ReShip Accepted package regardless of my request for them to reject

There is an open criminal case for a package that was shipped to Reship. This was part of a Facebook scam that had happened. Reship has clear instructions from me to REJECT the package if it arrives since I had filed a package interception via USPS. The interception failed and Reship accepted the package anyway after we had told them there was an open criminal investigation involving this package. Last I heard from them they want me to open an account with them and purchase a shipping label to have my item returned to me. I asked them to confirm the package was there via photos and I never heard back. Point is they fail to listen to directions even when the police and detectives are involved. They are aweful communicators and have made it clear they do not care about their customers or doing the right thing unless they are still making money. Being a business owner, this is such a shame.

Desired outcome: Package gets sent back to me without me purchasing a shipping label or opening an account

ReShip freight forwarding - missing parcel

I had a parcel shipped to Reship and received confirmation from USPS that my parcel was delivered to them on the 31st of January 2020. My first email to Reship about my missing parcel was on the 3rd of February, with no response from them.

I sent a second request for information on the 6th of February 2020, from which I received a one sentence reply stating "This order is not showing in our data base as being delivered. Please confirm the shipping details with the vendor."

On the 7th of February I replied to Reship with a USPS confirmation of delivery, I did not get a reply from them. The shipping address was correct on the delivery confirmation.

I then contacted USPS about my missing parcel and received a detailed response confirming delivery. This was sent to Reship on the 13th of February. Again there has been no reply from Reship about my missing parcel

ReShip ignored email queries

Signed up with these guys but after several emails hoping to find out more details about their service before committing to the annual payment these emails were all completely ignored ...

Why encourage potential customers to join you service and then not follow through by answering any queries they may have ?

Poor services (or lack of any) thus far and I've not even had the chance to test the service ! Certainly not going to pay an annual fee but rather go elsewhere.

ReShip My packages been delayed for three months

my packages has been delayed for three months and the fees started to pile up because reship is asking me for an ID Passport and my back and front of my credit card for them to send it to their payment finance team to process it before it was simple and easy now its getting much worse it keeps on saying payment cant processed please try again later or contact us for assistance payment is not successful and until now not processed and didn't receive my packages this web site is a total rip off and scam lying to people last time i'm gonna deal with this website they have lost their Credibility

ReShip Terrible!

About two months ago I sent a package using ReShip service and later received a confirmation message that my parcel was delivered. But the fact was that parcel wasn't delivered and I had no idea where it was.
I contacted ReShip customer service and demanded some explanation, they said that they'll check and contact me back later.
Later when I wanted to log into my account I found out that it was cancelled! What a scam! I called them but they did not answer. Terrible!

ReShip Do not use this company

Please do not use this company. In a recent shipment, an expensive product arrived damaged and that had clearly been tampered with at Reship. Website I ordered from is a reputable one, things they sell are always great. This package shipped from Reship arrived in horrible condition. The product was absolutely broken and was not working. Reship took no responsibility for this horrible situation! They claimed that it was not their problem. Absolutely terrible service! Customer service don't care enough, communication is bad. Stay away from this company!

ReShip Bad decision to deal with this company.

I was looking to get some items from Amazon. I was hoping to save some money on shipping and decided to try ReShip because they offered a $5 one time sign up cost. My items arrived at the warehouse within a few days but then I received a call from my bank. I went online and checked my credit card statement and saw that ReShip has charged me $50. So I contacted ReShip customer care and I was told that I was signed for a membership or something like that. But I never signed for anything! I just wanted to try ReShip and wanted to use it only one time. Several weeks passed and no solution was provided. I'll never use their service again! Thanks for nothing ReShip.

ReShip Service is a real nightmare.

Their customer service response time is extremely slow! To get an answer you have to make repeated attempts. Their staff members are very weird, they replies are strange and they act as they are doing you a favor. They refused to take payment only because I changed my credit card. I had to return the package to where it came from and they finally suggested to do it after my 25th email. Their shipping fees are also very expensive. I don't know what these people are thinking about, but their service is a real nightmare. Avoid ReSip.

ReShip The company doesn't warn about all fees in advance

I won’t use the services of www.reship.com. I got a quote and the rep hasn’t told me that there would be any other fees. I was ready to pay for the parcel, but the rep suddenly told me that I needed to pay $5 for the registration. Also they took about $10 for the payment and some other thing. The total sum was about $130 and it was too expensive. I wasn’t happy that they didn’t tell me about these fees before.

ReShip - scam

BEWARE!!! BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR PROPERTY!!! AVOID!!! I opened my account and was approved ...so, I ordered two items from Ebay and sent them to my new address at ReShip. Then within days...my account was closed! Now, my packages are on the way and they be won't be sent to me overseas..now they are in limbo. I called and asked what I needed to do to get...

ReShip Fraud

The following emails were received after I had joined and been charged $5. I did nothing else.
I joined Reship, which i only now realise cost me $5, then got the following two email the next day.

This is clearly a scam isn’t it?

ReShip Bad service / non service

By far the worst service I've ever received from a company ever!

After opening an account and getting everything in order I had three packages shipped to my suite (Suite #K68911). Just before the last package are due to be delivered I get an email that my account has been deactivated!

Unbeknown to me for some reason my registration fee was reversed for some or other reason and this apparently flagged some fraud alerts and they promptly deactivated my account without even trying to rectify or try to contact me to try and solve the situation.

I made numerous proposals and attempts to try and rectify this situation, even informing them that I was willing to even wait for them to make sure their money was safe in their account before they ship so there is no financial risk to them.

I even gave them permission to contact Paypal to verify that I'm a legit buyer, but alas I was unsuccessful to resolve the matter.

According to them I need to contact the original vendors and get them to supply pre-paid return shipping labels at their/my cost. This is a big inconvenience for them and they are reluctant to do so and hugely humiliating for me.

So to date I'm still battling to get this mess sorted out, their correspondence is also extremely slow, takes around 1 business day (although this probably due to the time difference) and this is very frustrating.

Instead of this a straight forward transaction this has turned into an extremely frustrating and stressful event. I still don't know what's going to happen to my paid for parcels.

And to think I only used Reship this time because I felt their shipping rates were a little cheaper than MyUS.com that I had used previously.

I will update this review as things progress.

I would recommend you viabox as it has lowest shipping rates and fastest service and excellent customer care.

ReShip The delivery cost suddenly went up to $181

Hmmm. Reship's shipping calculator estimated my deliver costs to be $112 for a 26 x 9.5 x 6.5in package weighing 20lb and worth $1136 to Australia. Then, when Reship took possession of my package, the delivery cost suddenly went up to $181.

I am waiting on an explanation, but right now very disappointed.

My parcels?are gone they have 2000 dollar storage fees I can't pay so they are holding my packages from me I have tried to deal with them and they never help

I've lost $350. Package was delivered to reship on 08/08/2013. It is now 09/02/2013.
I contacted support and received a reply on 08/20/2013 claiming they have located my package and will update my account.
2 weeks later. Still no package. And no reply to my emails.

Reship.com failed to deliver my parcels even after four months. I have paid so much for their services and really regretted using their services. It sucks!
