Renault poor customer service

I ordered A blaze sticker for renault iv via telephone at Renault Clearwater Roodeport Guy I spoke to took vin number for order was Tuesday 05 December 2017 if not mistaken advice I can collect on Saturday 9th december 2017;; when I arrive there my order was not there no one seems to knows about it ;they said i must remember a name for person who took my order
;I wasted my petrol, my time coming there ; Service is so pathetic

Renault lack of service & no feedback

My less than one year old Renault Kwid (Dec 2016) started making strange sounds in the dash area. I was about to drive it to the dealer when it failed to start.
I called the roadside assistance and was pleasantly surprised when they picked up the vehicle within 30 minutes. It was delivered to the nearest service centre on Monday (4 December) the afternoon approximately 14:00.
It is now Friday afternoon 14:00 and they have not been able to determine the cause.
Further to that they have not been informing me about progress (or in this case, the lack thereof) if i don't phone them daily there would be no contact.
they always promise to phone back either within 5 minutes or at a specific time ! don't hold your breath... I wonder if Renault realise how much damage is being done to their brand by incompetent service.

Renault renault logan

Dears,

Greetings,

I've a complaint about my car (Renault Logan) under the name of Ahmed Samir Helmy, I've a problem in the engine (knocking noise) and (misfire in the engine) which leads to check engine warning lights many times although I did all the routine maintaince in your Egyptian partener with Mileage now 70+ thousands KM this issue raised after 60K service and when I went back to them they said that it's related to the spark plugs where they replaced twice in the first time then replaced twice again in the second time then replaced the 4 in the third time then they cleaned the fuel tank and fuel rail in the 4th time and the problem still hapening then now they said the noise is related to the cranckshaft and the misfire is related to the injector on cylinder one and they need to keep the car with them to discuss the issue with headoffice in France then now after more than 3 weeks they have the car they said that they replaced a cranckshaft with bearing and one injector, finally this issue is not convinceing for me as a Renault customer because this means that there's an Engine problem and why they didn't replace a complete engine or at least a short block engine? Now after 30, 000 Km what shall I do if this problem happen again and I'll be out of warranty !

I'm completely dissatisfied with this repeated problem and completely dissatisfied with this car and with your non proffessional technician who don't know the problem from first time which cost me time and money.

Now I want to escelate this issue because I have now
a trust issue with your product and your partener here in Egypt.

Renault renault fluence 2014

Dear renault compagne,

I ve bought a renault fluence from 2015 which make till now 47000 km .
I ve a problem in the gear stick from 3 months and when i reached ur reprsentative here in Egypt they told me that its a productivity issue and they will change it for me for free and i waitted 3 nonths and every time i contact them they are very agressive and rude with their customer with unappropriate unacceptable way, as every week i contact them they told me next week next week and i ve been 3 months till now and they didnt solve my issue

Please notice im very very very very upset as when i bought my car i choosed a well known compagne like Renault to be trusted and if i hv any issue they will be care solving it with all their power as known and when i tried to make a complain here because what happend the agent was extremlyyyy rude and didnt make a conplain nor give me an escalation number to send it to renault global and when i told him that i will contact renault global he told me to do whatever i want he dont care and didnt even agree to give me her name all what i knew that her name is heba

Please help me solve my issue as its urgent cause im afraid moving with the car and please contact the representative here and make me an official conplain

Renault renault's poor service car parts for kwid

I have complaint so Much about Renault's poor service for part its not even funny, I am waiting now seen 7 month's for my car to be fixed by Bradbury's Polokwane, they say the parts are on back order, yah! Renault is such a big well stabilised company but the underdogs which is trusting clients such as myself, must get the dog treatment from them, I'm paying instalment for a car I have no benefit, and secondly I had to buy a mother new car so that I could go to work, shame on you Renault ! If you want to see customer satisfaction give me all my instalments back, or pay you're poor product off! Renault Kwid owner's are going to regret just like I am! Disappointed, despaired and angry Ms Harmse SS Polokwane👎👎👎

Renault renault logan 2016 automatic e2

Hi, my name is Arto from Egypt. I've made a car crash with Renault and I thought it's a safe car, but the Air-bags didn't open. Luckily I had put the seat-belt on, and I am saved. I've made a complaint in Renault-Egypt and I am still waiting for their reply. I've logged in Facebook Renault-Groups in Egypt, posted the photos and and told them about the incident, all of them said that the Air-Bags should have opened. If I don't receive a proper reply from Reanult, I will post the photos internationally to receive a proper explanation and if not... there is a huge question mark for the safety of this car everyone should be aware of. Human lives are at stake here.

