Renault new car faulty

I recently purchased a new Renault Megane gt line edc 2018 model on the 8 March 2018
I took it home over that weekend and noticed it was vibrating at low speed. i called the sales person who sold me the car and he advise they will have a look at it when i came to get the number plate and apply rain application coat on the front window. I dropped off the vehicle at the dealership and when i came back to collect, they advise all was well. The following day going to a customer meeting the issue was still there. i re called the sales person to find out what was done on the vehicle. he advise that i should book it in for service (new car) and so i did. they could nt find the issue and so i asked what the way forward. i had traded in my previous car and i needed a car as my occupation requires me to do face to face customer meeting. after finally getting a curtsy car from them, they advise they unable to fix the vehicle. they could explain to me why are they fixing a new car. i bought a new vehicle from them and i reported it to them on time, why are you fixing it. they ended up sending it to mayfair who is a 3rd party that fixes gearboxes. unfortunately the company has a bad reputation of fixing one thing and breaking other thing. Even they could nt fix it.
Im very disappoint in how this issue is being handled by the dealer principal who i have not yet met and i have been to the dealership a couple of time to get an answer face to face or a way forway.

Renault payment for repair

I would like to make complain, as I was extrymly bad treated during my brake down on abroad by Renault Ireland.I had brakedown on 21/03/2018 in Germany. I was driving to Poland on the motorway, I missed my rear left hand wheel. Fortunately, I did not suffer. The recovery took me to the Renault service in Germany . After the review of the car, the repair costs 2, 388, 54 euro. I contacted Renault from Ireland :Linders Renault Sandyford and Renault Chapelizod and someone was supposed to call back but nobody contacted me. I had to cover the cost of repair, where the car has been for 22 months(I bought the car on 30April 2016 and the warranty for no limit km is for 2 years). Is it normal that in the new car the wheels are falling off? Because, according to me, this is not normal.I has been left on my own in other country without any help from Renault Ireland.The way how they aven spoke with me was unacceptable.People from Reenault Ireand were sending my case to UK and back to dealer ship in Dublin where I purchased van. At the end the case was still not explained. Now the gearbox breaks down.Where is the warranty on this car. Two years have not passed yet..Nobody answers.Taking care of the customer is very bad from Renault. I do not know maybe I have to go to the media and say what cars Renault produces and how he cares about the customer and then someone will take care of this matter.Im looking forward to here from you and help me solve my problem. Renault service and parts that the replaced to my car is not good.

Greetings,

I'm complaining about the service i always received from Renault & Kia in Silver Lakes Pretoria, i take my car there sometimes last year for left joint to be replaced and i even replaced steering rack on the Guys In Renault, my steering rack was liking and talk to the manager he said to me the use accurate Tools to fixed the cars, forgetting that i'm the customer complaining and last week i take my car there also for service and the do Basic service to my car but the didn't replaced the oil filter i don't know what kind service is that. Please Help me on this Matter to be solved.

Renault spare parts delay (headlight & fog controller)

Dears Renault

Kindly seeking your urgent support to resolve my problem which is the delay of a critical spare part (headlight & Fog Controller ) which is A manufacturing error in Logan 2016, The spare part is pending since End of February 2018 for that reasons i made 2 complaints in Renault Egypt they told me we will call you back within 72 Hours but nothing happened then they told me that the spare part reached to the Renault service center in Aswan but they told we can not to install the spare part till we get the approval from France .

Noting that My Logan 2016 in the Guarantee period (30K kilometers only )
Really i regret that i have chosen Renault and i will sell my Car ASAP due to the failure of After sale Service

Renault duster

My car problem still not resolved yet since last 2 years I am taking follow
with you and your authorized service center. I have given my car to service
30 times in 48 months only for repeated issues and now I am not getting any
response from your side. Now, I am requesting to you give Rs 2 lakh as
compensation amount as unable to use my car for long drive, no trust on car, unable to drive in nights, females are not safe in car in night drive,
passengers are not safe as petrol smell is also coming.

