Republic Services put my community on a pilot program, without my approval, where garbage is picked up once a week instead of twice and is billing me the same amount of money. They say I am saving money because I don't have to pay for the garbage can. I had my own can prior, so no money saved there. Such practices are shameful.

They've been charging me for 2 large Gray containers for the past 3 years. But I only have one large and one small. I brought it to their attention and asked for the difference to be credited, which was denied. So I just removed one container. Definitely shady business.

Repuclic services is robbing your money , my charges went up from 340 dollars to 1250 dollars for 3 times a week service, they will charge non scheduled service even though no body calls them for pick up, they will charge 3 to 4 times a month for overage charges even though dumpster is empty inside very bad company should not trust this people

I have a commercial account the term was 3 years. I was in the process of terminating year early and this company has hit me with ridiculous fees. So much inconsistency in their monthly charges. By far this is the worst company to deal with after using them for over 5 years. I would never go back to this company for any service in the future

there is a second shift employee which has a suspended DUI license with Montgomery and a felony in Delaware County of Pennsylvania, and is actively working at this facility.

Why did you not pick up my garbage today? It was set out last night. I am a new customer. You picked up my garbage last week. Just because waste management's cans are out for them to pickup does not mean you shouldn't do your job. I have gives you money.

None of this I find the online website to contact you very important. Today 02/03/23, I forgot to take my trash outside how can I contact anyone to please pick it up once? My address is 1419 Kerslake Cir, Folsom, CA 95630. It is very full. Thank you.

You have refused to pick up our recycle for the last 2 weeks. I am filing a BBB complaint as well. You refused to pick it up the weeks of 12/19 & 12/26.

On Friday Nov 25 my trash was picked up and my trash can split part way down the side of trash can. called local and received no call back. My trash containers are being destroyed by the way the garbage truck picks them up. Your drivers do not seem to care about other people-s property. Please respond

10/07/2022 and 10/14/2022 -- We are scheduled for re-cycle pick up. Today is 10/15 and re-cycle bin is still sitting in street. Please explain.

Since May 2022 I have been trying to get a trash recepticle picked up and always told it is scheduled for "tomorrow". Also we have a credit that is supposed to be mailed since then also and nothing! My attorney said it is legal for us to charge a storage fee and we just may!

I have to always call these people about missed pickups. I even call to verify they are coming for bulk pickup, they assure me they are, and still do not arrive. They charge the same amount of money even though they do not show up!

Republic took over trash/recycling in Marshall 4 months ago and I've had to call 4 times to get my trash or recycling picked up. Customer service has been no help in resolving the problem. Worst service I've ever experienced

2nd compliant. Emploee2is refusing to place lid on trash barrel. Lid is on when trash is picked up so same service should be given. Last week lid was in the street.

We were paid through October 31 & had a Nov. 3 and Nov. 10 pick up. Instead of pro-rating our 2 pick ups, we were billed for another 3-month period ($46) and charged $22 each to pick up our bins. Instead of providing excellent customer service or letting me speak directly to a supervisor (who did waive the $44 pick-up fee), I was hung up on.

despite numerous complaints these bozos missed 4 continous pickups in May, it got smelly. they made one, and then started missing again. oh, i have an email from them stating the complaints and i will have to wait
..that was 9 weeks ago.

i agree. their drivers are horrible. talking on their cellphone while picking up dumpsters. too lazy to get out and position them or put them back exactly where they belong. this dumb driver that we have here just pushes the dumpster with his truck to get it out of the way so he can move on and do the same thing to the next set of apartments.

when he puts the containers back they're only half-way in where they're supposed to be and they're sticking out in the alley where cars barely have enough room to go by.

THIS WAS TRUCK NUMBER 2457 on July.28 2009 in Loma Linda. CA.

Horrible service. we had Burrtec and Waste Management before. Great companies. dont know why the city switched.
