Rent-A-Home LLC/Lorie's, Buffuco, Sentry Management / Bullying & Harassment in home! Repeated Grievances/Violations against us & property trespassing
Good Morning/Afternoon, To whom the following may concern; If this does not pertain to your office, please advise and forward to the correct party/parties:This concerns my residence in Orange County and a neighboring owner Ana & Pelayo Lorie/Rent-A-Home LLC/Sussex Place-Sophie Blvd, who has repeatedly chosen to trespass on & within my property limits, with total & complete disregard to all public records including but not limited to, our legal title, deed, homeowners association policies, surveys, Orange County public (property) records and past citations from Orange County Building Departments Code Enforcement Division, for making alterations with regards to the same property we own! They are bullies and a nuisance to just about everyone who lives next or near to one of rental investment properties!!!
These individuals continue to disregard and ignore the laws and policies of the aforementioned; furthermore they cease to respect us as private citizens or the property we own and pay taxes for. It appears, as if, Orange County building department code enforcement division, has given up on what they once sought to enforce and previously cited numerous violations of corrected actions and now have thus since failed to maintain and uphold the same standards they once enforced, which has also been documented.
We cannot understand why, since they had previously done and completed the review of all County records, in addition to in person meetings, letters, calls and visits to the site--why, they either choose to further ignore and refrain from continuing to defend our rights and that of our property by not enforcing and taking the same measures to support and instill those same principles of laws that govern such property rights their duties are to enforce!...So, if not them, then who do we petition to take the reins of restoring order, with regard to the public and private citizens property that is still within their jurisdiction to enforce policy and violation?
We need your help! Please, please, help us, we believe it is within your reach, power and ability to verify, review and make contacts on our behalf--all that we have disclosed to you, in order to research and assist us with correcting and making right these matters. Please hear and assist us in our plea for peace and the right to live in such peace, free from perpetrators whose purpose solely is to break the law, violate our rights, trespass, disregard policies that are no longer being maintained or upheld and penalties or repercussions for such actions, are lacking any consequences, thus further enabling and encouraging such behavior to continue and persist!
I believe we have the right as law abiding citizens, taxpayers, property owners in the state of Florida and of Orange County, to pursue such rights as stated in the Constitution of The United States of America...Constitution of the United States > Amendment XIV: Privileges or immunities, due process, elections and debt.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. (We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal...to attain such inalienable rights as to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!!!) "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
This is not all they've done, just the tip...We also have damages to our home from a leak next door. We share a wall and the water came through and flooded our townhouse. We have proof and paid a leek detection company, who confirmed the source was from their unit. We were able to get access by/through the tenants that lived next door to us at the time. We had to file a claim against our own homeowners insurance company, pay a $1000 deductable, when we ran out of money to pay for repairs and treating our home for the water damage, property damage and loss of personal affects. They have since made repairs to only their side and have re-rented out that unit again to new tenants, but only after code enforcement made them move the previous tenants for their own health and safety, because the conditions and smells from the mold and water damage originating from their end was a major health and safety violation, which has all been documented. Our property still has repairs to be made and they have ignored our sending repeated request for them to cooperate and take responsility for their damages to our property. All they do is continue to antagonize us and created other expenses by further damaging and deliberately defacing other areas of our private property.
They own and rent out many units for investment income and are well known, but not in a very popular or positive way, among the other residences around this subdivision area!WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE NOW MORE THAN EVER---PLEASE HELP US PLEASE! I think a case against them would be an easy win and no brainer, with many who gladly share similar stories like these and others!!!