Below issues are still need to resolve, all below are pending since last 2
years.

1. Jerking issue, comes any time and gone after engine switch off,
reoccur again any time. I have given evidence so many times to you.

2. Gear shifting is hard.

3. Engine stopped suddenly, any time

4. Fuel meter is incorrect, running 5km only in reserve. In Reserve
4-5 liters fuel available and running only 5km, either fuel meter is not
correct or car giving mileage below 2-3 KM.

5. Some Time RPM fixed on 2. Without pressing race and clutch.

6. No AC cooling in car, as service center also replaced the AC
related parts.

7. Gas in fuel tank due to this unable to fill petrol in fuel tank. Fuel nozzle
cut automatically.

Renault I am complaining about a recurring engine cutting fault

I own a renault Kwid which I purchased in mid 2017. Two months into using the vehicle, it developed a fault of going off and flashing between the N/D symbols while in motion. I have take the vehicle to the dealer over 6 times now and they have failed to identify the problem. I need your help as the problem is now making the vehicle dangerous to drive on busy roads and I always have to travel over 1000km to my nearest dealer F-one Hazida limited in lusaka, Zambia. The guys at the workshop have failed to fix the vehicle and have also refused to swap the car with a new one. What can I do?

Dears,

I have Renault car 2016 model "Sandero Stepway" and this is the second time in two years for the battery to go flat, now i am suppose to be in the warrenty till Jan. 2019 however Renault Egypt refused to change the battery and said that i have to buy it for an EGP 2500.

i urge you to reconsider this as this should be replaced within the warrenty period

Renault complaint

I bought a brand new Renault Kwid and not satisfied at all with the product or the service I am receiving at this stage. On 16000km after the first service the front brakes and discs was metal on metal. I had to pay almost R900. The roofrack came loose and they fixed it by putting double sided tape. The rubber on the door perished, the central locking was not functioning, now on 39000km I had to replace the front brakes again. I waited forever for parts. They don't give courtesy cars. They took of the roof rack not doing it neatly, when they replaced the central locking the window was loose and rattling. I tried to contact Renault SA, but nobody gets back to you or try to assist you in any way.

