Horrible experience
For an unknown reason, they canceled my booking but charged my credit card instantly. As they said they sent me an email and I had to confirm the booking, I didn't do that, so that's why they canceled it. First of all, I haven't received any freaking email from your company and yes, I checked the junk folder, there's nothing from you. Second, if you canceled my booking, then I would like to get my money back, I am not the one to donate, you're not a charity organization. Soooooo would you be so kind to GIVE ME MY HARD-EARNED MONEY BACK?!
Scam!
Used ReSaver and booked a hotel room for one person. They took my money but I did not get any payment confirmation messages. So I tried to contact ReSaver but there was no reply. Then I called the hotel and asked about my reservation and was told that they had no information about me. Few days later I called the hotel again and they said that ReSaver never contacted them. What a scam! Better book directly with the hotel and definitely not this site.
Hotel Reservations
I booked a room on resaver.com, they charged me right away, but when we showed up at the hotel a couple of days later Resaver's charge card that they use to pay for rooms was declined so the hotel would not give us a room. I had to call Resaver.com and was on the phone with them for over 1 hour, and 45 minutes of that hour was being on hold. They also charged us $40 more than what the hotel would have charged. Worst website I have ever used to book a room. Don't ever use them!

They took additional sum for the booking
I went to the website www.resaver.com and made the reservation. I chose everything and provided my card information, but they charged me only 3 days later. I checked the account and found out that they took money as it was mentioned on the website. But later they charged me for additional sum. It was some additional bill, but I haven’t understood for what exactly. Stay as far as possible from these people.
Total scammers :( Admittedly, I should have been more careful. I needed to make a reservation and it appeared to be the hotel's site, but it wasn't. Resaver.com mimics the hotel site so if you aren't really paying attention, you won't notice that you are on their site and not the hotel's site. Anyway, they tacked on about $400 (50%) in extra fees and the small print said that there is a $700 fee for cancellation or changes. I called as soon as I realized what I had done, within 5 minutes, to cancel, and of course they said that the $700 cancellation fee applies and that I had agreed to it. All true. But, freaking ridiculous. There is no real way to even lodge a formal complaint against these unscrupulous people :(
