead. At one time I actually could hear other people talking about how they wanted to cancel for the same reason I wanted to, they couldn't hear me, and I couldn't hear the company representative talking to them, very odd.

I think of myself as pretty smart and usually would never buy something off the internet that I didn't think was 100% legitimate, and a 'free' sample would usually seem too good to be true. But, when I saw Dr. Oz endorsing the product, and the site seemed to be his doing, I went along with it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE MONEY AWAY TO THIEVES!

Resveratrol paid money/no product

Swm laboratories takes money out of my banking account then fails to deliver the resveratrol. The customer service line is a joke! If you speak to a live person it is a miracle. Otherwise, the automated message just loops around and around. I have contacted my bank to refuse anymore requests for money from swm labs. I asked that my membership be canceled then all of a sudden the connection goes bad. All I know is additional money better not be missing from my bank account. I will be contacting wdiv television in detroit, and the attorney general of the state of michigan. How can swm rip people off with such abandon? Theresa chambell

I too experienced the same damn thing. I ordered the 5.95 free sample for eternal rezv'trol where you only pay for the shipping, right? I ordered it on 07/27/09, billed my card swiftly. I kept checking online for the email confirmation of my order and the customer service number. never got it!

I logged into my union plus mastercard account tonight 08/01/09, and it listed "eternal rez #[protected] ny. I called the number on the description of the merchant and got" you have reached a call source number that is no longer in service, please check the number you have dialed... then hangs up". i've already created a dispute with my credit card for this merchant.

Most importantly, I have cancelled the credit card that was billed, don't want any rude shocks of additional charges next month, don't even want to risk it!

It is a scam. barbara walters and oprah and dr. oz and all these people are giving media coverage for this tablet and i'm just shocked.

Thanks for listening. shotgun007

Resveratrol stealing money from my bank account

I went ahead and ordered the "free" Reseveratrol after reading that it only cost .99 for shipping. There was nothing else to indicate that I wanted to order anything else, and I certainly wasn't interested in that. I used my debit card to pay for the postage. Once the bottle came, there was no packing slip, no way to know how to send it back or contact the company. I set it aside and forgot about it. This weekend I saw a pending charge to my checking account for 87.00 and when I called the bank to inquire about it they told me that I bought something from a specialty store and gave me this number to call and cancel the order, [protected].

The first time I called I was on hold for over ten minutes, and when the young woman answered the phone, she could hardly speak English. Although she was polite to me, I had to have her repeat herself over and over again. In the middle of trying to straighten out the problem the phone went dead, then she came back on, then it went to the automated answering system, back to the young lady, and then went dead for good. The other two times I tried to call back I waited for over twenty minutes, and instead of a customer service rep, I had the weird experience of listening to other customers talking to the service rep, even though they could not hear me, and I couldn't hear the rep! Interestingly enough, they were also trying to get this company to stop charging to their accounts! After a few minutes, the phone went dead again.

Frustrated, I tried to contact the company via e-mail. I found two phone numbers to call, one number was disconnected, the other one, [protected] and it had the same automated messaging system as the first number that I called, and after waiting for over ten minutes, I hung up.

I mistakenly thought that a product connected to Dr. Oz's name would have high professional standards, but I see that he is just like any other person trying to make a fast buck from some poor sap who actually believed that he was on the level. We are in the process of closing our bank account so this company can't steal any more money from my account, and I find myself a little wiser, and sadder.

Me too! all of these companies are the same they all give the same phone # [protected]. you cannot get through on the phone it is animated or you stay on the line for twenty minutes and you get disconnected. please everyone read these complaint because they are true. these companies go by different names and phone numbers but they are all one company. I was stupid enough to put my sample on my debit card. tomorrow off to the bank. I also canceled my orer of $86.43 via live chat and got no where as this month they took out even more money.

Add me to the list of complainers... I can't get a person to answer my calls.
Believe it or not, the second bottle, which was shipped 14 days after the first, arrived with the seal on the outside of the bottle intact but inside the seal was cut open and remnants of the cotton were here and there! if anyone is a complainer from hollywood, florida 33020, they are listed under resveratrol ultra, distributor. main tel.# [protected] and the shipping manager - [protected]. a police involvement should be able to track down these phone numbers.
Another classic scam!

I am also one of the ones duped by this company (free just 99 cents shipping and handling) no mention of further charges or shipments. within a few days of first 87.13 charge I got two more charges and a week later two more bottles of the stuff which I didnt order. no phone number, no return shipping labels etc. cost me to send back much less overdraft charges at my bank. I am out 239. 62 plus overdraft fees. and its not over yet. I am still working with my bank, but got a forced ach on my account yesterday for 84.84 twice and thats after cancelling my debit card and getting new one. I have read so many complaints on this place and wonder why are they still in operation. I am on disability and have 105. left to live on this month and thats if they dont hit me again.

