Called Rep for Vets to inquire about their services in representing Veterans with disability claims denied by the VA. I was told a representative would contact me about information regarding my case. They never contacted me as I was told. I found other attorneys willing to look at my case. Not asking for a win just a review of my case for its merits. If this law firm cannot even call or write me as they said they would what kind of effort and commitment will they provide for you when it counts. Find another law firm if you really want a fair assessment of your case.

I agree with everything I have read here. Rep for Vets has not helped me one bit. They call every few months with the same spiel "Hello, we wanted to call with an update. Let me see here...is your phone number still the same? Have you gone to the dr to have them complete the form we sent you about your condition?..." I literally tell them the same thing every time that the drs can't figure out what is wrong with me. That's the reason I'm pursuing this in the first place. No one can give what I am suffering with a name, but my symptoms match Gulf War Syndrome. I can't believe how much time I have wasted with this company.

I have first hand experience with these LEECHES. Called numerous times, and no call back. They expect you to pull out money you don't have for a Doctors Report . Paid out $300.00 and got nothing, but let us send you to another Doctor for a $800.00 to $1000.00 who has this I don't. Complete SCAM ARTISTS. Now Finally after going through Rep for Vets, Boseley & Bratch, I have Sara Hill from Hill & Ponton. I highly recommend them First Class.Rep for Vets was on my case for maybe 2 to 2 1/2 years and did nothing but to this day they still want there 20 per cent. Fellow Brothers and Sisters do not use them.

With regards to the rep for vets they are nothing but a scam just finished with those fools told them to return all my records which I obtained based on their instructions they require an open and shut case provided by you before they will show any interest and based on my experience with them I highly doubt their ( help ) their words would be of any value Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time All their interested in is their 20% for doing little or better still nothing. Beware the rep for vets

I need this form to relax this hardship of paying 1000 dollars a month! It is killing me please help, I have called St. Louis many times, everytime something different! Can anybody help me! Call at [protected]! I wish I did not have to go this way but I am struggling to live and it is not makeing life easier for me at this age! URGENT! My husbands name is Thomas L Smith [protected]! He was in the Air Force!

We have been dealing with Rep for Vets for over a year now.
We submitted all the paperwork (medical records) we could get but were still told to get a RECENT exam for the claim. The VA will not do a new exam (the last one was 18 months ago at the VA) but in about 4 yrs. a recent exam can be done. So Rep for Vets tells us to go to an independent doctor for the exam. We called around only to find out that the exam would cost between $700 - 1000 (who has that kind of money these days?). Also Rep for Vets told us that after their initial review the disability rating should be at least 40% (currently 0%).
Very much to our surprise we got a letter from Rep for Vets informing us that based on their review they are unable to help us with the claim.
Their fee is 20% of what is awarded. In our case it would be in excess of $150, 000 going back 20 years since retirement.
Bottom line - REP FOR VETS WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR CASE IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE OF GETTING AT LEAST &)% OR MORE! which means more money for them!

Don't even bother with these people!
