[Resolved] Reload Packs / Damaged reload pack pin number

Dec. 1 I had a Reload Pack with Damaged Pin Number on Back...
Emailed up to about 3-4 times the pics of the damaged pin...and other info asked for.
Still no resolution to the issue. I need this looked after now?
And, it would be nice if you gave an extra $200 for all the trouble this has caused me.

Said, complaint is too short...so. I am in real danger of losing out on purchasing Christmas gifts for the Wife and Kids...
I need this now...i phoned and emailed...and still nothing.
That is why I want an additional $200 on my PayPower Visa Card...

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    Im sorry Neil E. Dainio for your bad experience. However, your complaint is not with us (Reloadpacks.com), it's with the reload pack company (Moneypak, Reloadit etc) and the store that sold you the product. Reloadpacks.com is a separate entity from the actual reload pack company. Reloadpacks.com has no affiliations with them. Our services are completely digital and online. We've never sold physical cards nor asked for pictures of the faulty product. I suggest you contact both the store and the reload pack company and tell them about the faulty product and your experience. Sorry for the confusion.
