reliance-check in refund of payment of broadband services
Hello every one,
my id is ############, and my name is Raybahadursinh champavat.
I'm using Reliance Broadband services for my micro business. but, my service is not working since 10th December 2016, and i'm calling continuously to call center of reliance at Mumbai for solve my problem. but, i couldn't got any solution from that, and finally, I'm decided to terminate my account at 1st Feb, 2017.
I'm pay - 2100 for 3 month internet data at 21st Nov, 2016
my net is not worked from - 10th Dec 2016 to till date.
net termination date 2nd Feb, 2017
Between this time I was called and complained() so many time for solve but ...
Today is 6th June, 2017. I got call from reliance office for refund of RS. 711 /-
Note- they are charged Rs. 1389 for 20 day usage only(21st Nov, 2016 to 10th Dec 2017).

------ this is one type of fraud-------
Please don't use "RELIANCE BROADBAND SERVICES", I'm Suffering so many problem in this service and finally, I got all this amount...
If you want to buy it, than don't terminate it, because you will be lose your money.
"I'm Not Accept Less Amount"
6th June, 2017, Reliance manager called me and told me that, your Rs 711 will be refund within few days.
But I was told him I'm use net only 20 day and pay amount Rs 2100 for 3 month internate charge. so hwy yuo are not pay me accurate amount?
at that time manager has "no answer" and say you will get only Rs 711 /- only.
Net is not available for last 6 months due to local tower problem
Sir, due to local tower problem i am not getting any Net service (Service has been stopped for last 6 months in the area). I have complaint several times to the local reliance dealer but yet not solved the problem.Therefore i can not use my modem and already faced wastage of money (after recharging Rs199 net has gone). So please do the needful otherwise i will go for the legal action.

Reliance Net Connect - Datacard free offer its just Reliance's way of cheating people!
I had booked a Reliance Net connect connection as I got a free offer with my HCL laptop. The offer was for Rs.3750 for three months internet usage free with a download limit of 1 GB. The strange thing was the next month I got a bill for Rs. 382 which was followed by another bill of Rs. 2464. Apparently the FREE OFFER WITH HCL AND HP AND OTHER OFFERS IS NOT...