Renault industry defect

I'm Samar Mohamed Farid a costumer from Egypt my phone no. [protected], when I needed a car to help me to reach my work faster and easier, save my time, have some luxury with it and also for my family use, my friends advised me to buy Renault Logan and I do.

I bought Renault Logan M E1 2016 at February 2016 with chassis number VF14SREB454482352 and actually I'm regret to buy this car

I Trusted in Renault But your car disappoint me.

After the routine maintenance of the car at 10000 Km in Obour City branch by a week we were going in a vacation and at the desert road the car had stopped our children were very afraid because there was nothing but the desert and the vacation had been cancelled, I transport the car to Obour City branch again, the problem was industry defect in car oil cartridge which is not my fault but Renault's fault and the branch fix it.

Then at the next routine maintenance of the car of 20000 km in Obour City branch, they told me that they discovered a problem in one of water hoses, oil on the motor of the car and the car need a fuel pump also there was a problem in car electricity and also the branch fix the problems, But is that logic in a new car?!

Now at the routine maintenance of 30000 km in Obour City branch, they told me that there is oil seal on the rear crank of the car and the car is now in the branch to fix it again.

So I'm very upset from my Renault Logan car and it's really very bad experience, now I have a problem in going to my work and ridding my children to their schools and my daily movement which need a car. Do You think I can Advise anyone to buy Renault?!

Renault duster awd

Hello, attention mr carlos chosen

My name is dr madhavaranga, I am a practising ophthalmologist with 2 postgraduate degrees and around 8 international publications and more than 79 citations.
I writ this letter with a deep sense of disappointment with renault india. The reason is, the purchase of duster awd adventure edition, 2016 model. I purchased this vehicle with chassis no meehsrcfngb001215, and engine no k9kr858do51956. This piece had steering rack noise from the beginning. I purchased the machine from trident renault up mahat bengaluru. I stay at dharwad a place 500 kms from bengaluru. Hence I visited the nearest renault service station. That happens to be nagashanti renault at hubli. The service person at first refused the manufacturing defect, and then I persisted, went again to the service station during which time he agreed that there was more noise from the rack. He asked me to keep driving and return. I was not ready to accept that because it was a brand new machine and not a used one. I repkaced the steering rack of my friends duster, and as e xpected the noise totally disappeared. I complained to the customer care centre, india on toll free no [protected]. They provided me with a complaint no [protected], I asked the service station for a pickup and drop, as I could not keep going to the service station again and again amidst my busy practice. The service station kept the vehicle for nearly 12 days and handed it back to me after refitting the steering. The steeting now is tight and very uncomfortable.

What I don't comprehend is how a renowned company such as yours could be so cold and irresponsible. I actually deserve a new car, but at least expect change of the steering rack. I wish mr carlos ghosn goes through this letter which is written with lot of pain and emotion. If this is the treatment thst your company offers to a doctor, I really don't know what a common man should expect. It is not that this machine is my first purchase, I have a mercedes, toyota innova, and vw polo. I understand what a steering rack is.
Kindly ask the service chief at nagshanti hubli to change the steering rack which is under warranty.
Hope the company lives up to its name. Hope it will not velittle itself... Hope

Complaint:
I want to make 10, 000km maintenance in Renault Service Center Obour Branch and they informed me that the front breaking discs should be changed, how come! it should be changed even before 10, 000km with paying 1500 LE for it.
Then i called the Renault hotline ( 16202 ) at 3 pm ( 20/10/2017 ) to make a complaint with an aggressive attitude.

I am quit sure that this is not a policy of Renault Company that we love, so kindly i am asking you to solve this issue as a lot of customers have the same problem.

Renault gearbox problem

I brought my car for 75000 service and I informed them that when I go to hear 2 it makes this funny sound. I was told that they will have to replace it since this cars have the same fault. I returned it to them and I was told that the warranty will cover it. They then contacted Renault sa and they gave a go ahead to fix the car but later came back to say the warranty will not cover because my warranty was terminated due to 60000 service not done by an authorised Renault service person. I acknowledge that my only problem is that how did they strip my car not knowing that the warranty will pay or not. I brought it in motion and now I'm told to come tow it or pay 21000 to get it fixed. They must just return all my old parts so that I can drive it home. I was not informed that the car will be stripped and I will be liable for payment. Can I please have my gearbox back in my car like when I brought it.