واتشرف بعرض الاتي:
في غضون شهر ديسمبر 2017 قمت بالتفاوض على شراء السيارة المنوه عنها عالية من مالكها السابق والذي قدم لي أوراق السيارة مدعومة بفحص دائم صادرعن المشكو في حقهما وحتى شهر سبتمبر 2017 - أي لأخر لحظة - وقد قمت بشراء السيارة وبعد الاطمئنان لصحة الأوراق ولحالة السيارة الظاهرية والميكانيكية ووفقا للفحص الدائم بالتوكيل ومركز الخدمة المعتمد.
وعليه وثقت السيارة واستلمتها بتاريخ 18-12-2017ولرغبتنا في الاستمرار بصيانة السيارة بالمركز المشكو في حقه الثاني، توجهنا للفرع الجديد بمنطقتنا مدينة السادس من أكتوبر بذات اليوم لمعرفة الموقع والاستمرار في الصيانة من خلالهم كمركز معتمد لدي شركة رينو.
وقد حدث مالا يتوقع وهو الاتي:
- عند توجهنا الي الاستقبال بالمركز تقابلنا مع مسئول الاستقبال ويدعي هاني والذي افاد بان السيارة لها ملف فعلا بفرع الرحاب وقرر بان المركز لم يفتح رسميا بعد وبانه سيقوم بفحص السيارة وسوف يفتح لها ملف فرعي بأكتوبر مقابل رسم كشف رمزي 138 جنية لتسجيل السيارة.
- وقد جلسنا بالاستراحة قرابة الساعة حيث افادونا بأنهم قاموا بفحص السيارة كاملا وفوجئنا بالمسؤول يحضر الينا متجهما.
- وعند سؤاله ما بك أجاب وبالحرف الواحد السيارة حتولع! لو مشيت بيها فبادرته عن السبب فأجابني بان فيشة الطرمبة سايحة وانه منتهي الخطورة لو تحركت بها، فضلا عن ان علبة الدريكسيون ممكن تقفش! في أي لحظة وتتسبب في كارثة اخري كما ان السيارة بها مجموعة اعطال اقل خطورة عن الطرمبة وعلبة الدريكسيون ونصح بإصلاحهما فورا. وقدم لنا كشف اصلاح بقيمة 38, 600 جنية بقطع اصلية وكشف اخر بقيمة 16, 500 جنية لقطع غير اصلية يحضرها صاحب المركز خالد الزين بمعرفته.!
- وبرر مسؤول فرنش موتورز استخدامهم للقطع المقلدة في اعمال الصيانة لكونها تقل في التكلفة كثيرا عن مثيلاتها الاصلية وتحقق وفرا للعميل!
- عندها بدأت ارتاب في الامر كيف لمركز معتمد ان يعتمد هذا النهج في التعامل من تخويف وتهويل وكذب بل واختلاق اعطال بل والأدهى يستخدم قطع غير اصلية داخل المركز المعتمد؟!
- وأثر ذلك طلبت منه تقرير رسمي استلمته وبه، يقر صراحة بالأوراق الصادرة عنه والممهورة بتوقيعه والمختومة بخاتمه استخدامه لقطع مقلدة غير اصلية وهو ما لايجوز اتيانه بالمراكز المعتمدة الرسمية وان التعاقد بين الشركتين -المشكو في حقهما - يحظر استخدام قطع غيار غير أصلية وابلغته بأنني سأحضر أليه في اليوم التالي .
- لكنني قررت التوجه الي المشكو في حقه الأول لعمل تقرير اخر بحالة السيارة وحتى يتسنى لي الوقوف على حقيقة ما يحدث، وقد قدم لي التوكيل تقريرا باليوم التالي مباشرة بعد تقاضي 1000 جنية يفيد بان السيارة بحاجة الي إصلاحات تبلغ قيمتها 52, 451 جنية.
- وبمطالعة ومقارنة التقريرين هالني ما رأيته حيث توجد اختلافات لا يجب ولا يجوز بتاتا ان تتواجد فيهما لكونهما صادرين عن نظام موحد والثاني تابع للأول فضلا عن تبعيتهما كلاهما لشركة رينو الفرنسية.
- ومما لاحظناه في التقرير الوارد من المشكو في حقه الأول مقارنة مع الثاني ما هواتي: -
1- طلب الأول تغيير الكولر وبقيمته 2, 230 جنيه لان الكولر غيراصلي في حين ان الثاني قد قام بتغييره سلفا من فترة وجيزة في 5-9-2017 وبمبلغ 2, 759 جنية - بقيمة اعلي من السعر للأصلي- رغم انه مقلد كما افاد الأول وطالب بتغييره.
2- وضع الاثنان سعر مختلف لعلبة الدريكسيون الاصلية فالأول قرر ان السعر 11, 485 جنية والثاني 13, 100 جنية والذي يدهشك إضافة لاختلاف الأسعار ان الثاني وضع سعرا أعلي من الأول!
3- الثاني قرر ضرورة تغيير قاعدة الفتيس والأول لم يأتي على ذكرها.
4- الثاني قرر ضرورة تغيير شداد الموتور والأول لم يأتي أيضا على ذكره.
5- طرمبة البنزين والتي قرر الثاني بانها سوف تتسبب في احتراق-حتولع- السيارة وطلب سرعة تغييرها لم يتطرق اليها نهائيا الأول ولم يذكرها بتاتا!
6- الثاني قرر ضرورة تغيير جوان الكرتيرة والأول لم يذكرها نهائيا.
7- الثاني قرر لزوم تغيير طقم جوان مانفولد والأول لم يتطرق اليها كذلك.
في حين ان الأول قد افاد بان جلب الدفرنسيل بحاجة الي تغيير ولكن اغفلها الثاني.
هذا ما لاحظناه بين التقريرين وهما من مشكاة واحدة وتابعيين لشركة رينو الفرنسية وللأول اشراف كامل علي الثاني والمفترض ان يكونا على نسق واحد.
فهل يقبل ان يصدر هذا العوار الذي يملأ التقريرين ويسيء بل ويضر بنا ويكبدنا مبالغ كبيرة بغير حق ويقلل من استثمارنا في السيارة وقد لاحظنا ان الامر ليس بقاصر على ولكن للعديد والكثير من المتعاملين مع السيارة.
فضلا عن ان المشكو في حقهما الأول والثاني قد خالفا قواعد المهنية في اصدار التقارير بمغايرة كل منهما للأخر مغايرة صادمة رغم وحدة النظام واتحاده في كل منهما وتبعية الثاني للأول وتبعية الاثنين معا لشركة رينو الفرنسية.

