Hello sir, i'm Mrs/ Neveen from Egypt
2 weeks ago the heat lamp of my car ( logan 2016 ) suddenly light on so, i stoped immediatly to check it and i found there is no water in the water container of the car, i add the water then the next day ( the same scinario ) again. I went to Renault customer service here in Egypt ( Katammia branch ) and i met the mechanical engineer there who told me that the problem in a specific spare part ( related to the cooling system ) that we don have now and maybe will get it within 10 days. Till now no one called me about that and when i tried to call them back no answer. They ignoring my calls i don know why!!! Plzzzzzzzzzz feed me back about that as soon as possible coz i need my car back as soooooon as possible. Thx in advance( i'll be waiting foe your reply )