I'm very annoyed and I'm actually fixing the bloody car and selling it and I want nothing to do with this brand ever in my life

Renault unethical behaviour

I have brought my KWID 2017 model car to renault's workshop for repairs and it has been six (6 months) but my car is still not yet fixed. I am told that they are waiting for the parts but they dont know when the parts will arrive as they have been ordered overseas and is on back order, I just need someone to intervene because im really having a hard time forced due to the inconvenience to buy another car, and now im paying two installments. It is frustrating the most is that no one knows when the parts will arrive, it might even be next year for all I know and the sad part is that I am paying full instalment for the car thats currently waiting to be fixed by Renault. I was told by the sales person when I bought the car that the parts are always available in their facilities, and I find out later on that, wasnt the case. I found out the hard way, had I known that it will be like this I wouldnt have bought a car from Renault. This is really frustrating, the least Renault can do is give my installments back for the duration that the car is standing. Really I have no vote of confidence in this brand anymore, Renault is misrepresenting there ability to deliver service.

Renault clioiv authentic

Good day,

Good day,

I drive a Renault ClioIV Aunthentic - 2014 model. The car is therefore still under warranty. This year the car has been stopping on the road with the Engine Failure Hazard. The car has been to Renault Woodmead & Renault Fourways - they don't know what the problem is. They have been replacing the Ignition coil and few days after, the car would stop and show the same hazard. The car has now been with Renault for about 5 weeks. I am paying for the car that I do not even drive & no one from Renault is keeping in touch with me to let me how far they are in trying to fix the problem they know they are unable to fix (history and experience has proven that)

My issue is that I do not feel safe in that car. Clearly, Renault cannot fix it - I refuse to always get stuck on the road and put my life in danger.

I have the list of e-mails that I have been sending to Renault - with no joy or response. They keep telling me that they will investigate.
I am hoping someone from Renault would contact me and we come to an agreement because I refuse to drive a car with an Engine Failure hazard and put myself in danger.

Renault renault master van 2016

Hi... I bought Renault Master Demo van from Melville Renault in Perth, WA in december, 2016 with 1500 kms. After 1st service on 30000 kms, my van started shattering while driving front and while reversing. The sliding door was also not working. I took my van to Wangara Renault Service Centre where I had the service done on my van. They kept my van for one day and told me that they installed and new door lock and reprogrammed the gear box. After few days both the problems were there. I took my van again to them and Wangara Renault guy said he will talk to the Melbourne Renault and will let me know by tomorrow. Even they did not provide me courtesy vehicle to cover my work. I spoken to Melbourne and Wangara Renault dealership, but they said they don’t have the courtsey van. My question is, other companies like Fiat, Mercedes, Wolksvagen everyone provide thr courtesy while fixing any kind of problem during warranty, I am paying almost $130 for one day of renting the van to cover my work. Very dissappointed with the service. I was planning to buy another one, but after this would’not go with Renault. Other comapnies are much better than Renault.

Renault safety concern on megane model renault cars

I am writing to express my disappointment and forestation from RENAULT Company and RENAULT cars.
Twelve years ago I trusted RENAULT Company and I count on for my family safety based on its good reputation, and I decided to buy a Megan car -2005 model (motor no. 17095).
Through this period I was committed to do the periodical maintenance, as recommended at RENAULT Cairo service center, where I had never received any warning from the service team addressing any major fault or miss function in the car.
Early this month I took my family and traveled with the car to the north cost ( about 200 km trip) after doing all necessary chicks (water and oil levels), unfortunately the car suddenly stopped with no alarms at all!
After calling the emergency truck (which took more than two hours with my family on the high way at noon time), finally I managed to send the car to Alexandria service center for Renault cars, where the tragedy continued!.
The maintenance team confirmed that the reason is the Fuel Pump which I agree to replace it and paid the requested cost, then they asked me to pay additional cost to check the engine cylinder and I paid the requested cost, then they told me that the entire motor is totally melted!
I'm really shocked and still cannot comprehend how a motor for a car like Renault (recording only 100, 000 km) could be damaged entirely without getting any warnings from the car or the service center team during the periodical maintenance?
Me and my family really suffered from this horrible incident and it costed me a lot till now trying to fix the car, but I regret to admit that I totally lost my credibility to RENAULT cars and company and I started to have big concern on the safety measures followed by the company?

