It is necessarry to write many such reviews so they go to bankruptcy soon. I support everyone who says that www.replicahause.com is a thief. I ordered breitling watches they stressed that inside was a genuine eta, and I ordered transport via eu to pay no duty. they sent me it directly from hong kong, so I had to pay duty and when I wanted to return the difference in postage, they began to scold me (I am [censored], I can clean only their toillets etc.) and threaten to suck my credit card, which has other guys already happened. the watch soon broke down, and when I went to the watchmaker, he told me that the machine was not an eta, it is bad copy from china. he said me eta has a limited number of customers and no to other [censored] sell it. the worst person is keisha gomez there, who kills inconvenient customers as well.

Replica hause and allswisswatch are the same company and tried to scam me! I didn't trust replicahause, so I canceled the order, twice! my gut told me something was wrong when my bank declined payment and a guy called me to fix it. my bank told me the company was out of the country but the phone number the guy called me from was a pennsylvania number. then I found the watch my fiance wanted on allswisswatch. eu... I had the same exact problem with my bank and the same guy called me! I placed the order cuz I really wanted this watch for him, but my gut still told me not to. so I told my fiance what I was going through and he was like cancel it. so, I nicely responded to yet another email, from a different company but the same guy, n canceled it. do you know I woke up this morning with a response cursing me out! telling me "wtf"! i'm beyond angry! both these sites need to go!

Important information for all. these scammers have changed the site. before www.replicahause.com now www.thereplicahause.com my story. after purchasing and receiving wristwatch I realized that the quality does not match the advertising. I sent an email with the information that the video of this watch, I will send to you tube. after an e-mail I got my answer that my credit card information will be used for porno site. posle that I immediately blocked the card. and it was written in an official email! copies are attached. this can happen with each of you. you can be blackmailed.

Total scam. their watches suck. I had mine break twice over five months. they have the audacity to ask you to pay for shipping every time it breaks, which isn't cheap. so here's what you get. a # watch, that breaks every three months. terrible customer service/overall service. jamie walker is the biggest piece of # ever. Lucky you were able to cancel without further repercussions of getting your money back. I was able to get my money back from my credit card company, but had to fight and deal with stress of the process. Alicia Jenson needs to be banned from youtube/twitter/ and facebook where she tries to promote her garbage products. I'm still in disgust of the company and would not want anyone to make the same mistake as I have with this slime of a person Alicia Jenson.

Hello, I was foolish enough to be taken in by this scam website.. I bought a watch for 550 dollars, looked great on their webpage... After placing my order I decided to check out reviews of the website, I was expecting to see loads of happy customers, to my horror I read all the above stories and realised I'd just been robbed of 550 Dollars. I e-mailed the website five minutes after i sent my order asking them to cancel my purchase. I decided to e-mail them a second e-mail an hour later to confirm twice that I didnt want them to send me their watch.. Still nervous I might be scammed I phoned my Visa Card company and explained my situtation, the visa card company immediately cancelled my visa and siad the transaction had not gone through. I was so relived. Next day I had three e-mails from ReplicaHause saying the visa card wouldnt go through and to send more bank details... I again e-mailed them (third time) saying I did not want to buy the watch, I also told them I had blocked my visa card... An hour later another e-mail from ReplicaHause asking me to confirm I had received my watch by clicking on a link... I ignored the e-mail and I have block all their mails as spam.. and I also have a new visa card on its way too me... Luckily I havent lost any money on this website but Im disgusted with myself for being so foolish... Please Please Please avoid this website ... I've learnt an important lesson, I had a lot of stress but I managed to avoid being ripped off.. Hopefully you will too...

BEWARE OF THIS MERCHANT! They will not sell you what they post on their website. They send you a very cheap replica (doesn't even look like what you see in the website). The size and design of the watch is different from what you see and plan on purchasing on their website. The person that responds to your emails will be Alicia Jenson. A made up name or who knows. They respond to your emails before you make you submit your billing information. After your billing information is given, responses will slow. You will get something in the mail, if anything, but IT WILL NOT BE TO YOUR LIKING. Then they'll start to not respond to your emails for a refund. They'll say send it back for a refund and include tracking. You send it back following their specific instructions. I've checked the delivery on my package returning back to them and it says it's been delivered back to:

Over the years I have purchased 3 watches from RH (2 at 1 time). They aren't overly responsive and snce their product arrives secreted in some other product, I imagine returning one would be problematic with outbound customs.

My Cartier Santos looks like the real item but it has lost some of the phoney screw heads in the bracelet plus the 'crystal' has scratched. However, for $200 I got 3 fine years out of the product. This may or may not be good value for you but it was for me.

The other 2 watches are not often used but both look and run just fine.

I have purchased two fake Rolex watches from ReplicaHause and I am totally happy with the company. I did have a problem with one watch that was not working properly and after sending an email I received the attention I deserved. Both watches look exactly like the real ones. I have put my fake Rolex next to a real one and you absolutely could not tell the difference between the two. ReplicaHause still has my second Rolex to be fixed or replaced and Alicia Jensen has been most accommodating. I look forward to purchasing more watches from them in the future and I have complete faith in the company.

Agree, i tried to order some last year and gave them me credit card details, then later my card got scammed, although last week gave them another try as couldnt be totally sure it was them. Paid for watch 10 days ago, got given tracking number that still dosent show up, ~(when another comany i use uses ems and shows up after 2-3 days. have emailed twice and still no reply. Doubt i'll see the watch and if it does ever show up - after reading numerous horror stories-imagine its going to be bad quality!. Ive cancelled the card i paid with to be on the safe side and will be claiming back the money through mastercard. They cant threaten me (like the comment iread about them selling on your details-which its obious they do) as ive shut the card down and changed all my information. stay away as tempting as there pics on the site look think its best to only buy replicas if you can see them in your hand. These people are thieves and know exactly what they are doing. Try to return a faux rolex and it will be sitting in customs. There is absolutely no custom service after they get your money. The emails you will receive are both mean and insulting. Take your money and buy a timex. I consider myself an intelligent woman and can not believe that I allowed myself to be taken in. First and most important I gave my husband a broken watch for a birthday present. I vowed to do whatever I can to warn other consumers to stay away from replica hause.

I would like to disagree with the above posts, i have been ordering from replicahause for the past 5 yrs,
their service is great, ii have been very impressed with all my watches which was for my self and my partner, each one still works, and yes i will be odering again soon, each watch has come within 7 days and i have sucessfully tracked each one, with no problems.i had one order were i had to pay a customs charge for about 60 pound, although i let replica house know about this, i am well happy, i understand there is stiff competiton out there and yes it is hard with the credit crunch etc, i do believe when you are sucessful you will get other companies trying to shut you down, due to fear of losing business. i will continue to KEEP USING REPLICA-HAUSE as cheap comments will not stop me from using them, or others to say the lease, like wise.
