my son used all his pocket money to by a remote control car from this supplier. NITROTEK I should have been cautious when I didn't receive a confirmation e mail or an invoice when it arrived. Was delivered on 11th March and about 10 days later we realized that the car was not working properly. Sent numerous e mails, made numerous phone calls and written complaint letters asking for a refund. Now 23rd May and have sent the car back and it has still not been resolved. The customer service on this company is the worst I have ever experienced. You can only communicate with them by e mail and the take days and up to weeks to rep, y to your e mail. If you ring the sales line you can be on the phone for up to an hour waiting for them to answer and when the do they just say they can't do anything and the refer you back to the support e mail. I have no doubt we will never get our car or our £100 back and I feel totally helpless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you have money to burn.
