Reliance Communications Limitedgsm sim service

On 21st feb 2016 mob no [protected] a value added service is activated on my this no without my consent and Rs 8 is deducted from my account from that day i try to contacting the costumer care on no 198 but i am unable to contact with them continuously from that day till 25th of feb. so i call to customer care bt they deny to refund my deducted amount so thats why i forward this complaint to you. I want you tell you that your customer care service is very poor your representatives cannot give solution properly to us and if this type of service is continue from your end then i am unable to continue your service then i have to choose another service because of your this type of services so please give reply and result of this mail
