Reliencebroadband / No service from 10 days
I had paid my bill on 31-7-08 for july and from 1-8-08 my internet was down.
When i had placed a complaint to the local service provider, they had sent a person who informed me that the cable had to be replaced.After even two days when they was no response iagain placed a complaint, and was informed that due to non payment the service had been stopped.
I had clarified and had given them the bill no :011458, paid in the name of A, satish Kumar
Client Id [protected]. til date there has been no response .Kindly look into the matter
