Remote Controls Incorporated / Wrong product shipped - unresponsive!

The product I ordered and was displayed at is not the product I received. I paid $43.78. I learned that the Toshiba Remote Control CT9946 is no longer manufactured. I have emailed, filled out the company's online form and left multiple phone messages. Seems like a "one man" operation. Recorded message says the office hours are 10:00 - 6:00pm Easter Time. I finally got the same individual from whom I order, at 5:40pm. Our call was disconnected. I immediately called back several times and received the same recorded message.

I should be able to 1) Receive an RMA to return the remote control; 2) Be able to return the product postage free (since the wrong product was sent) and 3) I should receive an immediate and full credit to my charge card.

As it is now, there is no response to my emails or phone calls.
