Reloadable Virtual Credit Card review: these People are scammers and need to be dealt with 1

Firstly I bought the re loadable vcc via liberty reserve for $4 and also paid $44 to their Liberty reserve account as provided by them for my VCC to be loaded for over 3 weeks now. But till now there is nothing to show for it. They only gave me the fake credited card number and told me its been loaded . Its never accept in any site even up to the tone of product of $5 . These people are scammers and need to be seriously dealt with. There website should be brought down to help save others for falling victim of their internet rogues act. they sent me one fake pdf file and bank statement