وحقيقا فان السيارة يسئ لها الوكيل والمراكز التابعة له والذين لا يبالون بسمعة السيارة او مقتنوها. ومن يدعمها فقط هم أعضاء المنتديات على الفيس بوك ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وهم أسباب استمرارها ولكم التحقق من ذلك.

لذلك
نلتمس منكم..
- نرفع الامر اليكم لاتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية والادارية والتدابير الازمة ضد المشكو في حقهما الأول والثاني لقيامها على خداعنا بتقارير متباينة وباستعمال قطع غيار غير اصلية مستغلين ثقتنا في كونهما توكيل رسمي ومركز معتمد للسيارة رينو وبمشاركة من الأول بالقصور في الاشراف والمتابعة والاشتراك في المسئولية.
وإننا لنتساءل حال ما وقعنا فريسة لتاجر عديم الضمير بغش في قطعة غيار او سلعة أو خدمة غير مطابقة للمواصفات الا يتم استدعاء الشركة صاحبة التوكيل لبيان قطع الغيار الأصلية من المغشوشة والمقلدة وتقييم الخدمة، فكيف الان وهي من تخالف الأصول المرعية والقواعد المهنية وتقدم لنا قطعا مقلدة وتحت مظلتها بالمركز التابع لها!
وأيضا أي التقريرين نعتمد وبأيهما نثق ولأياهما نتوجه لإصلاح سيارتنا؟

ولكم في سبيل ذلك تحقيق شكوانا بالوسائل التي ترونها مناسبة خاصة وان ما بدر من المشكو في حقهما وفق المستندات والمقارنات المقدمة منا واختلاف الأسعار بينهما واستخدام قطع مقلدة يضعهما تحت طائلة القانون فضلا عما لنا من حق في اقتضاء التعويض العادل عن الاضرار التي لحقت بنا معنويا وماديا من جراء مخالفات الأول والثاني امام القضاء.

Renault right hand side door panel/handle broken after 40 000 km use

The right hand side door handle on my megane rs 265 mk3 cracked at the section where the 2 screws fasten on to the door panel.Renault warranty department in south africa have informed me that the plastic inside door handle is not covered under the 4- 5 year warranty policy. The cost to replace this panel is almost r 11 000.00. This cost is exorbitant, i also do not understand why there is a 5 yr warranty on the vehicle that does not include the item? this is my 3rd megane rs, of which the other 2 vehicles had more than 80 000 km each with out having this problem.