Add me too! ordered the free trial for $.99, opened my charge card statement to see an additional charge of $87.13. I called immediately and after waiting and waiting, got a human/computer giving me some schpeel about not really free, I should have read the terms of service, and I was 3 days past the "guarantee" period. I have returned the unopened bottle to the address on the shipping envelope, since there was absolutely no contact info contained in the package. no company name, no phone #, no address. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company and have no intention of paying a dime, no matter how far I have to take this. dr. oz, shame on you for promoting before fully knowing how this product "free promo" works. and shame on me for being suck a sucker!

Resveratrol - unauthorized debit there is a sucker born everyday, but this is new this is the internet fraud. now when the company outsources phone calls to the phillipines to take complaints. this is a new spin on things. when we try to complain we get a polite phillipina tying to legitimize a company that is corrupt in the usa. amazing. we were dupped

Add me to the list of suckers. I also tried the "free" trial due to dr. oz and his name.
I have multiple charges that I can't get an explanation for. the phone system has serious problems as noted by a previous poster. so far i'm in the hole for over $180 and i've received the free trial plus the sucker bottle that is charged and shipped in 14days of your trial. there is another charge and i'm expecting a third bottle soon.
I've cancelled my credit card to stop the bleeding.
I feel very sorry for those that used a debit card. good luck!

I got charged the.99 cents and then I got charged $39.95 and no new product other than trial product. also, I just got charged again, even though I cancelled and I haven't received that product yet, but they charged me for it. I am waiting for the product to show up, if it ever does. I went through an ad that advertised for dr. oz, too! what a rip-off. I cancelled, but the first time I called they stated they have no record of my call. they cancelled, but I received no confirmation number, so I will call again tomorrow to check.

Resveratrol unathorized charges

What a scam. I order the "free" trial offer for .99 plus $3.95 shipping and handling. It is anything but free. About 2 weeks after I received my "free" shipment my credit card was charged $40.00. I tried contacting the company and after many unsuccessful attempts I finally got thru only to be put on hold and transferred around like you wouldn't believe. I was assured that I would receive a credit in the full amount of $40.00. It never happened. So...I tried again and again and again only getting the run around. If you get Heather the supervisor... Beware... Definitely the most rude of the bunch. She hung up on me. I called my bank and they are very much aware of this company. They are getting many complaints of unauthorized charges. I closed my account because of what I am hearing and reading the charges will continue. Good Luck to all of you!

Resveratrol no safety seal on sample bottle

customer service, i accepted the chance for a resveratrol sample from the Barbra Walter's 60 minute special, and i would truly like to try the product, i recieved it yesterday in the mail and today when i opened it, unfortunately there was no safety seal under the cap, and i am heeding the warning on the bottle to not use if seal is broken or missing. i am 71 years young and i would love to shave some of those years off as the product claims, but you see my problem with a broken seal, i will not get the chance to even try. i will not even take an asprin if the seal is broke or missing, let alone a dietery product. can you possibly rectify this problem for me ? thank you, Mr Lowell L Spencer 609 S 9th Ave Yuma, AZ 85364 email: [protected]@gmail.com

It would be alarming to find no safty seal, however if you read thier terms and conditions you will be shocked. there is a statment in there that says you will be charge 20% for a restocking fee. does this mean when a consumer uses part of the product and sends the rest back, the leftovers are used to fill other bottles. if that the case, this means we are receiving product that could have already been touched by other people. we have no clue if it has been touch by people who have hep c, hiv, ext. i'm not being judgemental toward anyone with illnesses. i'm just saying would we buy that product if we knew this was the case? we have the right to know. i'm afraid even the bottles that have seals are returned product that has been restocked in new bottles and resealed. why else would they charge a restocking fee?

Resveratrol misleading advertisment

I too have been bamboozled by this company. After hearing Dr. Oz endorse resveratrol on Oprah, I felt rather familiar with the product when it appeared on my Yahoo page. The advertisement read, "FREE TRIAL", all I would have to pay is shipping, sounds good, right. Unfortunately, $91 later I'm highly perturbed. One bright morning I checked my account and $85 had been charged to my account by resvpure. When I contacted the company at [protected] and spoke with Tony, I was informed that I had not carefully read the terms and conditions section, which stated that I would be charged monthly for this product if I did not cancel in 10 days. He also told me that I could not receive a full discount. Instead he gave me a promotional discount of $65, leaving me $20 in the hole. After three days they did refund a portion of the charge. Unfortunately, one week later I received another charged from Heart Health, which is the same company for a $6 news letter that I never received. When I contacted the company this time and spoke to Austin Evans, I was told that I could not be refunded for this charge because when I accepted the terms and conditions I also signed up for this expensive newsletter. This company is practicing deceptive tactics and who knows the charges may continue if we don't stand up for our consumer rights. I don't know about you all, but my bank charges over draft fees that can get pretty costly when the funds aren't available. We should file a class action law suit against them.

