SUBMIT A COMPLAINT a/k/a / property report / Property report

I purchased an online property report. The name of the owner(s) which wa/were supposed to be included. They could not deliver. I was given the runaround for 3and 1/2 hours. Chatted with four (4) operators. I was promised my report in 30 minutes five (5) times after each 30 minutes expired. In the end I demanded a refund ($1.00). That was done quickly. I received email from Customer Service Specialist and Andy Wright - Customer Service Manager confirming the refund.

I feel that I was scammed. All involved were trying to make me give up.