Renault unprofessional behaviour by australian (peter warren) service department

My delightful Renault Koleos was booked in for a service approx. 5 weeks ago. Each and every time either myself, or my younger daughter communicate with Donal (not sure of the spelling of his name) in the service department, we experience rudeness and the blame game.
This morning when driving the car for a warranty replacement of the gear shift mount, the injection system light came on. Donal was "thoughtful" enough to blame my daughter for kicking the wire and causing this to occur. As far as I am concerned, this is not a logical response, and in fact, quite the blame game.
Logically, this issue should have been noted when the car was in for a service. It was apparently resolved this morning, however, as I transitioned from a 60km/hour road to a 100km/hour road, the light came on again. This is concerning. Apparently Donal "forgot" to mention that a spare part needed to be ordered and it was going to occur again. How do I know this isn't a safety issue? How do I know whether this is going to cause damage to my car or not?
This person is rude, happy to blame us for things and does not communicate.
The safety and wellbeing of my car is important to me. The safety of myself and whomever travels in it are paramount to me too.

Renault renault duster diesel 2x4 2017 model

Good day
I purchased a brand new Renault Duster Last year September and have up until now been exceptionally happy with the vehicle. I recently moved to Nelspruit, South Africa this year. Within the first month of my arrival in January 2018 the front door lock was tampered with and removed so that entry was gained into my vehicle and bags were stolen. After opening up a case and fixing the lock at my own expense the same thing happened again at the beginning of April 2018. This was at a different location and no items were visible in the vehicle at the time. Once again the lock of the front door was easily removed and left hanging out of the door in a short period of time and access was gained into my vehicle. Within two days before I even had a chance to replace the lock, the front passenger seat lock was also tampered with and access was gained into the vehicle and the lock from the front seat which was sitting in the car awaiting repair was stolen.
Furiously I once again went to a Renault approved panel-beaters and on discussion with the company they said this was a common problem with the Renault and Nissan vehicles and they were fixing up to 2-3 vehicles a week with lock tampering.

I am sure others have complained about this before so am just wondering what action will be taken to resolve this issue. I don't understand why the new 2017 models are still being made with the manual lock being placed directly in the door or why a manual lock is even needed in the latest models. I have been very happy with the car otherwise but will not be recommending this vehicle to any prospective buyers until this security flaw is dealt with. I was also surprised to find that the vehicle is not fitted with an alarm which seems should be standard especially as the car's security is sub-par. This has been a very costly incident for me and I would appreciate a response from Renault as to how they plan to rectify this situation and prevent further incidents from happening as you will be loosing a lot of customers if this is not dealt with, especially in South Africa where vehicle theft is so high.

Renault unprofessional customer care and maintenance

On 24th of March I have taken my car Renault Fluence 2016 Champagne to the maintenance shop Katamya, Cairo, Egypt as I was driving back on a highway with my family and I heard this weird sound like the car motor has something wrong with it and then the car started to startle and the speed doesn't go above 70 Km, they said they will check it and let me know, then they said there is a sound wit the gear box and they cant do anything about it and they have to send it to Obour branch (EIM) and I have to be there next day morning so they can start working on fixing the problem, I went there and I have met a gentleman who told me that why did I show up? I said the Eng. Ahmed El Sayed insisted that I have to submit the cay myself although they have sent it from their branch! and he told me exactly "no need at all we have started working on it and we will change the gear box and most probably you will take you car tomorrow"

Till date 8th of April, we call the Call Centre on daily basis and we managed to get the Maintenance Eng. number, and as usual its off and all we can get is that the issue that we didn't get the approval from France! last time was last Thursday and they said to call them today, we were trying to reach anyone without no answer and then the Call Centre picked up and they said they have no idea about the car status, its not their job, and today is half working day, so everyone left, and by the way its spring break and holidays and I CANT TAKE MY FAMILY FOR A SMALL TRIP even!

I really need to know when I will receive my car and honestly I will never recommend Renault cars again anyone again it has been an agony dealing with your dealers and maintenance!

One year old car 15000 km run
Issue during this period
-smoke inside
-noise in the clutch / changed
-vibration in door audio system
-vibration in flap opening
-bord computer lag and delay repeated start stop
-noise in driver chair
-aft trunk door touch protection bar
-after rain water inside car.
Mostly of this repaired but top many in one year and not finish yet.Repair something apear other problem
Advice how can return the car or change with new one.