It's a shame that scam-artists are sullying the reputation of an otherwise legitimate and healthy product.

I hope this experience hasn't turned you off Resveratrol products because if you are buying them from a legitimate company they really are great.

I think its to hard to tell the legitimate ones from the illegitimate ones, so I'd recommend either buying it from an established reliable retailer like vitamin shoppe or vitamin world and not buying products with complicated legal jargon in tiny fonts.

From what I can tell, there are NO legitimate free resveratrol trials being offered. Read the "Terms and Conditions" in the small-print hyperlink at the bottom of the page and you'll likely find that they are all scams.

Resveratrol is not that expensive a product. You can get Resveratrol Forte through the Vitamin Shoppe for around $20 in the same dosage as Resveratrol Ultra.

Also, consider this. If the company is willing to steal from you, can you trust what it puts into its pills. Crooks tend to enjoy screwing you over just for the pure fun of it. I wouldn't trust any product marketed like the "free trial" Resveratrol products are marketed. Who knows who manufactures these products and who knows what they really put into them? Not I.

Resveratrol misleading advertising

Company promoted a 10 day "Free Trial" for $4.95 shipping and handling. The "Trial CM" was to include a 14 day supply of Resveratrol, a DVD, Professional Exercise booklet, Exclusive Diet and Nutition Guide and Swedish Measuring Tape. I ordered the free trial on 4-14-09. I received only the 14 day supply of Resveratrol on April 25, 2009. On May 4th I attempted to cancel the order. I called the 800 number provided. I was on hold for 30 minutes with very irritating music which was very loud. The 800 number was only available Monday-Friday from 9am6pm est. This was within the 10 days from the time I received the product. Fortunately I was able to call from home. It would not have been feasible to call from work because of the long wait time 30+ minutes on hold and the very loud music that was played during the hold. While I was holding I checked my credit card and saw that I was charged $89.97 for the "free trial". When I finally spoke with a customer service rep I was told that the trial period begins when you order the product. I asked "How do you try a product that you do not have?'. They said it was stated in their terms and conditions that it started when ordered. I have not found this exact wording in their 6 page agreement. The CSR then transferred me to a supervisor. I again asked the supervisor "How someone was supposed to try their product if they had not even received it? The supervisor ignored my question and went on to explain that the trial began when the product was ordered and that I would be charged. I told her I wanted the charge removed and my account cancelled. She then hung up on me. I then called my credit card company. With the credit card company on the phone with me we tried to reach XM Labs at their 800 number. The Rep from credit card company and I were unsuccessful at reaching anyone at XM Labs. The charge has been put in dispute and a charge back issued to XM Labs. XM Labs threatens that they will now put my credit card number into a internet database which reports consumer who commit fraud.

I was also scammed by these jerks! not only did I call to cancel this 139.00 charge they dropped onto my cc but to complain about the product. I ttried this so called face cream just as directed and now my neck is broken out and itches terribly. I cannot believe that they ca get away with this and I am contacting an attorney immediately to seek legal action. do not order this product, I do believe it is extremely harmful to you. this company told me when I told them about the side effects I have had that it was not their problem and I should take it up with my credit card company!

I was also scamed by xm lab. I ordered my free samples for 4.99 and waited about 4 weeks for it. meanwhile I was charged for 139.00 dollars for two monts suppy. calling them was a nightmare, long waiting and laud music mada it impossible to call from work. I took earlier from work one day just to call and canceled my order and it all began. I was ridiculed by some rep. he laughed at me when I asked him how could I cancelled my membership. english is my second language and he told me I should go back where I came from. my husband was furious but we couldn't do anything, we were appoled by his attitude. finally he did me a favore and cancelled my account.
My advise to everybody is: stay away from xm labs.
P. s. for 139.00 dollars I got 2 cream (I can't use them, they are like cottage chease) 120 pills of some sort (I got sick 2 weeks later with a cold) and a brochure with nice pictures, that is it.