I have sent a complain to Renault company on the 10th of September, I regretfully inform you that since that time I have been contacted once by Renault Service Company in Alexandria confirming receipt of my complain and promising to send me feedback. Unfortunately, they didn't respond till now or even inform me of a certain date or clear action to look for.
I still believe that Renault Motor Company is fully responsible for providing me with technical justification identifying the reasons that led to the complete failure for my Megan 2005 vehicle engine without receiving any warnings or alarms from the vehicle computer system. I have been in contact with some experts in car safety & designs and they confirmed that what happened to my car is mainly related to either a design malfunction in this model or manufacturing problem in this particular model.
This is my second complain and I assure you that when it comes to safety (my own safety or others) I wouldn't save any effort to make sure that all necessary actions are in place. I strongly believe that a reputable company like Renault will share with me the same values.
Therefore I reserve my right to receive Renault feedback and action on this issue ASAP.

Renault repair on warranty

Last September, 13 I had a problem on my Renault Kadjar: brake system fault. I went in my concessionary Autoin Villa Adriana (Rome-Italy);
they said problem involved control unit, and was necessary to replace it.
They provided me curtesy vehicle (CLIO) and said me to wait some days.
Today 3 weeks passed and they said me:" we are waiting for item from France"
What? All this time to have this answer? For me it is unaccettable.
It's no possible this behavior from Renault.
In all Renault world they cannot find an item to replace for my Kadjar. I don't believe. I was a satisfied Renault customer, but today I am disappointed customer.

Renault logan 2016

I have Problems in gear and in the computer of the car and it doesnt reach 10k kilo and it gone off when i turn gear to reverse and this might be an industrial problem or happen any issue in the progress of export to diffrent countries like egypt and if we are able to replace the car to a good one and you are a worldclass company and dont want to decrease from your position

Renault delievery the car and behaviour of persons

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Greetings.
I am Tabatabaei from Iran. As we know in Iran Neginkhodro Co is your agent in Iran. I registered one Duster brand Renault about one month ago and after one month that I paid part of money, they told me we donot have your requested colour and we couldnot give the card to you and you should get back your money after one another month or you could change your car with another model, So I make a lots of conversation with their main office and you donot have any other choice and you should do everything which we told!
So for the big company same as renault it is so bad and I thing they are destroying Renault name.
I couldnot get any right from them, so I am writing this for you that if you have any power to solve this problem.

Dear Concern,

I am Anoop .S writing this letter on behalf of Lakshmi S Dharan who is my wife owning the vehicle Renault Duster with registration number KL-16R 7606. We have a serious grievance to put into your notice.Our vehicle has been submitted to your service center at NSS college road, Neeramankara, Kaimanam P.O, Thiruvananthapuram for having an accident service on 19/08/2017.The service person Mr.Praveen attended our vehicle and explained the work details and promised to give back the vehicle after full maintenance in 25days. I have been contacting this person continuously and he has been updating as the work is in progress and will be completing on time.A call-on the day 14/09/2017 made me really annoying to see our car remains unattended or untouched on the place it was parked while given.It was real cheating of a customer over phone by updating the work is going on. I had this bad experience once earlier also which I didn't complain.This is really absurd and disgusting.I have been taken a daily rent vehicle for 25 days which costs me rs-1000 per day.As your service agent cheated me and my car still remains untouched you are responsible to compensate me for each extra day rent I have to pay for my rent car.I am very much unsatisfied with this service person. I don't want to continue his interveniency and want my car back in a day within.To be frank I will report this pathetic scenario to my all relatives and friends were someone's has been planning to own a Duster, if my dilemma has not been resolved in a day time. Also I will seek legal support for compensation of extra rent which i had been forced to levy only due to the ironic scenario created by your irresponsible service agents.If you value at-least customer complaints I hope for an appropriate action from your part at the earliest possible.

I am told that they are waiting for the parts but they dont know when the parts will arrive as they have been ordered overseas, i just need someone to intervene because im really having a hard time travelling to work without a car and whats frustrating the most is that no one knows when the parts will arrive, it might even be next year for all i know and the sad part is that i am paying full instalment for the car thats currently parked off and waiting to be fixed by renault. I was told by the sales person when i bought the car that the parts are always available in their facilities, and i find out later on that, that wasnt the case. I found out the hard way, had i known that it will be like this i wouldnt have bought a car from renault. This is really frustrating,
