Rental Cars Refused to refund my money

I wont suggest anyone of associate with this company its it run by con artist you would rather go to the actually company yourself than going through these third parties also they the costumer service is horrific, you will be talking to them and they hang up on you. My story: i book a car (Fiat 500) for five days, i pay for it. So the next day i go to collect the car with my receipt and proof of address, driving license and identification. They lady every thing is okay but they only thing which is wrong is that you haven't had you driving license for long time it has to be at least 1 or 2 years so you cant take the car. But it doesn't that receipt the term and conditions are it doesn't. So i call the costumer service line and they kept on ending the call on me and then i said can i have a refund and they refused to give me a refund because that they already took some money and sent the the rest to sponsoring companies when i didn't take the car they didn't have any remorse and they didn't care at all. Hope you have read this and i hope you keep in mind that you should associate with company it will the best for you to stay from these con artist! Cause i paid money for nothing and i don't want the same happening to you

Rental Cars taking $922.00 from my Mastercard without making reservation and not acknowledging their mistake.

Dear SirMadam

I filled out a booking form with Holiday Cars giving my mastercard details but did not finish the form e.g.submit as the details were wrong dated 13th Jan 2010. On the 17th of Jan 2010 I again filled out a form with mastercard details and the web page collapsed. Several days later on the 21st of Jan I tried again and was successful. I did not recieve an invoice or confirmation of previous bookings ie; 13 and 17th of January and that is why I booked a third time. I e-mailed Holiday Cars after the 17th Jan booking to see if they had received my booking and replied they had not. I checked my Mastercard and discovered that they had taken the money out for the 13th and 17th Jan but not registered the booking. I was given a confirmation e-mail for the 21st Jan. Have e-mailed them and given details - their reply was that an Australian company was to be sought for refund. This is between an European - Netherlands company as my bank details give their phone number and was charged an international transaction fee. I have e-mailed them again reiterating the details. Have not had a reply yet - sent 28th Jan.

Your attention to this issue would be much appreciated.

I made a car hiring by mistake at the website and tried to cancel it at the same day - just a few minutes later I made it.

They want to charge me for that and DONT ACCEPT at all my cancellation. The funny part is that the company who really provide the car already cancelled it for me for FREE - but the RENTAL CARS dont want to do it.
