Replacement Lamp / No goods
Ordered lamp Oct. 28th and never received the item.
Had not received my Amex statement yet so I went ahead ordered another one figuring there was a mixup.
That day I received my statement and was in fact charged nearly $400 for something that I never received.
THey will not respond to emails and customer service NEVER picks up!
I am cancelling my second and first order, disputing the charges with my CC companies and filing a complaint with the BBB and the Goergia Attorney General Office.