Renault problem with renault dealer in iran

I purchased a Renault Talisman E3 car from Renault official Dealer in Iran (Negin Khodro). I paid the full price of the car four weeks ago and they were supposed to deliver the car to me 10 days after the payment date. Despite several follows-ups on the phones, I have not received any rational response as why my car has not been delivered and the cause of the delay. Each time they use some excuses to justify the delay and it seems that their official dealer in Iran (Negin Khodro) does not want to accept any responsibility for this unjustifiable delay. They last reason I was told was the loss of both car keys in an accident which is really hard to believe.
With this email, I would like Renault Group to follow up my case with their official dealer in Iran and help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am very disappointed with their dealer's customer support as they do not provide any clear responses in their communication. With this experience, I would not consider buying any Renault cars anymore.

Renault renault master 2016

This nightmare re this van has been ongoing for nearly a year. I found out after buying the van that it had been damaged even though I asked the Franchise Manager and the Salesman that very question. I have gathered loads of evidence which I have sent to the finance company the dealership and even Renault UK but they all stick very close together and wont help. I found out one of the windows had been replaced and I want to find out where this donor window originated and where and when it was fitted ive found several bits of glass in the cab. I would like any help regarding this window I have evidence of the many other faults but not this window. Ive had a heart attack and certainly dont want another but this stress is not helping.

Renault warranty issue

Renault Duster (India)
Since I have bought this car I have been facing lot of issues with this car. Initially the Gear shift from 1st to second gear had been the issue, the same was resolved after much followup and efforts from my end. This problem prevailed for 1.5 years and finally the Gear box had to be replaced. They last year end that Alternator went out of order that Car stopped functioning in middle of no where that had to be towed. The Renault service at Ajay Kataria - Gurgaon had to replace the Alternator. They reported that Radiator Fan mounting is damaged and needs to be replaced.

My observation says that Radiator fan is placed in such a way that only if Car meets with an head on collision that Fan and assembly could get damaged, which had never been the case. The other option is if someone does a repair work in the Engine that can cause this kind of damage in the car engine. The 3rd option could be if I damage the mounting with some heavy tool, which I believe I would never do the same. Now You are the best judge to understand who could be the culprit.

Considering all above I am of the opinion that Renault service at Ajay Kataria - Gurgaon has caused this damage to my car and I NEED THEM TO TAKE THE OWNERSHIP AND MAKE A FREE REPLACEMENT. Since I always get the car serviced at authorised centers (since have valid warranty) and never get the car checked from outside.

On 25th Feb 2018, I took this car for routine servicing to Go -Auto Service - Okhla (India) and also reported issue with the Air-conditioner as the same is not performing upto mark. Post inspection they reported that RELAY is out of order (there are marks of melting) and also reiterated issue with Fan mounting being slightly damaged. To same I narrated the above issue and was asked to report to yourself.

Further I believe that Relay's function is disturbed post the above Alternator issue and as advised that RELAY NEEDS REPLACEMENT. THUS REQUEST THE SAME BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. Kindly approve the same and confirm as am REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THE KIND SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE OF RENAULT PRODUCT AND WISH TO REPORT FURTHER AS NEED BE.

Now I request for your immediate action for getting replaced the Relay and Radiator Fan mounting under the Warranty Cover at the earliest.

I would wait for your positive response at the earliest.

