Terrible service - worst I have ever had. Utterly unprofessional and mean. Weeks of delays - I have been filled with lies (most unpleasant stuff - have been told that the Italian border was closed). They even refused to have a manager call me back when I got frustrated after i learned that the delivery would take twice as much as expected. STAY AWAY - DO NOT GET CARRIED AWAY WITH LOW PRICES!
GAVE THEM JOB TO SEND FORWARD TO AUSTRALIA, TOOK A YEAR TO GET THERE, FED CRAP THE WHOLE TIME AND FED ALL SORT OF LIES . CONTACT CHRIS BOARS FOR DETAILS, IF HE TAKES YOUR CALL THAT IS. TOTALY UNRELIABLE, KEPT BLAIMING ANOTHER REMOVAL COMPANY AS PER USUAL.
THEY HAD THREE JOBS TO DO FOR OUR COMPANY AND MESSED UP EVERY ONE OF THEM, SINGAPORE TOOK SEVEN MONTHS INSTEAD OF SIX WEEKS . AUSTRALIA TOOK A YEAR TO GET THERE AND ALL DAMAGED AND NO RESONABLE RESPONSE OR APPOLIGY.
SWITZERLAND TOOK SO LONG WE HAD TO COLLECT IT AND GIVE TO ANOTHER REMOVAL COMPANY
I am so stupid not to have read those comment before having a contract with them...same lies, same delays over a month now and I don't know what to do right now²? apart from taking a van and going back to UK to come back straigh with my goods...CAN WE DO SOMETHING ELSE ALL TOGETHER ? A COMPLAINT TO THE COURT FOR FALSE INFORMATION AND BAD TRADING ? HELP !
Removal group
Very rude staff over 5 weeks late and lot sof damage to my goods. I will never use the cheapest company again, they are also a broker and sell the work to other compnaies.
Do not use removal group.
We have just had a similar experience. Low prices and initially good responsiveness then...
Our shipment was quoted 8-10 weeks and actually took 21 weeks. The delay was supposedly due to waiting for a container to fit our volume that turned out (rightly) to be more than quoted for. This was however the answer we got after delivery in response to a complaint by us. We had got at least four different lies before that and had been chasing them for weeks to even find out (when we got to Australia) that our stuff hadn't even left London. They managed to lose an expensive desk, keys and assembly parts for furniture and have now gone totally silent. At all stages this company has lied, delayed and been totally unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, YOU'LL REGRET IT.
I dont suggest this company, they charged nearly double on day of collection also. I had no choice but to pay removalgroup.com. Just be very careful.
They also lied about saying i had insurance cover
