[Resolved] Renault / car accessories and parts not provided also facilities which were charged in advance not given even after 40 days and several reminders
Its Been 1 Month Now since I Bought my Reult kwid car and Even 1st Servicing Done But Regret buying Renault Car as There are still things not given inspite of paying for them in Advance
ideally was suppose to get on Delivery but even After 1 month and 1st service not yet Got them.
Last Request or Else Will leave it Unresolved as Expected From Renault
But then Will post These compaints on Other Social Portal So that Other New Clients plaining to Buy Renault Can be Saved From this Fraud

its been 6 days attended more than 25 calls from gurgaon vashi jogeshwari and god knows from where I get calls... But solution is not yet provided... vice president of renault jogeshwari sales called me 8 times but still my fastag and sillplate issue is unresolved... some one came to my house When I was not available now they sending people whom I have compalined about who created issues for me Madhuri and asif... Issue is Still unresolved... I was waiting today at home for 3 hrs people came with half resolution and that too madhuri and asif whom I have requested not to send... so ideally renault started playing games now... Dont expect anything from you now... Problem is unresolved...
Your service is pathetic and zero expectation from you... At least give us some respect show some empathy if some one is complaining... I got 3 calls on my 3 different nos same time Atleast call your clients once at a time.. how can same person speak to 3 people on 3 different nos at same time... I regret buying renault car...
How can your vice president service of jogeshwari showrrom changed in 1 day,,,,, Friday I spoke to someone called rajesh since saturday I am talking to mudassar zahir who is rude very rude I guess your vicepresident who called me day 1 is not interested in solving this problem or may be this problem is very small for him
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