Renault customer service

The service I received was the worst ever. I am so disappointed as I kept going back to this dealership, only to find out that they didn't check my credit score with all the banks and they only put my application through for Wesbank which is the bank they work with. Now I am paying an interest rate of 17.9%. I know my bank wouldn't have charged me that. Also my installment is ridiculous. I wanted a gold car and the sales consultant (Simphiwe) put through the wrong paperwork. The manager (Trevor) and Financial assistant (Alicia) told me I must take the grey Captur and did not even offer to get the car in the color I want. I had to beg Simphiwe for my license plates and he only gave it to me long after my permit expired. Today is 16 March 2018, I received the car on 11 January 2018 and I still don't have carpets in my car. I can understand if the manufacturer doesn't have but the sales consultant can't even communicate that with me. Now that the sale is gone through Renault doesn't care about me as a customer. While I was waiting for the license plates to arrive Simphiwe sent me the guys number for the license plates and I told him I refuse to do his job for him. Now he hasn't called to let me know about the carpets in the car. And I'm still irritated that Renault wants to do vehicle finance for you but they don't check with all the banks. I am paying R2000 more just because Renault wanted the deal to go through Wesbank. I have been given no proof that they applied to other Banks for vehicle finance yet Alicia from Renault the Glen told me that Wesbank is the only bank that was willing to finance me.

Renault car manufacturing problem

My car is Step way AT care 2016 with car chassis No. [protected]-Motor No. 9421
I'm complain Renault Egypt's agent of the bad service as a results of low experience and their trying to earn more money for wrong issues, what had been happened with me that they asked me with every 10, 000 km. maintenance to change the front Brake which is not correct 100% and with the last maintenance (50, 000 km.) they asked me that i have to change both of the front break along with the front break disk
its impossible to change the front break disk after only 50, 000 mt.
in my openion that there are one of the three options:
1- they didn't change the front break at all while i paid its amount
2- they were already replaced the front break in bad quality.
3- there are technical problem in mechanical break group

one of the above three reasons leads to damage the fron break disk as shown in the attached pictires.
specially that my car was have a lot of manufacturing problems as you can see in my car report history.
one of the manufacturing problem was very danger since my car was stopped sunddnly several times in the high-way, with this problem only i can ask Renault for very big Compensation becuase it may lead to die all my family.
this had been happened while my car age wasn't complete one year
also there was a problem in the seft flaser hand and Renault Egaypt changed it twice
my request now and due all the above problems to change my car with new car and i think that after all the above hug problems it's of may right to aske about Compensation.
i need quick response since both of me and my family life are in danger
my second request is to change and repair both of the front Break and front Break disk into your account additional to repair all the break group parts in order to all it work correctly
i hope to hear from your side as early as possible avoiding causing serious problem to one of all my family, i need quick action.

Renault car accessories and parts not provided also facilities which were charged in advance not given even after 40 days and several reminders

Its Been 1 Month Now since I Bought my Reult kwid car and Even 1st Servicing Done But Regret buying Renault Car as There are still things not given inspite of paying for them in Advance
ideally was suppose to get on Delivery but even After 1 month and 1st service not yet Got them.

Last Request or Else Will leave it Unresolved as Expected From Renault
But then Will post These compaints on Other Social Portal So that Other New Clients plaining to Buy Renault Can be Saved From this Fraud

its been 6 days attended more than 25 calls from gurgaon vashi jogeshwari and god knows from where I get calls... But solution is not yet provided... vice president of renault jogeshwari sales called me 8 times but still my fastag and sillplate issue is unresolved... some one came to my house When I was not available now they sending people whom I have compalined about who created issues for me Madhuri and asif... Issue is Still unresolved... I was waiting today at home for 3 hrs people came with half resolution and that too madhuri and asif whom I have requested not to send... so ideally renault started playing games now... Dont expect anything from you now... Problem is unresolved...

Your service is pathetic and zero expectation from you... At least give us some respect show some empathy if some one is complaining... I got 3 calls on my 3 different nos same time Atleast call your clients once at a time.. how can same person speak to 3 people on 3 different nos at same time... I regret buying renault car...
How can your vice president service of jogeshwari showrrom changed in 1 day,,,,, Friday I spoke to someone called rajesh since saturday I am talking to mudassar zahir who is rude very rude I guess your vicepresident who called me day 1 is not interested in solving this problem or may be this problem is very small for him