I just got off the phone with a "John Lloyd" at SWM Laboratories in Florida. After sending away for a "free sample, " they charged my checking account 87.00. The way they operate this scam is to get your credit card to pay for the shipping and then charge you for unauthorized shipments. He was refusing to refund my account. This is fraud, misleading advertising, pure and simple. This needs to go to the attorney general in Florida. Send your complaints to:

Resveratrol deceitful tactics

This company offers a free trial sample for a small shipping fee but they do not send it to you until 10 days from the date you placed your ordered and after they have charged your account for the full price amount. Even if you canceled the day after you placed your order using the contact us portion of their website. When you try calling the number they list, you find yourself speaking with a person in the country of panama. I searched the web for3 hours before finding the company behind this website and spoke directly with them. I've noticed they have updated the website since I finally got my order canceled but they will not credit my account until I return the 2nd package they sent 3 days after the first which I returned the same day I received it. This has been a nightmare!

As mentioned in the other complaints, I too ordered a "free sample" due to oprah's website recommendation and started getting charged $87.13 - so far I have received two charges as such plus shipping charges. I called them and got the same run around. I finally got a rma # and I am returning the product. I also contacted my credit card company and they are refunding my charges. This company offered a 14 day trial period, yet the product arrived on the 13th day after placing the order. nevertheless, I cancelled the product timely via their telephone automated service because I became suspicious when I was unable to get through to a "live" representative on the 24 hour customer service line. the product arrived with no receipt or information about returning the product. despite cancelling timely, my account was charged for $87.13. I contacted my bank to get the charge reversed and placed a block on all future charges.

First off no where on site does it say that buy adding your credit card num. for a trial offer of $4.95 will you in two weeks be billed for $89.99 and put on a auto ship plan. sent bottle back 6 weeks ago with notice to cancel no reply. looked online to day further and notice in small print on different site you must call first so the can badger you into keeping the auto ship for a num. to return your item there fore upon talking to a repersenitive today I don't exist and must supply a credit card copy and all my info. they did infact cancel it but did not refund my money. scam!

This company offered a 14 day free trial. I didn't receive the product until the 10th day of the trial, then on the 14th day, they hit my checking account for approx $80. I called and told them I wanted to cancel. I had to wait several days for the $80 order to come in, returned it according to instructions, and my account has never been reimbursed. Now, when I call them, the phone rings once, and goes dead. I don't know if I'll ever get my money back. BEWARE,

I ordered a SAMPLE only for $3.95 online of Resveratrol - was billed TWICE - and then on June 4, 2017, noticed another credit card charge for $87.13 that I did NOT authorize. I have given this company my credit card number for the sample. They called me three times trying to get me to buy more, and I emphatically told them I only wanted the sample. They said OK - but now are billing me this large amount. I have not received any additional product. I was given a customer service # of [protected], which I've noticed other complaintants have given for other products. I tried calling, but have not been able to get through so far. I will keep trying! What a rip off! I thought I was smarter than to fall for this stuff. How do I get these people to credit my account and leave me alone?

In May of 2017, I purchased a free sample of this product online, using my credit card to pay shipping and handling charges for the sample. (Unfortunately, I did not bookmark the website address and no long know what website I did this on.)

This month I received this product along with another product that I have never heard of before, both of which I did not order and was charged a total of $89.90.

I have canceled my bank card, and advised them that these are fraudulent charges made without my permission.

Like so many others I ordered a free sample of reservatrol. I was then charged twice on my credit card$87.13 & $83.18 for products I did not order or authorize. I called the number on the credit card and after 30 mins. a very foreign voice told me in no uncertain terms that I had ordered a free trial period under specific conditions, conditions which I was most definitely not made aware of, I was told I could only cancel the account which was still active.
I have disputed the amounts with my credit card company and changed the number of my card so they cannot make any further charges.
This is most definitely a fraudulent company and needs to be closed down before they rip off more people. I checked the attorney generals office in florida and they are under investigation under case # lo-3-1041 a civil not criminal investigation. I think this should be a criminal investigation as these are criminal acts.

Don't buy this product. but if you already have, below is one solution to getting your money back!
I would like to add that the rma number (8 digits) which they demand must be on the box when returned for a refund is already on the box. after spending 2 hours on the phone with these people, they finally decided to give me the rma to get my full refund of $87.13 ha!, the number is already on the box after: resveratrol ultra me / [protected]...
You too can send these back with the rma number already on the box for a refund. hmmmmm, let's see if it works...

These people are real scam artists! THey use Dr Oz as if he is a spokes person for their products and then lead you to believe they will send a "free" sample for a small fee, next thing you know they are hitting your account for 79 to 83 dollars at a time within a 2 wk period. You can never get anyone to answer their customer service number, and then they hang up on you and refer you to a website for customer service and no one ever comes to the chat to help you. I am closing my bank account just to stop them from charging me again!
