Reliance Netconnect+ / Deactivation of account
Since I would be going abroad for an indefinite time I would like to deactivate my reliance netconnect connection. My datacard number is [protected]. When I called the reliance customer care representative I was told that the network system will be restored in 2 hours time and then I have to call the customer care representative again. Everytime I try to reach one of the customer care representative it takes atleast 15 minutes for me to reach one of the representative. Since this is a tedious process and takes a lot of time kindly take up this complaint and assist me in deactivating the account.
