This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

In 2007, I went to EB Games and supposedly signed up for a service that offered discounts on several difference services. I did not authorize these charges. Since contacting their so called customer service, I had to sign and return an affidavid stating what had happened. The way they had it worded, was so that their company would not be at fault. I picked the last option on the document that said I have not received a credit for the charges for which I am now requesting reimbursement. Note it still does not admitt they are liable in any way. Other options included, I previously attempted to cancel, but was unable to do so successfully, I did not understand I was enrolling in a membership program for which I would be billed. It was very cleaverly worded. I was instructed to FAX it back to the supervisor who had given me her direct FAX number and I also received a confirmation that they would refund my money as an "accomodation" to me was how the e-mail read. Hopefully, they are true to their word. If not I will dispute it with my credit card company as I have saved all documentation. Good luck to everyone and I hope you get your money back from them. Be persistent.

This company has been withdrawing $12.00 a month since July, 2008 from my checking account. I did not authorize or order anything from this company.

I have also been charged for many years at the same rate. I did not actually authorize the charge and have tried to get a number to get the charges dropped with no luck. I contact CITI and they say it is not their responsibility. It would be nice to get these charges dropped and reimbursed. It seems it is yet another fine print, almost scam, that companies use to profit from. If you know of a number I would appreciate anyone sending it, or I can be reached at [protected] or through my email account at: stevesteve511@hotmail.com.

My account is being debited for $12 per mo. I did not give permission for this deduction. I sent an email to their customer service department and now, I am waiting to see if they get back to me. This kind of activity is on the increase. There are many organizations that are less than honorable. Our only choice is to file complaints and post reviews. Good luck to everyone!

To this point in time, I do not know how they got enough info to create an electronic debit from my checking account. When I call to inquire as to how they were able to get into my account electronically, I have to speak to someone with a very heavy accent that makes it extremely difficult to convey information. It is all BS! Now I need to change my account info. Everyone should be very protective of any/all personal information conveyed on the internet. There are people who could care less about financial difficulties anyone may be having... INTERNET BIZ is a good example of a "less than honorable" group of people. STAY AWAY!

I was also charged the $12 per month. Somehow I got subscribed to Reservation Rewards through Orbitz after placing a reservation for a hotel in Jan. I called and cancelled and requested a refund for the $12. They said they were going to credit my card. Ill let you all know if they dont.

RESERVATION REWARDS [protected] CT charge of $12 was posted to my Citi account.

I never had signed for any service or clicked anywhere for the coupons.

I have disputed the charge with Citi.

Most people on the forum are glad to get the money back, but I wonder how come they charged it at the first place.

The Govt. or financial authorities need to take notice of this and take serious action against this company.

I am very unhappy with this same issue. I have been charged monthly and have paid many fees for these unautahorized charges. I will me call to report my claim tomorrow to my bank and such. I have never been informed and never signed for any of these charges.

The charge originated for me from an online GameStop transaction, where it asks if you want a $10 coupon on your next purchase, but also authorizes the Reservation Rewards charge. Call the 800 number and speak to a representative in person to cancel, and they will back credit all amounts.

The same practice has continued for over 4 years from this company. The rewards include roadship assistance.
