On December 26, 2008 I placed an order with replicaexpert.us for a replica submariner watch. I received an email from them stating a 'security issue' demanding a photocopy of my ID and both sides of the credit card I used to order the product. Since according to my bank, they had already been paid, I refused to submit this information. I have not heard back from them since.
I have opened two customer service tickets and updated them regularly to clearly show a lack of response on their part. The telephone number shown does not function, even during the hours published in their web site (8:00am to 4:00pm GMT). I have emailed the customer support email address with no response.
Despite their claim that they are a fair and equitable organization throughout the website, I have found them to be very negligent in fulfilling their commercial obligations as well as their customer service obligations as described on their site.
In summary, this company is entirely fraudulent in all its claims to providing a quality product and customer service.
